Over the last year Ahvi has become somewhat of a hermit, between rumors swirling of a potential relationship between her and Charles, and her break up with her ex-friend becoming known to the public. All of this buzz around her name has generated a lot of hate, whether it be from her ex-friend's fans, Charles fans or her own haters. For the last year Ahvi has just been the internet's punching bag, despite not being active on the internet.

In the year she took away from social media a lot happened, a lot changed. Before she started her break, she was just off a stadium world tour, about to drop her first proper album. She felt on top of the world, until one day, with only three months left in her tour. Just before her second day at Wembly Stadium, when she fainted during soundcheck and was sent to the hospital.

- a year ago -

Her heartbeats so loud she almost can't hear what the nurse in front of her is saying. The nurse smiles lightly "I know this is probably very shocking, so I will give you some time, but your options are a bit limited with how far along you are." Ahvi nods, trying to process the words that were said to her, "I just- I'm sorry, I know I've made you say it to me a hundred times over but just...one more time and can I see the results."

"Don't worry, this is a common response in this situation," the nurse says as she hands over the blood test results. Ahvi looks at the blood test results, there it is, in black and white, "your HCG levels are higher than normal," the nurse points to her HCG results. Aleyah's eyes follow the nurse's finger, "Your results put you at being 17 weeks pregnant." There's that word again, pregnant, the one part of this she can't wrap her head around. As the nurse was talking to her an ultrasound tech brought in an ultrasound machine.

Ahvi tries her best to truly listen and absorb what the nurses are telling her as she lifts her shirt up to start the ultrasound. When the ultrasound tech brings the wand to where the gel was put a fast heartbeat fills the room and tears swell in the young singers eyes.

The 22-year-old looks at the ultrasound screen, a small incredulous whisper tumbles from her lips, "what the fuck."

Robin Voice Comparison: Scott Menville (English) & Ezequiel Serrano (Latin Spanish)

Translation text by me, there isn't alot of changes to the original dialogue, but i still wanted to translate them. I couldn't insert alot of scenes & I had to make them shorter due to video size limit.

This video wasn't made as a competition on "which VA did it better", but as in how they interpret the character. I don't have a dub preference with the show since I love both & personally I think both VAs did a phenomenal job as Robin. Although Ezequiel's performance of the character will always be my favorite since he's the Robin I grew up with.

Some Fun facts:

-Both VAs are musicians, Scott: bassist & Ezequiel: singer, songwriter, bassist & guitar

-The LS dub of the show was made in Venezuela

-In 2008, Ezequiel retired from voice acting to focus on his music career, he currently has 3 albums: Tribop Vol. 1, Cabezón Key & 9 Cuentos Destarlados (Modesto Galán) and he'll be releasing his 4th album: Tribop Vol. 2 sometime this year (no release date atm, but fr his music is 🔥)

-Not only did Ezequiel voiced Robin, but he also provided the voice for Beastboy & Larry in the same show. Another popular character he voiced was Danny Phantom plus Dark Danny & also sang the opening theme song alongside Luis Miguel Pérez

how did you become a big time rush fan?

my college roommate introduced me our sophomore year! my spotify tells me i added my first btr song to my playlist on oct 5th 2021 if we want to get specific about it. i wasn't allowed to watch nickelodeon growing up - had i been, i would have definitely been a fan when it was airing! i'm a huge boyband girlie, so my roommate was shocked when she asked me if i'd ever seen btr and i didn't even know what it was. i only knew of the song big time rush through that "why are you in such a big time rush?" vine :)

2. who is your favorite member (and why)?

in the showverse, james 100%! if you couldn't tell by my blog i love him very much. cute, silly, a little bit stupid... dream guy fr. but irl, definitely kendall! from interviews i think our personalities are similar and we'd vibe together well :) he seems really sweet and laid back. i also really love his work outside of btr

3) what are your top three favorite big time rush songs?

worldwide, paralyzed, picture this! worldwide bc it makes me feel so warm and fuzzy whenever i hear it. paralyzed because it's closest to my music taste outside of boybands; musically i think it's just incredible with the blend of rock elements into the love song and vocally the boys just kill it. i wish they had more songs like that. picture this because i love the little storyline woven throughout because it's so vivid i feel like they're singing to me and it always makes me want to put together a scrapbook lol! and the guitar is soooo sweet. honorary mentions to amazing, like nobody's around, love me, love me, this is our someday, and time of our life

Oh. Ohohohoh anon. Here we go. We're going to go on a journey into how my mind works, I'm sorry, you asked such a straightforward question but it's going to unravel something in me. I'm so sorry. I studied music as a youth, and I am an insufferable autist.

