I did another character study, and this time I imagined actress Havana Rose Liu as Rose Wilson/Ravager, in my take on Rose's current StormWatch design.
I could have continued and done more of those little illustrations, but I already spent a lot of time on it, and had to call it lol
P.S. : If you're not familiar with the talented and extremely beautiful Havana Rose Liu, I recommend you watch the movies No Exit and Bottoms, to get an idea of her acting range :).

Entry #46
The Earth-Saving Alien Dick
[ID: Three panels from Stormwatch comic. The first is Jack Hawksmoore with his shirt off, about to remove his pants. He says, "You really don't want--" He's cut off by an agent off-panel, who says, "Drop 'em. Then turn and go down on your knees." Jack replies, "Execution style."
In the second panel, the Secret Service agent, a blonde woman, stares horrified at Jack's now naked crotch region, saying "Oh. Oh my god -- Who did that to -- oh goddd"
In the last panel, the Secret Service agent turns to vomit off panel. Her speech bubble, representing vomiting noises, reads, "URRRGGG HRAULP" /END ID]
What Happened?
In Stormwatch (1993) #43, Jack Hawksmoore is cornered by a Secret Service agent who orders him to strip before she kills him in order to make his death attract more attention than the conspiracy she's covering up (an absolutely batshit plan anyway). Jack warns her that she doesn't want to do that, but she insists. Seeing his penis(?? or whatever the situation is down there) is apparently so horrifying that she vomits on the spot.
At the time this just meant that the aliens who modified the rest of him also fucked up his dick. However, due to later retcons that revealed Jack was not abducted and modified by aliens but rather humans from the future in order to save Earth from impending doom, it's implied that whatever horrifying modifications were made to his genital area were necessary to save the world.

Okay, I really like what this reveals.
Like, she starts with some nice story about how she was taught Victorian values when she was young, and then she tried to help another kid by giving them the resources to fit into society, just like her.
Except, that kid wasn't able to take advantage of those resources, and never would. What worked with her would never work for them.
She was privileged in ways that never would have occurred to her, and made such a massive difference that the methods she was taught were inapplicable to the situation of that girl.
