Learn How to Add a Gift Card to the Cash App? Transfer Money From Gift Card?
Are you wondering can you transfer money from a gift card to your Cash App wallet? If so, you are not alone. While the service does not support direct transfers from store gift cards, you can use several other methods. Fortunately, some are free and don’t cost you a cent.
The first step to add a gift card to your Cash App account is to sign up for PayPal. You will then need to link your PayPal account to your bank. You may also want to sign up for Venmo. While both services allow you to transfer your gift card balances to your bank, they offer different features and require separate steps.
Tumblr media
In addition to the above, you can transfer funds from your Visa gift card to your PayPal account. However, it’s unlikely that you will see any improvement in your balance from this simple step. One alternative is to use a prepaid debit card. This works by automatically deducting the purchase amount from your balance. However, some prepaid cards may charge a monthly fee. You can then reload your card for additional money.
As a final option, you can also check out the other options on the Venmo website. This service offers many other valuable features, including sending and receiving money via phone. If you want to transfer a large sum of money from your gift card to your PayPal account, you will need to do it correctly. This means that you will need to make sure you have the correct credentials, such as your PayPal username and password and your bank account information.
How to Transfer Money From Gift Card to Cash App?
Cash App is an innovative mobile payment service that allows you to receive and send cash using multiple methods. It’s an excellent tool for anyone looking to cash in on their gift card tidbits, and the process isn’t as complex as you might think. Several methods are available if you’re looking to transfer money from a gift card to your bank account. Some are free, and others may incur a small fee.
For example, you can transfer money from your Walmart gift card to your Cash App account without a visit to your local Walmart store. However, if you don’t have one nearby, you’ll need to buy a money order from your local grocery store or post office.
Alternatively, you can use the services of a third-party service that will send your funds directly to your bank account. These services may charge a small fee but are more convenient, and the transfer process is usually instant.
The best way to transfer money from a gift card to a bank account is to link the two using PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can sign up for one in as little as a few minutes. In addition, you can use general-purpose gift cards in the checkout process, and some stores even offer e-gift cards.
Another way to transfer money from a gift card is to sell your unused card for cash. Fortunately, plenty of sites will do the legwork for you, like Card Cash. Once you have your card, you’ll need to visit their website and select the best offers. You’ll need to provide your gift card details and agree to exchange rates before you’re paid.
Can You Transfer Money From Walmart Gift Card to Cash App?
The Cash App can be downloaded for free from the App Store. However, there is no direct way to transfer money from a gift card to your Cash App account. Instead, you must buy a Gift Card using your Cash App credit card. Then, you can transfer the Gift Card balance to your Cash App account. If you want to make a quick buck, you might consider selling your unused gift cards. Several platforms on the web will let you instantly trade in your new gift cards for cash. But you’ll need to find a site that pays you the most for your unused gift card.
The Cash App also provides a valuable shopping service. It can be used to purchase Apple and Starbucks gift cards in stores and online. If you’re looking for a gift, consider buying a Vanilla Visa Gift Card. These prepaid debit cards can be redeemed at most online and offline retailers.
If you still need to download Cash App, you’re missing out on one of the most popular mobile payment apps. This peer-to-peer mobile payment system allows users to send and receive money and buy and sell stock. If you have a Visa Gift Card, you can use it to make purchases online and at Cash App-enabled ATMs. You can also use it to make purchases in-store. Aside from Cash App’s official website, you can also download it from Google Play. Once you’ve downloaded it, youll need to sign up for an account by email or phone. The process is easy enough.

Increasing Patron Loyalty: The Launch of the Starbucks Rewards Programme
Starbucks stands out as a shining example of how a carefully designed rewards programme can not only increase sales but also create a strong bond with customers in a competitive market where loyalty programmes are king. This case study explores the successful story of Starbucks' loyalty programme, highlighting its unique attributes and the numerous benefits it offers to the company's loyal customers as well as the coffee giant.
Increasing Revenue by Offering Rewards for Support
Starbucks' impressive performance of a 7% increase in sales in 2019 can be ascribed to their clever rewards programme. This success highlights the critical influence that a well-designed loyalty programme can have on customer behaviour. Starbucks has cleverly used its rewards programme to encourage customers to make more purchases by offering them a combination of cash incentives and alluring benefits.
Honouring fidelity with fulfilling experiences
The cleverly designed architecture of Starbucks' loyalty programme is at its heart, appealing to customers' desires for recognition and financial gain. The enticing features of the programme, which include free upgrades, drinks, food, and even customised birthday cakes, make patrons feel valued for their commitment and turn infrequent customers into ardent supporters.
Reaching the Stars: An Integrated Reward System
Starbucks utilises a hybrid loyalty programme that includes "stars," a point-based system. These stars may be redeemed for a variety of freebies; they are earned at a rate of two for each dollar spent using the Starbucks gift card or mobile app. This multi-tiered structure's flexibility allows users to customise their incentives according to their preferences, which encourages ongoing participation.
A Wide Range of Benefits
Starbucks offers a plethora of possibilities in its rewards hierarchy, inviting users to investigate several reward categories that correspond with the number of stars they have accumulated. Options include easy beverage adjustments, complementary hot drinks, pastries, artisan beverages, and even meals that are already prepared. This wide range of benefits guarantees that users of different preferences will find value in the programme, strengthening their loyalty even more.