So simply put, they COULD be there. Faerun isn't a parallel to earth, they can have anything they damn well want. But also, if they are there, why are other instruments... not?

The game is set in the late 1400s in Toril, and it does seem like a time of the very beginnings of industrialisation, of the cities going through bit populous changes. We see some evidence of this when we get to Baldur's Gate proper, after being in the countryside of the Frontiers for a while. We could argue that this is a time of enlightenment in Faerun. More people are becoming atheists, the return of Lantan has brought back some technology into the Sword Coast. It's easy to say that there are some progressions in how society runs at this point.

The first piano was made in the early 1700s by Bartolomeo Cristofori. Developed from the Harpsichord, which had been in use since the 1400s. A Harpsichord has a keyboard which, when pressed, plucks a string in a manner akin to other string instruments, like a violin with a finger. The piano strikes the string with a hammer, allowing for dynamic range (quiet to loud) which is new, and brings forward a whole new possibility for the instrumentalist.

The piano changed the fucking game when it came to music. by the 1800s every established household would have had a piano. But this is all known stuff.

What I don't get is where are the adjoining instruments? The things that led to pianos being in every musical home?

A bard has the option of a flute, drum, violin, lyre, or lute in BG3. Now a violin or drum, those would stay in play for years as a folk instrument and would likely not go out of circulation. But a flute is a really, really impractical instrument option for carrying across the field compared to, say, a clarinet. If that's where we are with the development of instruments. If we have pianos... we could probably be moving from lutes through to classical guitars, which bring another whole new melodic nature to burgeoning songwriting.

(In 5e standard I believe you get the above plus the shwam, bagpipes, dulcimer, horn, gong, shorthorn, longhorn, regular old horn and zulkoon, which I'll come back to in a moment)

Also if we have pianos, then we should see evidence of harpsichords in poorer households who can't afford these wonders yet. Pianos definitely still seem like a luxury item. We only see them prominently feature in Gale's home, the music shop, and the Jannath's estate. So elsewhere it would stand to reason that we would see spinets on people's tables, or smaller keyboarded instruments popping up elsewhere.

Also, if we are at the point of pianos being in people's homes... we've got to talk about concertinas and squeezeboxes starting to come into play too. Which would revolutionise the music played by bards. We have Zulkoons which are a bellows instrument which is kind of a bellows-pumped bagpipe, which is a drone instrument. But we've not even officially had hurdy-gurdy's yet (give the people what they want, wizards, we're sick of homebrewing them in.)

But imagine! Suddenly as a bard you have an instrument capable of polyphonic sound! That's going to completely revolutionise the game! To have something of the possibility of a concertina or a piano opens up so much more depth of sound in playing, and would take composition of music into a new era.

Then Gale, for fuck's sake, says he has a piano enchanted to play the Llurian Suites. SUITES? We're at a point in composition where we have suites? Are we at a time where somebody like Handel could be composing? Do we have the burgeoning artform of opera? It's all possible.

But where's my harpsichords?

Lmfao this is so dramatic but I had a vision of Olivia being hysterical and crying saying "Our friendship is over 😡😭!!!". She's really taking it to heart and feels this was a personal attack on her, when that it is not the case. To Taylor, this is just business, and she felt that she was being disrespected by someone who was supposedly her biggest fan. Taylor feels that she can be inspired by her, but it's not right for her to copy her. She questions how much of a "singer-songwriter" Olivia actually is. They are on really bad terms as of right now.

