Y'know I started playing the recorder for shits and giggles bc I'm going to dress up as the 2nd Doctor for a con, but this instrument is actually so fun and addicting.

Like 2 was actually so right for whipping out a recorder the moment he has to wait around for more than 5 seconds. I'll be outside somewhere understimulated as hell and severely craving the toot of my flute too.

Been meaning to ask you this, but what hair type do you hc Dina to have? Is it wavy? Curly? How do you tend to draw it too.

interesting question! i used to draw it wavy but it seems i draw it curlier and curlier each time. i have curly hair and i like goin crazy on detail so i'd imagine i tend to draw it somewhere between a 2c and a 3a type of hair? like on the boundary of wavy and curly.

I hope you do more fanart of the classic doctors,I would love to see some with the 7th doctor and 5th doctor,also probably some fanart of your doctor meeting her other incarnations would be neat to see.

sorry if you've mentioned this before but what's your take on the timeline of sdr2 cast waking up post-canon? i'm trying to work it out to write something, but i'm torn between having the last person wake up a full year later or only about six months later

I personally like to think it takes a *while* for the last person to wake up, but it is personal because I just like the idea of the 5 survivors needing to hack it on their own for a while before even the 1st person wakes up. Also, I think it gives more weight to the rearranging of their memories and such, like it's a big and complicated process.

I dont have any specific amount of time in mind, but like. At least a year between the Survivors waking up and Hajime perfecting the AI enough to risk waking up the first person. In the meanwhile, they also have to worry about making the island habitable, dealing with their own trauma, getting healthy, coming up with strategies and failsafe for the enemies off-island and the possibility of one of their own being hostile, etc etc etc. So much to worry about *before* you even start waking up the ex-terrorists, and that's a whole process in itself- then there's the period where they're making sure their newest buddy is stable and whatnot. The more people wake up, the easier it gets, but the beginning especially is slow going.

For you I'd say it depends on how complex you want the dynamics to be? The longer it takes, the bigger difference there is between the ones who just woke up and the ones who have been awake for a long while.