Value Transmitted
One of the main features of Starbucks' loyalty programme is how well its value propositions are articulated. Through clear and concise explanation of the benefits, the programme encourages involvement. This openness fosters honesty and trust in addition to making it easier to understand the benefits.
Improved Client Relations
The consumer journey is completely integrated with the Starbucks reward programme. From the moment a customer uses the smartphone app to make an order to the exciting discovery of accrued incentives, the programme enhances the whole experience. This integration adds to a richer, more memorable experience and highlights the brand's customer-centric philosophy.
shopify rewards app
Strong Customer Interaction
Starbucks' sporadic "double star" days perfectly capture the company's ongoing effort to interact with its customers. Starbucks drives revenue at certain times and sustains a high level of consumer involvement all year long by giving double incentives on specific days.
Uniqueness and Customisation
With the program's tier structure, customers can move from basic prizes to more alluring offers as they accrue stars, creating an atmosphere of exclusivity. This process fosters a sense of allegiance that is based on the expectation of better outcomes. Additionally, Starbucks' dedication to treating every customer as an individual is further demonstrated by the customisable options and personalised offers.
Starbucks' loyalty programme is a powerful example of how effective well-designed reward programmes can be. Through a clever strategy of matching customers' desires for value and savings with a wide range of incentives, Starbucks has been able to cultivate a devoted following of customers. The program's ability to effectively communicate value, improve the customer experience, foster significant engagement, and provide exclusivity and personalisation further establishes its position as a model of success in the loyalty programme industry.

Restaurant loyalty space is leveraging on stored value programs to drive revenue
Tumblr media
Restaurant chains are banking on these stored value programs, which include gift cards and other rewards programs in their loyalty apps, to drive revenue. Consequently, restaurant chains are partnering up with some of the leading brands for cross-brand rewards which help both parties in engaging more customers.
In October 2022, Panera Bread, a fast-casual chains of restaurants, entered into a cross-brand partnership with American Express. Under this partnership, the bank’s consumers and corporate card members are eligible for a four-month subscription to the Unlimited Sip Club beverage program of Panera for a specific period. Since there are many Americans who use Amex cards, the restaurant chain strategized to partner with Amex to attract those consumers, who still did not engage with the brand.
Furthermore, the restaurant chain also started to offer a free subscription to customers who visited their restaurants. Also, the restaurants are offering in-restaurant offers to other brands’ customers and rewards from other brands are also offered to their customers. These are all part of the restaurant’s strategy to drive loyalty, out of which the restaurant chain is seeking to earn profit.
Similarly, in August 2022, IHOP, a casual dining breakfast chain based out of California, teamed up with Xbox to enable its loyal customers to access gaming rewards through the IHOP’s “International Bank of Pancakes” rewards program. This partnership also falls under the cross-brand rewards program that enables the restaurant chain to expand the brand’s reach. Under this unique partnership, IHOP, through its loyalty program, provides a month of a free trial of a subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. This game pass will enable the loyal members of the IHOP to access several add-ons for the video game Forza Horizon 5 and also get codes for the video game Grounded. Together with this, the International Bank of Pancakes, the program also provides pancakes and other items for free.
In October 2022, Starbucks Coffee Company (Starbucks) and Delta Air Lines announced to enter into a partnership to enable customers who are members of both the Delta SkyMiles and the Starbucks Rewards to earn more rewards and benefits. To benefit from the partnership, firstly both the accounts of the customer must be linked. Now, for every dollar spent at Starbucks (eligible products only), the member can earn one mile. On the other hand, the members who fly on Delta Air Lines will also be eligible to earn double Starbuck Stars at several participating Starbucks stores. These offers are not only available for the currently enrolled members, but also for the new members of both brands. Additionally, the customers who would link both these accounts between October 12 and December 31 will be eligible to earn around 500 miles together with 150 stars after a qualifying purchase is made.
Furthermore, the airlines planned to introduce additional Starbucks Stars for Diamond and Platinum SkyMiles Members as a part of their partnership. Moreover, a flight passenger departing Seattle on Oct.12 received a “Star Card” with 150 Stars that can be redeemed in any of the Starbucks stores.
Notably, this partnership is the outcome of Starbuck's Reward Together program that enables a selected group of leading brands to connect their rewards programs, generating revenue over the next quarters. Thus, PayNXT360 anticipates these strategies would lure more customers of both brands thereby driving more memberships and increasing customer lifetime value. These loyalty programs have been successfully driving revenue and because of this more and more restaurant chains are entering into these cross-brand partnerships. For instance,
Starbucks, which has been heading the restaurant loyalty space, saw that more than 40% of its revenue comes from its stored-value programs, starting with gift cards to credits in the company’s loyalty app and many more. However, it was seen that most of these Starbucks gift cards and loyalty accounts remain unused. Furthermore, the Seattle-based company claimed that it generated around US$181 million in revenue from the unused money from these stored value programs in 2021, and it rose from that of 2020. Recently, an organization composed of labor unions named Strategic Organizing Center raised a complaint against the restaurant chain on the investigation of this unused money. Though the percentage of profit from this unused credit is not that significant, the disclosures regarding the unused credit remain insufficient as compared to other leading brands in the market. However, Starbucks and many other restaurant chains, stated this unused gift card money is considered as breakage or revenue over time as a proportion to the stored value card redemptions.