How does Taylor feel about Olivia?:

I feel that Taylor really appreciates the love and support that Olivia had given her all these years. She could see her younger self in Olivia and had high hopes for her. Taylor could of had possibly wanted to be her mentor? Or someone Olivia can depend on in the industry since she's seen the highs and lows of what the music business can do to people, especially Disney stars in particular. Taylor thinks what Olivia did was sneaky and could even think her behavior in general is very two faced. She believes Olivia acts as this sweet girl but then takes from other people to get what she wants or likes to take credit so she can get the praise. Once Taylor discovered the song similarities she deaded that shit immediately LMAO. Taylor did not care that Olivia idolizes her, she cares more about her craft more than anything, and will do whatever it takes to protect it. I heard "I worked hard for this, not you." (Period T.Swiftie!!! Go off T Swizzle 😂). She's not playing with Olivia fr. Taylor knew this situation would emotionally upset Olivia since she has such a strong attachment to her but she knows that she can't let her feelings get in the way of work. So Taylor had to do what was right and fight for justice. She feels guilty though and might reach out to her soon to try to patch things up. Taylor could be reading what people are saying about her on social media and after the court case, she feels like she needs to be alone to recover because disappointing someone so dear to her makes her upset. "It's either me or you, I have to choose me."

How does Olivia feel about Taylor?:

Olivia is absolutely distraught by this situation. She has looked up to Taylor for years and feels like the saying that "Don't meet your heroes because you'll be disappointed." is true, but I don't feel like that's what's really going on here. Taylor didn't do something to purposely go against Olivia and be spiteful towards her. It's just that she doesn't understand how serious this is. This is a business matter and a legal issue, you can't just graze over work just because you are friends with somebody. Olivia feels like since she is inspired by Taylor, that's why their songs are similar but she didn't actually intend to copy her. I am almost reminded of like those people on tiktok who promote themselves and caption their videos with "There's this new girl who sounds like Ariana Grande and blah blah her name is ___" Then it's their music and concept that looks and sounds the exact fucking same as the artist mentioned. It's really just a cheap and tacky tactic to gain more popularity. Being so "heavily" inspired by someone is problematic because you're not being yourself and you're copying off somebody's else's hard work. We don't need another Taylor Swift, we need to know who Olivia Rodrigo is. Olivia is being immature, she is still young so she is easily impressed by the fame, celebrities, etc, but if Olivia wants to make it in this business she really needs to grow up and find herself. She's in her 20s now and this is the age of self discovery. Olivia needs to find her own identity and learn about what makes her happy and what is her purpose as a musician. Otherwise this industry will chew her up and spit her out. As fast as she became famous, she will go downhill just as quickly if she doesn't get it together.

Could they be friends again? Were they ever truly friends?:

