Can TADC fans please not try to relate Raggedy Ann content by saying anything about TADC???? I just saw a Raggedy Ann tiktok with the comments bombarded by people bringing up TADC and its just soo disrespectful. Let them be their own seperate things.

I am aware that Ragatha is based on Raggedy Ann and I am aware of Michael Kovach's cover of one of the songs, and obviously you can enjoy them I'm not your dad, but please don't shove TADC down peoples throats... It just seems very rude to make someones unrelated interest all about yourselves :/

hey! I adore your art :-D how do you draw the ROTTMNT turtles, and do you have any advice about how to draw them? I have a really hard time drawing them, and you're really really good at drawing them. /nf

this isn’t even a tutorial it’s just a showcase of my weirdo art process 💀 anyways uh. yeah this is how the magic happens i am aware this was not helpful <3

to make up for it, here r a few tips i’d like to give from personal experience

utilize your knowledge of gesture and structure. they go hand in hand, gesture giving energy, and structure giving solid dimensional form. just because its 2D and that you’re capable of cheating the way it looks doesn’t mean you can fully bypass certain art fundamentals.

take the time to learn and get used to their shapes and anatomy. they’re not really comparable to proper proportionate humans, they’re exaggerated and angular. not to mention the fact that each of the characters are modeled after a certain shape. it’s best to go back to ground zero, and adapt to the way these characters are built without the interference of it not being anatomically proportionate.

USE REFERENCES OFTEN!!! even if you think you don’t need them anymore, not using references can legit screw up your perception of the characters while you draw them. (don’t be like me lol my older stuff was so off model it was EMBARRASSING)

keep drawing them to your hearts content! it doesn’t have to be perfect, you just have to be confident in your own abilities as an artist and keep drawing what you want, despite what you think about your work. eventually, you will improve, and to improve, you have to get comfortable with drawing them!

i don’t really have much to say about how i draw them or how to teach anyone how, but i hope this helped somehow 👍

Style confession where it's in character for the show where it's the gayest shit ever with no hint of "they're just homies" but performed under the worst unpredictable tangentially confusing and horrible circumstances ever for the whole entire world to see and in a situation where Stan and Kyle and their relationship are completely exposed to everyone on the planet and it was a terrible experience for them but it resolves an unrelated B plot that's actually been pushing the A plot since the beginning and it ends positively for everyone else. None of it is because of the Style confession, it was only because of the domino effect it did in the B plot. The fact that it was Style was not important whatsoever and Stan and Kyle never talk about it ever again. I want people to HAVE to cut out bits of information regarding the confession. I want it to be ridiculous and stupid in context but still meaningful on its own enough for people to make ship edits of it out of context.