Starbucks, which mainly operates in the United States and many other markets, revealed that these stored-value cards do not expire and historical data says some of the credits remain unused. Notably, Starbucks issues its credit through gift cards, which are sold at several retailers and also at its restaurants. Importantly, one can also access these credits through the rewards accounts and can keep accumulating credits by purchasing online or on the mobile app. Moreover, the members will be able to use these credits at all Starbucks locations and licensed stores across North America, Japan, and other international markets.

Quarantine, Day 135
July 24
So the morning didn't start off too auspiciously today. I woke up at 8:30 and my leg was really hurting for some reason. I tried to get up and I could barely walk. It felt like I'd pulled a muscle in the thigh-buttock area, but I hadn't done anything all night except sleep! WTF? I hoped it would go away soon because I had a lot to do today, so I took some Advil and rubbed some Icy-Hot on it (when you are old and out of shape you just keep Icy-Hot around, it is a thing), and laid down for a little while. It continued to hurt, so I decided to soak it out with a bath. Turns out that you really shouldn't take a hot bath within a short time of applying Icy-Hot, so ouch there and I got a big red irritated patch of skin on my thigh for awhile too. That was not great and it meant I kind of got a slow start this morning, but eventually the pain dulled and I could at least get up and do stuff.
First order of business today was getting the car cleaned out. The bookshelf was heavy as shit and not much fun to carry up the stairs, but we managed it and it looks and fits very well in the kiddo's room! It is much bigger and sturdier than his former bookcase, and it fits even his tall and oversized books with no problem. We also pulled out all the other auction stuff, mostly baking pans, and a bunch of random odds and ends from grocery trips past, plus a few things still left over from our trip to North Carolina last month. Whoops! I don't expect this to be a big carrying-things trip since my dad made me bring home all my basement crap at Christmas, but you never know. He keeps wanting me to take my wedding dress home with me, but it has been fine in their basement for fifteen years and 364 days as of today, so I see no reason to mess with success. Where the hell would I put it, anyway?
Once the car was cleaned out, I used it to do all the dumb things I gotta do. I promised my mom I would try and get over to the Japanese grocery store and get sushi supplies to bring with me, so I went there first, by way of Starbucks. The local Starbucks has a very clean drive-thru coffee system going and I have a gift card, so I've been hitting them up on the regular. Today the regular person must not have been in because I got a hilarious frappucino that was at least 50% whipped cream. There was a huge squirt of whipped cream on the bottom, then a layer of coffee drink, then several inches of whipped cream on top, stacked high enough that a nearly inch-high core sample pushed through the little dome top. Lucky I like whipped cream! At the grocery store, a little place in a strip mall, the older guy owner had me put on a pair of plastic foodservice gloves before I shopped and washed my debit card with a disinfectant wipe. I hope he stays healthy! I got seaweed sheets and seaweed snacks, frozen tamago, sesame oil, rice vinegar, a bag of  sushi rice, and one of the bamboo rolling mats. My mom just has to supply the fresh ingredients.
Walmart didn't have the lunch meat I ordered in my pickup and I refuse to go to Food Lion as a matter of principle because they are a dirty pestilence store (or were back in early June, to be fair), so I popped over to Kroger. They had lunchmeat for the same price as Walmart if I downloaded a digital coupon via their app, plus clearance hot cocoa mixes for 79 cents a box! I also filled up the gas tank, picked up our Walmart order, and got takeout dinner from Cook Out to celebrate our anniversary. Add to that my short trip later to drop off my last cat trap at a local barn and I spent as much time out just today as I have in the past week! My mask and sanitizer got a workout, even though I stayed in the car as much as possible.
Doing the errands took most of the afternoon, but luckily my husband was managing things at home and by the time I got back he and the kiddo were both packed and nearly all the dishes were clean. Just one more reminder of why I married the guy in the first place! :D I've been working on cleaning the kitchen and packing my own stuff this evening, plus I'm going to make a big pile of wraps and sandwiches for our cooler bag. Staying at a hotel tomorrow night is going to be a significant expense because we can't stay at the usual cheapo places we tend to hit up on our trips. We need at least a mid-grade hotel and I'll be taking the disinfectant wipes with me. At least if we pack our meals and drinks, that saves a bit of cash. With a little luck and the wind at our backs we'll be in Dayton tomorrow night and at our destination by Sunday! And don't bother robbing our house while we're gone just because I've disclosed our travel plans. We haven't got anything worth stealing, plus the place is protected by vicious attack plants.

Hey guys. I don’t usually do this kind of referral-y type stuff but, since things are tough right now for everyone I wanted to share this app.
I’ve been using the Ibotta app for the past two years for groceries and I’ve earned about $250 in cash back.
It’s the easiest coupon app I’ve found thus far AND you can use it along with other discount apps; for example, I also have apps for my local grocery store, Hannaford, and I use the Target app. So, if Target is offering $0.50 off of raspberries and Ibotta is offering $1 off raspberries purchased from Target? No problemo! You just saved $1.50.
So here’s how it works:
1. Download the app and sign up.
2. Select your most frequently shopped stores (the app has access to tons of grocery chains all over the country, as well as gas stations, drug stores, Target, Wal-Mart, Starbucks, and even online shopping (yup, even Amazon). You can even attach some loyalty accounts to the app so you don’t have to submit a receipt.
3. Now, before you go shopping, select the stores you’re going to visit and search through their coupons. Select any items you think you’ll want. NOTE: SOMETIMES you may have to watch a :30 ad in order to add a coupon. I just turn down my volume let it play and then continue on my merry way. ;)
4. Most of the deals are good for some time, but I always reopen the app if I haven’t gone out in a few days to make sure I don’t buy something that expired or TO CHECK THE NEW ITEMS TAB! Even if you added your deals the previous night, it’s worth checking this right before you hit the store! New items are added all the time.
