and then i thought about upping that and combining it with like. the energy drinks/weird pizza orders to have him frequently be seen drinking weird looking smoothies which turn out to be Technically Poison "no don't drink that, i built up immunity to these plants over five months on a mountain with a legendary master of healing arts. it actually helps my metabolism-" he has literally internalised the toxicity he was surrounded by so that it no longer harms him. but he keeps going back to it bc of the benefits it brings him! meta for.
