Documenting the healing process after my solar lentigo removal using Q-Switch NdYag 532nm laser. ⁣ ⁣ Before starting the laser treatment, the solar lentigo was covered with topical anesthesia for 30 minutes. ⁣ ⁣ Immediately after the laser procedure, the area was a bit swollen, pink and stingy. (Sorry, forgot to take a photo of that!) I only used a mild cleanser and antibiotic ointment on the area. ⁣ ⁣ After 1 day, the lesion was crusted. Again, mild cleanser and antibiotic ointment were applied. I also started applying moisturizer and sun screen.