5. (Optional) but I find it helps: make a grocery list. On paper, in your phone, whatevs. I do this because it’s annoying to have to switch back and forth, say, from the Ibotta app to my Target app as I’m shopping.
6. Check out and KEE YOUR RECEIPT. Seriously.
7. In the app, you can take a photo of the receipt and submit it.
8. Read some cookies. Bake a book. Your work is done. If you did your job the cash will be in your Ibotta account within 24-48 hours (usually less).
Some stuff:
There are bonuses you can fulfill sometimes, just by purchasing the same items twice in a month or buying multiple items from the same brand.
There are bonuses you can earn by redeeming a certain number of deals in a given period (I redeemed 18 deals over the past two weeks and earned an extra $10).
Pay attention to the deals you click. Sometimes there’s a limit on how many you can buy OR there’s a “MUST BUY 2” in order for it to apply. Not a problem most of the time. ;)
THIS IS THE IMPORTANT THING: You don’t get access to the $ until you have reached at least $20. The money you earn builds up in your account and once you hit $20 or $25 you can either cash it out in Venmo or redeem it for a gift card (Amazon, Target, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Ulta, the list is crazy). Don’t worry! If your diligent, it happens fast!
Occasionally places like Home Depot will offer you a few extra bucks in your account if you redeem for one of their gift cards.
Finally, the more you use the app the more it learns about what you like to buy. Sounds creepy, but it’s nice to get money back on stuff you actually want to buy!
Those are the basics! You can also get $ for referring others. I’ve included my referral link above so you guys can have easy access and I *think* it would make us a team (?) so we can earn more as a group (I haven’t built a team, so I dunno. I’ve been doing this by myself and it’s worked just fine.)
But, if you’d rather not use my link please go ahead and just download Ibotta from your App Store. 💕 I couldn’t care less about referral $. Things are rough right now and, after getting about $40 back in 2 weeks I suddenly realized this might make a big difference for my friends who are struggling right now.
I love you guys and I hope this helps. If I left anything out or if you have questions, feel free to ask.
So many (social distancy) hugs!
Be well loves!

Loyalty Programs: An innovative way to shop or promotion overkill? Hattie Swank
Tumblr media
Target announced their new loyalty program this week, Target Circle. Unlike their already established Bullseye app, this new program will give stay at home moms even more perks than their Starbucks gold card does. Not only will shoppers get 1% on all their Target purchases, which can add up since its impossible to shop on a budget at Target, but they will be granted personalized rewards, a special birthday gift, and special access to sales throughout the year. Additionally, all of this will be managed in the app, so your couponing, shopping, and paying can be done on one single page of your phone. Now, you may be thinking, what is so special about that? Every major brand offers these perks, and every brand offers their membership for free. This is exactly the question I was thinking when I read about this new wave of Target shopping. If we as consumers are a rewards member for mostly every brand we consume, is it even considered special anyone? Haven’t birthday surprises become the norm? Shouldn’t I earn my points on my weekly trips to Target anyways? Isn’t this just the future of customer engagement with big brands? Haven’t we all been tricked by the cashier into signing up for a few too many of these things? I digress. Let’s go down the rabbit hole of loyalty programs for a second. According to a survey conducted by Gartner in 2018, 61% of brands offered both experiential and monetary benefits in 2018 compared to 47% of brands in 2017. That means that there was an increase of almost 30% when it comes to extra perks that these big brands are offering. The numbers for 2019 have yet to come out, but I’m sure they increased even more. Brands such as Sephora, DSW, Nordstrom, Chick Fil A, and a multitude more are rewarding their customers with discounts and free stuff just for giving them their email and paying with their own loyalty card app at checkout. It gets even more complex than that. Sephora, for instance, has different tiers of loyalty program members. The highest tier obviously meaning that they spend the most money. People want to participate in this cycle of spending so that they have the honor of being the highest status at whatever store they frequent. As seen in the diagram below, people associate a positive customer experience with saving money and being regarded as a special customer based on their loyalty program status.
Tumblr media
I want to focus on Starbucks for a second, as they were one of the first major brands to roll out their loyalty program. The premise, for those who aren’t familiar, is that with every dollar at Starbucks you spend using your in-app Starbucks specific card, you get stars that are redeemable for a free food or drink. Also, the app and your membership allow you to skip the line and order ahead so your grande-mocha-soy-whatever is ready when you get there. Starbucks loyalty program members tend to have an elitist attitude about themselves, they think they are superior because they get to walk past all of you peasants standing in line and waiting for your drinks. But, what no one seems to understand, is this should not be special. The technology is clearly available to make this happen for everyone. And in fact, loyalty programs should not be thought of as exclusive clubs, this is how shopping should be done in the digital age. Paying on your phone and having different accounts for every store you buy from should be the norm. We are in an age that everything we do is tracked, so why shouldn’t we be using that to our advantage.
All of this tracked spending is allowing these big corporations to access information about you and analyze your spending patterns beyond what you could have ever imagined. With each purchase being filed under your name and account, they can go so far as to predict what you want to buy next and bombard you with countless promotional emails and social media ads and convince you to make a purchase to up your membership status. Consumers like the personalized nature of the loyalty programs, they want companies to tell them what they should be buying instead of looking for it themselves.  which is why they have increased so drastically over the years. All of these loyalty programs are really just showing companies how they should be doing business today, make use of that technology people!