They were never really close friends because Olivia has this perception of Taylor that's not true to her. Olivia's view of Taylor could be really outdated. It's like a little girl who's missing her big sister. Taylor is not the same teenager with her curly hair and acoustic guitar anymore, she's a grown woman. So as much as they wanted to be close, it's just that Olivia can't get past her own assumptions of Taylor. With the Seven of Cups, their possibility of being friends is really up in the air. I honestly believe these two are going through some sort of karmic lesson right now. They are learning from each other about doing what's right. I think swifties in a very weird and gross way want joe to have been an absolute ass and emotionally abusive because then they’ll feel that all of Taylor’s friends behaving like that and even Taylor behaving in a very petty and just overtly mean way right after the breakup announcement would be justified. They believe that Taylor isn’t truly fully petty like that so she can’t possibly be doing that just because there just has to be a huge reason for everybody’s behaviour at the time cuz otherwise it makes her look immature. I also think because Taylor presented this image of him being so perfect that now fans that formed a very evident attachment to him feel betrayed so he has to have been horrible and awful all along. I truly don’t understand the she became voiceless part because honestly I know we don’t know alot right now but the info before us makes me feel like sometimes she’s pissed that she was forced to slightly face her morals head on in part because of him. on a side note I honestly don’t believe he’s some poor victim and I know that he might’ve been crappy to her and she might’ve been an ass but right now I just find it weird and icky that so what you’re presenting to us is that he couldn’t handle your fame and after the breakup you’re choosing to literally name your album after a group chat he had so it’s like you’ve kind of sentenced him to being in the headlines perpetually whenever the name of your album is mentioned and it’s like this isn’t just her discussing her feelings in a song which I don’t know others might not feel this way and it’s perfectly fine but like the song stuff sure can make the situation difficult for the other person slightly but I feel like that’s alright ya know you knew she’s a songwriter when you started dating her but this is the actual name of her album. Like she might put a spin on it and now she’s made that title her own which is perfecting fine but you can’t convince that miss marketing queen wasn’t aware that this wouldn’t happen especially because the way she and her friends have acted after the break up really fuelled the feud narrative. yuuuup i agree!!! i feel like joe and taylor had their issues but fully intended to make things work. but life happens, people change. i feel like ive seen a shift in taylor’s personality over the past few years. the thing i liked about joe/ taylor were how private they were, like we didn’t hear every single thought or action they did like we are seeing now. it felt like taylor had her own life and i was so content with that. we obviously don’t know anything more than what *taylor* has written about them in her music. joe doesn’t really say shit about her (and yeah ik that article went around about how he was feeling slighted by the album announcement but like be so fr anyone could have made that statement up- i feel slighted FOR him for gods sake) and he’s been pretty respectful of her their entire relationship publicly at least. he’s always known she’s a storyteller and writer so im sure it wasn’t exactly shocking information to hear about her writing about him, but yeah i do have to say after being so close and private with someone for years and then having them release an entire album less than a year after the breakup, filled with vague LDR rip off song titles that reference you in the slightest bit, therefore triggering millions of Defensive swiffers to openly bully and harass you online for…..ending a relationship you probably were grieving over too- just so fucking petty.

like sure we’re used to hear how taylor feels about her exes/ past relationships, but this was when she was still vague about what songs were about who, and we had at least 2+ years between the. breakups to learn about it. it feels like she rushed to put together another album to just shit on joe specifically…..like it just feels so wrong. imo.

HI 🍒 ANON !! it’s nice to meet u!! this is a great question…. i’m gonna b honest though when it comes to music i. kinda live under a rock? 😭 i didn’t even start thinking abt my favorite artists until a couple years ago… so that’s. a thing.

i can never keep track of my favorite songs but i do have a couple artists i love that come to mind!! :33 so!! in no particular order……

1/ yorushika

actually i lied yorushika is in fact my number one always and forever if yorushika has a million fans i’m one of them if yorushika has one fan that’s me if yorushika has no fans that means i am no longer on this earth. yorushika is a jpop/jrock band consisting of n-buna (songwriter/musician) and suis (vocalist) and they mean the whole galaxy to me their lyrics are so insanely good i use them for writing inspo all the time and in general they’re just?? so good??? their songs always feel so bittersweet and nostalgic and the instrumentals are soo incredible…. this is my favorite band of all time they fr changed my life i highly recommend checking out any of their songs/albums bc they have literally never missed. I Fucking Love Yorushika.

my favorite songs of theirs are blooming in that summer / hachigatsu, bou, tsukiakari / replicant !! :3 i have a million other favs but i’ll leave it at that..

2/ the front bottoms

i love these guys so bad i do….. i actually know literally nothing abt the band itself but i adore their songs and just. how scratchy and cool the vocalist’s voice is!! idk i’m not good at explaining it i just love their songs sm!! :’3 they have a very specific vibe to them that i can’t pinpoint but it does make me feel like a rabid dog so there’s that <33 if u have any form of daddy issues i’m sure u’ll love them (they’re also EXTREMELY stsg coded hello…)

3/ mitski

we all saw it coming let’s be real i don’t know a single queer jjk fan who doesn’t love mitski we literally owe her everything? jokes aside it actually took me some time to warm up to her songs, at first i only loved her lyrics but eventually i saw The Light. her songs have this specific melancholic vibe that i’ve never found in anything else and i eat it up every single time ….. i adore her instrumentals and her voice and obv her lyrics !! i resonate a lot with them AND i associate them w lots of jjk characters (especially sugu wbk he’s a mitski girlie).. i just really love her !! she’s Mother always and forever :)

my favorite songs of hers are goodbye, my danish sweetheart / a pearl / i’m your man !! :33

