Working on a crochet tapestry of our fav radiating girl
The border around her has come out a lot larger than I was expecting so I'm thinking of adding little tapestry cutouts to fill out the extra spaces. Maybe some butterflies or weird eyes 🤔 any suggestions?

"Radiating Mark", 2024, acrylic yarn
I'll make sure to post the final pictures but was excited to share my current project as I work away on some smaller and larger things :)
I am a Galeheart lover, and so of course I had to make a tapestry piece for them. I wanted to play around with the imagery of Gale's orb/its reaching strands and the dark maw of Shar's symbol. In that darkness comes Selune's symbols. I love how this came out, the colors are so lovely together and I feel like it comes together in a really pretty way. Definitely abstract though haha!
Hope you like it, and I'll be sure to share the photos once this is dried and hung up!

The Executioner's Alphabet.
A very big embroidery project that took me five years to make. The Executioner's Alphabet. Each letter is illustrated with an historically documented method of execution or torture. Each panel is thickly and entirely hand embroidered, 9" x 11", cotton floss on cotton canvas. The panels are pieced together with strips of velvety upholstery fabric. Hanging loops have been sewn to the top so this piece can be displayed as a wall hanging. The finished work is 63" x 85".
A unique, once in a lifetime piece.