How to be an Experienced Traveler
When starting off as a traveler, there are many decisions that are involved to become an experienced traveler. Especially when you are on a budget like me. Before you start, you need to make a decision… Who will you fly with?
I chose to fly with United and for this blog, we will be talking about how to fly efficiently with United. If you would like to see how to know how to begin traveling with other airlines, check out TPG.com for an in-depth guide on other airlines.
 1.       Choosing the right credit card (s). When I first started getting into the travel business, I looked into getting the best card for the best price. Also, if you are just building your credit, you might need a higher credit score to get some of these cards. In that case, a prepaid credit card might be a good start in order to get to the airline cards.
a.       The first credit card would be the MileagePlus Explorer Credit Card from Chase. This card is fabulous for acquiring miles! If you have any big expenses that you have to pay for, use this card instead to make the payment and qualify for their sign-up bonus miles. Make sure you can pay off the card as well.
b.       On top of the sign-up bonus, the Mileage Plus Explorer has many other benefits including one free checked bag saving around $50-$100, two complimentary tickets to the United Lounges, and 1 mile for every $1 spent on regular purchases.
Tumblr media
 2.             After you have chosen your credit card, you will want to sign up with MileagePlus X. This app allows you to get more miles with any purchase they have available. For example, if you go to Starbuck frequently and MileagePlus X offers 2 miles for every $1 spent. You have the option to buy yourself a gift card on the MileagePlus X app that you can use at Starbucks. The miles that you acquire from MileagePlus X go directly to United Account. On top of getting miles from this app, the miles you acquire from your credit card also stack so if you use your MileagePlus Explorer credit card on the MileagePlus X app. So on top of getting the 2 miles per $1 spent, you also get the 1 mile per $1 spent from the credit card totally 3 miles per $1 spent.
If you would like to download this app, it is available on all platforms to download for free. All you need is your MileagePlus account from United which you create when you decide to fly with United. You will also need to add your credit card information to the app and apply it to those purchases. Click here for the link to the app.
3.       Once you start really getting into traveling, I highly recommend getting the Chase Sapphire Preferred credit card. This has some features that are similar to the MileagePlus Explorer card. However, this credit card can acquire more points per dollar spent and has an even greater signup bonus usually totaling around 50,000 points that can be transferred to miles with a 1:1 ratio.
Tumblr media
Credit cards are essential to affordable traveling. Just because they are credit cards does not mean you should recklessly spend money. My word of advice is that anytime you use your credit card, make sure you have money in the bank to pay it off. Treat the credit card as your money and not borrowed money. Once you follow that rule, you will be able to use the miles you have acquired to fly for an unbelievably cheap price. I am going to Savannah, Georgia from Los Angeles in a few months for around $50 round trip. Hope to see you on my flight!

Celebrating Loyalty with Rewarding Experiences

The allure of the program's offerings, including complimentary add-ons, beverages, food items, and even personalized birthday treats, fosters a sense of being appreciated for loyalty, transforming transient consumers into impassioned advocates.
‍Navigating the Stars: A Multi-Layered Rewards Framework
Starbucks employs a hybrid loyalty strategy, incorporating a points-based mechanism termed "stars." These stars, earned at a rate of 2 for every dollar spent via the Starbucks mobile app or gift card, can be exchanged for an array of complimentary items. The adaptability of this multi-tiered structure empowers customers to curate their rewards based on their proclivities, fostering sustained involvement.
A Panoply of Rewards
The Starbucks rewards hierarchy presents a cornucopia of options, beckoning patrons to explore diverse reward tiers commensurate with their accrued stars. The spectrum of choices spans from simple beverage tweaks to complimentary hot drinks, pastries, handcrafted beverages, and even pre-packaged lunches. This expansive array of rewards ensures that customers of all inclinations find intrinsic value in the program, further cementing their allegiance.
Conveyed Value
A cornerstone of Starbucks' loyalty program lies in its proficient articulation of value propositions. By lucidly outlining the perks and rewards, the program entices active participation. This transparency not only facilitates comprehension of the gains but also nurtures trust and authenticity.
Elevated Customer Experience
The Starbucks loyalty program seamlessly melds into the customer journey. From the instant a patron employs the mobile app to place an order to the delightful revelation of earned rewards, the program augments the holistic experience. This integration underscores the brand's customer-centric ethos and contributes to an enriched, memorable encounter.
Robust Customer Engagement
Starbucks' occasional double star days epitomize the brand's perpetual quest to engage its clientele. By proffering double rewards on designated days, Starbucks not only propels sales during these periods but also maintains a heightened level of customer engagement throughout the year.
Exclusivity and Personalization
The program's tiered framework fosters an aura of exclusiveness, permitting patrons to ascend from rudimentary rewards to more captivating offerings as they accumulate stars. This progression cultivates a sense of loyalty, grounded in the anticipation of superior rewards. Furthermore, the customizable options and individualized offers underscore Starbucks' commitment to treating each patron as a distinct entity.
‍Starbucks' loyalty program stands as a resounding testament to the efficacy of well-structured rewards systems. By astutely aligning patrons' aspirations for savings and appreciation with a diverse array of rewards, Starbucks has succeeded in nurturing an ardently loyal patronage. General Tip (Mostly money and budgeting tips ((from someone who still knows nothing)
Hello Lovelys. Just a few more tips I’ve picked up since the last time I’ve posted.