4/ ricky montgomery

RICKYYY MY ANGEL ON THIS EARTH i love him so bad. :( he makes me happy. his songs are so comfy so cozy so lovely i just adore them……. they’re very winter-y but also very summer-y i just love them a lot!! and i think his interactions w the jjk/sk8 fandoms are so funny he’s my emotional support artist i think i would probably kill if he asked me to

5/ beabadobee

what can i even say abt her…. she’s my goddess i think. beabadobee is like mitski in that her songs just have this specific Vibe that nothing else has and it makes me yearn so bad… sooo nostalgic and vibrant i just think she’s so ridiculously good !!! her songs never fail to make me lose it entirely i listen to them often while writing too !!! they’re soooo catchy and wonderful <333

i admire u sm, you don’t even knowww girl. First of all, 4 graduating!!! I fr feel like a proud mum, well done 🎓!!! That’s such a huge accomplishment. Secondly, ur writing & immense attention to detail and plot points- impeccable. Svn is constantly on my mind.

I’m just rambling on ab life here, so I apologise in advance for the waffling below, but basically- my one aspiration in life is to become a singer-songwriter/performer. Ever since I was little, it’s been my dream: on Monday, I sing, on Tuesday, I sing, and on Wednesday, I sing some more- I hold so much passion for singing. In the next 5 years of my life, I want to have recorded a country-pop album alongside a talented producer. I write songs/come up with loose ideas for songs as frequently as possible, and I have both a vocal coach who I’ve been seeing for 5yrs,& additionally, a singing teacher who I’ve just begun lessons with. My VC has been giving me tips on songwriting and stuff, which is brilliant, n I also have some musical theatre singing exams July 6th! 🤞

But in regards to songwriting, I struggle to conjure up differentiating song topics- they’re always the same subjects, which is rlly boring icl! And because of that, the lyrics I write are also incredibly repetitive across the board, as they all speak of the same topics. Now, I THINK I’m making slow progress with my songwriting skills, which is awesome, but I can’t for the life of me come up with song topics that are true and from the heart, as well as differentiating.

SO sorry for rambling on like this ml!! I j needed someone to talk to.

If you have any random pretty words or phrases that might spark some inspo for me, that’d be wonderful, or any general advice- it’d be so so greatly appreciated.

And good for you! You found a passion and are working towards making it your reality, that's such an icon thing to do ughh🥰 Also, good luck on your exams sweetie, you seem like a such a sweetheart and I'm sure you'll do amazing!

Ahh yes, the artist's block. Writers, Artists, and Performers always experience some kind of blockage that stops us from being great🙄 I'm not sure what advice to offer though, what pulled me out of my slump was realizing that I couldn't be afraid to put myself down on the page.

When I first starting writing, I was inspired by the things I was reading so some of my earlier pieces aren't fully me. But I realized that if I follow in the shadows of others, I'll never have my own. Maybe try getting more in-tune with yourself and who you are as an individual. Don't be afraid to use your personality, life experiences, and quirks in your work! Try to become effortlessly comfortable in your own skin, don't worry about the feedback you'll get after. Try and try again, y'know? You could also try looking at life through the eyes of people around you inspiration (if they're okay with it, of course), get the chance to use your music to tell someone else's story.

As for those random pretty words, OF COURSE?? I love looking through unique names/aesthetic words so I have a couple already scattered throughout my writing docs:

Hiraeth (one of my favs) - a homesickness for a home you cannot return to or that never was.

Ephemeral - lasting for a very short time.

Illuminate - to supply or brighten with light

Synodic - relating to/involving the conjunction of stars, planets, or other celestial objects

Obeisance - any action that shows deep respect for someone/something

Aureole - a radiance encircling the head or body, as in religious paintings

Morphean - of/relating to Morpheus, to dreams, or to sleep

Some names (can still be used as words)

Calista (greek) - most beautiful

Valkyrie (scandinavian) - chooser of the slain

Aurelia (latin/roman) - the golden one

Ivy (british) - climbing evergreen plant, also associated with loyalty and devotion

Primrose (british) - first rose (associated with protection, safety, and love)
