King Fossil is the first boss from Darius and the best known in the saga, it is shaped like a coelacanth.
I decided to make this version to see how it would look in graphite pencils.

A bit of retro videogame Escher-girl art from Sonic Blast Man II for the SNES. That's the title character in the middle breaking poor Sonia in half in a "friendly" hug. (To be fair it looks like he also broke Captain Choyer's neck too.)
Sonic Blast Man doesn't know his own strength. Sonia also looks smaller than she does in the game, though it's hard to tell because she's so oddly smooshed.

Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! will include the Space Invaders 45th anniversary collaboration mode “Puzzle Bobble vs. Space Invaders,” TAITO announced.
Here is an overview of the mode, via the Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! official website:
To celebrate Space Invaders’ 45th anniversary, we’re announcing a new game featuring a collaboration between Space Invaders and Puzzle Bobble.
In this mode, players try to erase the bubble-encapsulated invaders by sticking three or more bubbles of the same color together.
Bubbles can only be fired straight up, so players move their characters left and right to aim and defeat the incoming invaders while dodging their attacks.
Up to four players can play cooperatively.
TAITO will showcase the first in-game footage of the mode in a new video set to premiere on YouTube today at 2:00 a.m. PT / 5:00 a.m. PT / 19:00 JST.
Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! is due out for Switch this spring.

Jungle Hunt
Juego de arcade de plataformas desarrollado y publicado por la empresa Taito en 1982. En este, el jugador controla a un cazador quien se mueve por diferentes etapas en la selva para rescatar a una damisela de unos canibales. El juego consta de cuatro etapas básicas:
En la primera etapa, nuestro cazador tendrá que moverse saltando de liana en liana evitando caerse al suelo.
La segunda etapa es la de un rio infestado de cocodrilos. El cazador tendrá que utilizar su navaja para matar los cocodrilos mientras que esta pendiente de subir a la superficie para tomar aire.
En la tercera etapa, el cazador deberá subir por una colina esquivando las rocas ya sea saltando o pasandoles por debajo.
Para la cuarta etapa, nuestro cazador debe rescatar a la damisela de los canibales.
Originalmente, este juego fue disenado para llamarse Jungle King, con un personaje parecido a Tarzán en vez de un cazador. El cambio se efectuá debido a una posible demanda por parte de la sucesión de Edgar Rice Burroughs, el creador del personaje de Tarzán.