Pack your own lunch for the day and make your own coffee and/or tea. Not spending money at corner stores or coffee shops can save you so much. There are many recipes online for different drink from cafes like Starbucks and costa, and many recipes for easy and cheap lunches. Also, always keep a drink with you. This stops you from going to a shop and buying a drink then. This is also heathier.
Want something but can’t afford it? DIY it. There are so many tutorials online that are easy to follow. Sites like Pinterest and (for those of you who like to cosplay) CosplayTutorial.com have some amazing tutorials on them that show you how to make pretty much anything.
Save loose change. Put them in a jar and open it at the end of the year. Get a tin money box and start collecting small pieces of change, it many not seem like much now but in a few months, it might add up to quite a bit.
Leave cards at home. Its more tempting to use a card when you’re out than it is to use cash. When you have cash, you think more about what you’re spending.
Put at least 10% of each pay check into a savings account, for emergencies.
Unplug electronics when not in use. Don’t just turn them off, even if its at the mains, it’ll still have electricity running through it. Take the plugs out to save some electric.
Want a book that you’ve see? See if your local library has it first. They’ll most likely have it. Read it from there first. If you really love it then save up to buy it.
If you don’t already have it, download your bank app to keep track of what you spend. Also, keep a notebook, of everything you spend. If you can’t remember what you bought from a shop that’s on your statement, this will help.
eBay, Charity shops, Thrift shops. You would be surprised by some of the things you can find, eBay is good for finding random things, like jewellery, clothes, random items and charity and thrift shops actually have some cute clothes, it can just be a gamble of if it’s in your size.
Sluggbooks.com. That’s all I have to say.
Keep Bills, receipts, taxes and important documents organized. I personally use and expanding folder to keep them separated. Also, keep a notebook of everything you but so if you’re unsure of where some money has gone you can check and see if you spent it and can’t remember what on.
If people are asking you what you want for Christmas/birthday and you don’t have anything you want, ask for gift cards. If you need something in particular in the future or you see something you want, then the gift cards can help towards the cost.
These may not be super helpful but oh well. If anyone is actually reading this and wants me to write anything specific, like cheap and easy recipes or DIY room décor, let me know. That is all for now, me lovelies.

He’s Got It Bad *J.M*
SO Here’s the first one and I hope you like it!
Day One: Studio Girl
@whydontwecry
@seavveywdw
Jonah hadn't been one to stare but when R8dio brought a new girl in to help with finishing the new album, and in Jonah’s opinion you were gorgeous. He liked that you didn't come in wearing makeup, he liked that you came in sweats and gym shoes and that for the most part, you knew exactly what you were doing. He liked that you gave the boys honest feedback and that you would come in with coffee every morning for the five of them.
"I’m pretty sure if you don’t stop staring at her she’s going to think your creepy," Corbyn said as he took a seat next to Jonah eating a doughnut that you had gotten for them, Krispy Kreme fresh and warm
"I’m not staring, I’m just taking a few glances every once in a while," Jonah argued back as he turned his attention to his blond friend, only for a second. Your laugh was contagious and it always got his attention.
"Jonah you haven’t looked away from her since she’s been talking to Jack, just go talk to her. Start a conversation or something."
"I’m not going to go up to her and just randomly start talking, I have nothing to say and if I have nothing to say and I just ramble she’s gonna think I’m a complete idiot." Jonah went on mumbling the last part of his argument.
"Well, you are an idiot, if you're lucky she just might think that you’re cute one… And who cares you’re the ladies man just go and flirt or something." Corbyn argued as he finished his donut, licking his fingers a bit as he stood up so he could go wash his hands.
"I don’t wanna be known as the guy who just flirts his way into girls life… She’s really sweet and kind and maybe if I knew something about her it would make it easier."
"You’re forgetting that she’s R8dios niece...meaning she isn’t here just because there are five attractive guys in one place… She’s here because she likes music and her uncle can help her figure out why she loves it so much along with the fact that she shows signs that she likes to read and that she loves whatever app that takes her attention when she's on her phone and she most definitely loves drinking iced white chocolate mochas from Starbucks because that’s all she ever drinks when she’s in here." Corbyn explained giving a quirky thumbs up before heading towards the bathroom.
Jonah took note of that, last night he went to a bookstore with Jacks sister and their mutual friend Sky to pick something out that you might like. The Hate U Give just in case you liked things that spoke about P.O.C and things that happen way too often or maybe The SkinJacker series if you liked more of A Sy-Fi approach and then he saw cute romance books....to say that he spent a lot of money on books would be an understatement because he got a lot of books for himself, you and then he even got Sky and Sydnie a book of their choice as well.
Next, he got gift cards from Starbucks...he felt bad that every day you came to the studio which was 3 out of the seven days you were bringing them all drinks. It adds up to 250 dollars in Starbucks gift cards he added to the list of things you might like and then he always saw that you had different color laces for your shoes so there next stop was to footlocker to get you some neon ones and some creative ones as well. Jonah had it bad but the boys understood...Jonah looked at you the way Corbyn looked at Christina. Like you were his entire world and the sucky part is Jonah would never just speak to you by himself, one of the boys always had to be there for him to stay.
"Jonah my man, this stuff has been sitting in the living room for two weeks....when are you going to give it to her?" Jack asked as they were waiting for Daniel and Zach to come down the stairs so they could head to the studio.
