Hey! I love your blog and all the lovely content that comes out of it. However, I must ask a question. What do you use to cut your stickers? It looks so cool and I’d love to know! (I’m trying to design some stickers myself lol and I’m just curious) Thank you! 0w0
hello darling!! thank you so much!! 💖💖
for my stickers i use a cricut explore air 2 i think it’s called?? it is a very cute light pink and i love this baby! amazon sometimes does big discounts on them so keep your eyes peeled. like literally check the page every day and make sacrifices in jeff bezos’ name i guess
i actually made a thread on twitter about how to start a sticker making business. i spoke about my materials, challenges, costs (except since then my costs has risen by a literal $1000 since my latest merch order cost that much :’) when i launch my new items blease help me spread the word so i don’t end up in debt to frogs ajsbdb)
if you are just starting out, i highly recommend not jumping into spending a lot of money on a sticker machine and materials! it will take a while to pay it off! i started off getting my stickers from stickermule. people do not like the company due to the CEO’s politics, but give them your email and take advantage of those sales where you get 10 die cuts for $1! stickerapp is also used by a lot of people for stickers, but i have not heard about them doing sweet deals like stickermule. i also took advantage of ordering “samples” from stickermule where you get 10 for $9 (which is cheaper than only buying 10 regularly)
mostly, my advice is to start small and make good financial decisions. i work many jobs, so i when the time came i was able to afford to slowly ramp up my business. but it costs money to make money, and it has certainly cost me a lot of money and time! but i enjoy it, and i am continuing to expand, and hopefully will reach my goal of froggy world domination some day soon 🐸🐸🐸
and if you ever have any questions please let me know! i figured a lot of this out myself through trial and error, and it would have saved me a lot of time and money if i had someone to ask. i believe knowledge should be free and i am always happy to share mine!