"When the time is right," Jonah told the shorter boy, he put his phone in his pocket giving him a weird look. "Why?"
"Well, it's just...what if one day she stops coming to the studio, you might as well take it now and show her that you're interested rather then making her wait," Jack explained. Jonah nodded she started picking up the books.
"Help me load them in the car?"
The boys stood by the door waiting for you to come in and just like normal, nine o'clock came and you walked in with everyone's normal coffees.  "What's all this?" You asked.
"The boys and I decided to pay you back for all the nice things you've done."
"By the bys he means himself....all we did was help load it into the car and then unload them," Zach said as he pushed Jonah forwards and took a few steps back himself.
"I saw how nice you were and I just wanted to show you that you were appreciated," Jonah told you as he scratched the back of his neck. You smiled as you handed the drinks to Daniel before giving Jonah a hug.
"That's really sweet of you." You told him, "One of the sweetest things a guy has done for me." You added. Jonah smiled as he allowed himself to wrap his arms around you, though he wanted to ask you out, he wanted to get to know you for you a bit more and he wanted to show you that he isn't just some guy in a band.

Making money with Apps - Earn from everywhere
Tumblr media
Every week, we already spend hours on our phones. With its weekly screen usage stats, Apple has made us acutely aware of this. Why not make some money with those hours?
There are plenty of money-making applications available for both Apple and Android users these days. Taking surveys, playing games, watching movies, investing, and even buying are all ways to make money.
The 10 Most Profitable Apps
We've tried a lot of applications, so trust us when we say we've tried a lot of them. We weeded out the duds and put up a list of our top-rated money-making applications.
1. InboxDollars: Earn Money by Watching Videos
Tumblr media
Most of us are familiar with InboxDollars, but did you realize it pays you to watch videos? There's a lot to watch on the site, including cuisine, entertainment, news, and wellness programs. InboxDollars will credit your account with a little amount of money each time you watch one.(Are you new to InboxDollars? Here's our beginner's guide.)
Pros: You earn cash with InboxDollars, so you don't have to worry about trading points. It also has more opportunities to make money, such as surveys, scratch-off games, and internet searches.
Cons: To pay out, you must earn $30, which is a bit expensive when compared to the other sites on our list. A $3 transaction fee will also be charged.
Payment is made via check, which is mailed to you. Get a $5 incentive just for joining up and watching your first video, according to a pro tip. Available for Android (4.3 stars) and iOS (4.3 stars) (rated 4.4 stars).
2. Lucktastic: Free Scratch-offs to Win Big
Tumblr media
If you're sitting on the sofa looking through your phone, download the Lucktastic app to play free scratch-off tickets for a chance to win $1 to $10,000 instantly.
Pros: You may download and use Lucktastic for free. You have nothing to lose if you have some spare time.
Cons: According to user feedback, winning money is an uncommon occurrence. However, we spoke with a single father who had won $5,000.
Earn a minimum of $2 and then cash out for an immediate gift card. If you spend $10 or more, you can request a check in the mail. Keep a charger on hand to keep your phone charged. Available on Android (4.2 stars) and iOS (4.2 stars) (rated 3.2 stars).
3. Get Free Prepaid Visa and MasterCards with Fetch Rewards
Fetch Rewards, a free app, will convert your receipts into gift cards. It works with a variety of companies to reward you with points for each supermarket receipt you post. Then you may swap them for Visa and MasterCard prepaid cards.
To earn prepaid Visa or MasterCards, just download the app and establish an account, then upload photographs of your supermarket receipts.
Pros: There's no need to scan barcodes or look for deals; all you have to do is email Fetch a snapshot of your receipt, and it'll take care of the rest. It may also be used with any grocery receipt.
Cons: Cashing out requires a minimum of 3,000 points, however offers range from 250 to 3,000 points, so hitting the minimum should be simple. We've seen offers for 2,000 points with the purchase of a Suave female hair product and 2,000 points with the purchase of a Blue Moon 12-pack.
When you achieve your minimum, you may cash out for prepaid Visa and MasterCard cards or gift cards to participating shops.
Pro tip: Use Fetch as soon as possible following your shopping trips, as your receipts must be within the previous 14 days. Plus, when you download the app, enter the code PENNY to get 2,000 points instantly when you scan your first receipt – you'll be well on your way to your first gift card in no time. Android (4.2 stars) and iOS (4.3 stars) versions are both available (4.8 stars).
4. Ibotta: Make Money While Shopping
Tumblr media
You may get cash back on a variety of transactions using the Ibotta app, including groceries, Uber trips, and Amazon purchases. Simply take a picture of your receipt or use the app to shop.
Pros: Ibotta is a fantastic method to save money on goods you currently buy, both in stores and online. You'll occasionally come across gratis offerings in the mix as well. We spoke with Nancy Frost, who received $432 in cash back over the course of a year.
Cons: Be wary of purchasing goods you don't actually need only to earn money back. It's alluring.
Payment method: Once you've reached $20, you may cash out by PayPal or Venmo, or choose a gift card to a major shop such as Amazon, Best Buy, Target, or Walmart.
Pro tip: Get a $20 sign-up bonus by downloading Ibotta from The Penny Hoarder and redeeming your first 10 offers within 14 days. Available for Android (4.5 stars) and iOS (4.5 stars) (rated 4.7 stars).
5. Nielsen Consumer Panel: Earn Money for What You Keep in Your Fridge
Tumblr media
Nielsen is a market research firm that you're undoubtedly acquainted with. It's always kept tabs on TV ratings, but now it wants a look inside your refrigerator. Scanning the barcodes on your shopping goods earns you points in the Nielsen Consumer Panel app.
Pros: Becoming a member of this market research panel is quite straightforward. Scanning the barcodes of things you've purchased is as simple as downloading the app and scanning the barcodes of the items you've purchased. To get points, share your data with Nielsen.
Cons: You won't get paid in cash or gift cards; instead, you'll get rewards.
Method of payment: Earn points that may be redeemed for items such as toys, gadgets, or household equipment.
If you don't want to use the app, you can request a portable scanner instead. Available for Android (with a 3.7-star rating) and iOS (with a 3.5-star rating) (rated 4.4 stars).
6. Acorns: Invest Your Change (and Receive a $5 Bonus)
Tumblr media
Investing is a fantastic method to make money over time. If you're just getting started, the Acorns app is a good place to start. It allows you to invest tiny sums of money.
Pros: With Acorns, you can be as hands-on or as hands-off as you want. Its round-up function rounds up each transaction and invests your digital change automatically. In less than two years, the software helped Jeremy Kolodziej amass more than $2,000 in investments.
Cons: Acorns charges $1 per month for accounts with less than $1 million in balance. It's a shame it's not free, but consider this: for the price of one month of Netflix, you can receive a year of investing.
Withdrawals are not subject to any limitations or fees. You may withdraw money as often as you like, but investing is preferable in the long run.
Pro tip: If you join up for Acorns through The Penny Hoarder, you'll receive a $5 bonus, effectively giving you five months of free service. Available on Android (4.4 stars) and iOS (4.4 stars) (rated 4.7 stars).
7. MyPoints: Tell Us What You Think
Tumblr media
MyPoints is a website that connects consumers to market research survey opportunities. It has been in existence since 1996.
You may earn gift cards by completing polls and filling out surveys using MyPoints. You'll get a $5 prize after completing your first five surveys.
Pros: You get points even if you don't qualify for a survey. It's also a simple gateway with a variety of methods to gain points, such as participating in polls and viewing movies.
Cons: Because MyPoints links you to surveys on third-party consumer marketing sites, you'll frequently leave the site's portal. Users say they have a hard time qualifying for surveys. (I didn't qualify for any of the five tests I took recently.)
Gift cards to major shops such as Amazon, Old Navy, and Starbucks are accepted as payment. Tip: After qualifying for and completing your first five surveys, you'll receive a $5 bonus. Android version is available (rated 3.5 stars).
8. Rover: Earn Money Playing With Dogs
Tumblr media
You may opt to provide a number of services on Rover, such as dog walking, overnight boarding at your or their house, and daycare. According to Rover, sitters may earn up to $450 per month.
Pros: Is there anything more enjoyable than spending time with dogs? However, take it seriously. Rover allows you to establish your own hours and pricing. Choose the services you'd want to offer as well.
Cons: To build a solid reputation on Rover, you may need to decrease your hourly prices at first until you break into your city's market and start receiving favorable reviews.
You establish your own rates as a payment option. (A little percentage is kept by Rover as a service charge.) Payment can be made straight to your bank account. The money may take up to 72 hours to transfer.
Pro tip: Because boarding is the most popular service on the app, offering it might help you land more bookings. Available on Android (4.2 stars) and iOS (4.2 stars) (rated 4.9 stars).
9. Foap: Make Money With Your iPhone Camera
Tumblr media
Do you have a smartphone that takes decent photos? Foap is a website where you may sell your photographs. List your photographs in the app's marketplace, and if someone buys the photo's license, you'll get 50% of the sale. If it sells for $10, for example, you'll make $5 every time.
Pros: Today's phones have amazing cameras, making it easy to snap high-quality photographs. The effort is done after you capture the ideal image and post it to Foap. All you have to do now is wait for a sale.
Cons: You can't be sure your photographs will sell. Also, don't expect to make a lot of money; this is simply a fun side project.
Payment method: You'll get 50% of the sale and may pay out using PayPal. Add relevant tags to your photographs as a pro suggestion. It will assist users in finding your photographs, much like it does on Twitter or Instagram. Available for Android (with a 3.8-star rating) and iOS (with a 3.8-star rating) (rated 4.5 stars).
10. Sell Your Old Stuff on Letgo
Tumblr media
Why keep old items that you haven't looked at in over a year? Try using an online marketplace like Letgo to sell them to others in your region. It takes a lot of the effort out of selling anything online, and it's completely free to use.
Pros: Letgo allows you to sell almost anything. In less than 30 seconds, you may snap a photo and upload your item using our simple software. Another significant benefit? Letgo doesn't take a cut of the sale, so anything you make is all yours.
Cons: There's no assurance that your products will sell. Your goods may sell like hotcakes in record time...or they may sit in your closet collecting dust for a long. However, many internet markets have this danger, so brace yourself and wait.
Payment method: Letgo is only an online marketplace where you may list your things for sale, not a place where you can complete the transaction. What are its recommendations? Meet in a public area and only transfer money once the buyer has seen the goods.
Take cash or utilize a secure payment option like PayPal as a backup plan. Don't accept a "certified check" - according to Letgo, this is a typical fraud. It's also not a good idea to ship things. Available for Android (4.5 stars) and iOS (4.5 stars) (rated 4.4 stars).
