im getting too surgery!!! 🎉🎉🎉
i’ll be saying goodbye to my chest on the 22nd of march next year and im so excited!!!

!!!!! OKAY SO i finished season one of tma last night and ohhhh my god i love this show so so much already, it was such a blast to see the whole cast interact in such a dynamic and well put together ep in mag39, and then all the little after-insights we got in mag40!!!

I have a handful of theories based on the Very few notes I've collected (i wish i made more thru s1 - there are so many reoccurring names that i can never remember the origin of and it's driving me crazy - perhaps this will be a show i relisten to 🤔) but mostly i just miss sasha :( whatever is out there parading around as her is definitely Not sasha, and i rly rly hope she's okay, and that one of the other members picks up on it soon ☹️

OH MY GOD YES IM VERY HAPPY SOMEONE ASKED :DD I LOVE THEM SO MUCH SDJFFJSD okokok sO
Ro was quick to dismiss his complaints as whiny and dramatic until she saw how actually horrible his parents were
hc that Keefe has meltdowns and panic attacks sometimes which he usually hides from people, accept he literally cant hide them from Ro since shes usually with him at all times. i mean he tries at first but she found out about them eventually and tries to help.
im just like, thinking abt her wanting to help him and not knowing how so shes secretly rummaging through the candleshade book collections trying to find anything useful about it
hc that Keefe has nonverbal/ selective mutism episodes (i would never project coughs) and Ro made him little communication cards for him to use maybe if he wants. and aND she also drew little pictures on them and shes like standing there embarrassed and talking about how shes not much of an artist and theyre probably stupid and hes staring at the cards and tearing up bc hes never had someone who cared for him like that GOD IM I CANT I LOVE THEM
just her validating his anger and pain. in her opinion the kid needs to let loose some more and they should both go somewhere and break stuff
"have you eaten today?" "have you?" "...uhhh" (they both end up eating to make the other eat too)
She cut his hair at some point when it got too long and he was horrified sitting still as a rock in the chair and regretting every life choice hes ever made. it turned out ok tho hes just dramatic
Keefe asked her to dye his hair at 3am one night and she was so excited and tried to persuade him to do a full rainbow head but they just went with red
Keefe draws her sometimes and she saves all his drawings
karaoke nights together and theyre yelling at the top of their lungs and keefe mimics the voice of the singer when they do duets
she ruffled his hair one time and patted his head and he cried
keefe will target anyone who gives ro any shit from foxfire and actually personally make their life a living hell with pranks

auughhh and her lore if you wanna read below but I understand that OC lore isn’t everyone’s thing
OKAY SO she comes from a universe where her kind are robots made by a company to terraform planets for the ultra wealthy. So if you have the funds you can purchase a whole planet and whole armies of these little bots will shape it however you want.
BUT. While on the assembly line, before even recovering her directive, a portal opens up and throws her into this odd pocket dimension, which is just a half built city floating in a bright void. (Also when I say half finished I mean more like brutalist aesthetic with just concrete and no glass on the windows)
This place (named ‘Gearsky’ by locals because massive floating gears are the only thing that exist here outside of the city itself) is full of people from their own dimensions just trying to get by. She explores, and comes across a little bear being picked on in an alleyway. (The lil green bear [party bear] in the pics above)
She saves him and then it subconsciously becomes her prime directive to help Party Bear get home/care for him. So they set up base in one of the empty apartments and she just sorta takes care of him.
NOW. How do you get home you may be asking? Well it’s easy. You just need to beat someone in a deathmatch.
Enter the only form of entertainment on this island. The man who is the dictator of this place and subsequently the host of this game, aptly named Host, loves running this game. The rules are simple. 3 people enter, and two can leave alive. Only one needs to die, and the other two can get sent home. The only thing is, you have no idea who you’re going up against.
Now, RB, being a bot made to terraform, has some power behind her with her explosive abilities. But Party Bear has no defenses. So RB tries to strike a deal with Host.
She offers to kill both people in the ring with her for multiversal travel.
Host is intrigued by this offer, and accepts. After wiping the floor with her opponents, she’s granted access to all dimensions. She’s obviously excited and goes home to try and let Party Bear go home, but is heartbroken when she discovers that she’s the only one who can travel using the portals.
But this catches the attention of someone else.
Her future boss.
Another robot, by the codename TB-89.
He took note of her deal, and approached her with a job offer.
Man’s long story short she works for him as an assassin!

but for vice versa, Cam is a very shy/socially awkward individual. he’d probably jump at his own shadow tbh SKSHKDJD but he also has a resting ticked off face, is tall, n absolutely attached to Kinito. so sometimes he feels like he has to use his intimidating appearance to his advantage.
u can probably imagine Kinito’s surprise when Cam had to step in an altercation, looking all intimidating, n asked something along the lines of “Do we have a problem here?” then after it was resolved, he went back to being his little anxious self. Kinito was definitely blushing so hard afterwards, literally rendering unable to speak.

okay so my favourite mechanism is by FAR raphaella, her derth of backstory and absolutely nuts vocal range has utterly bewitched me. im also SO in love with her aesthetic, and any + all portrayals of her wings kick ASS
FAVOURITE SONG IS HARD... rn it is a very close tie between pieces and hellfire -- but atm hellfire wins out! i fucking LOVE the ominous sermon vibes it has; the organ in the beginning? the way the humming progresses into wailing in the harmonies? the fucking TRUMPET in the chorus*???????? the hair-raising whispered poem ABT arthurian legend in the second spoken section? jonny's Deranged Preacher Cackle??????? THE DTTM RECORDING WHERE YOU CAN HEAR THE WHOLE CROWD SCREAM 'BUT YOU'RE A LIAR'????????????? showstopping. breathtaking. absolutely no notes.
anyway if you couldn't tell my favourite album atm is high noon over camelot LMAO. i think the soundscape it creates is like. the most impressive + immersive out of all of mechs recordings -- the way they use the synth throughout is fucking MASTERFUL, and its such a PERFECT way to blend the genres of scifi + western, considering the mechs usual timbre lends itself extremely well to folky and old-fashioned. like, the absolutely BONE chilling reprise of hellfire during the heirophant goes CRAZY hard and ive never seen ANYONE mention it! and the whole album is full of moments like that! like each song transitions perfectly into a background hum for the narration and then back again, and its always so well balanced and !!!!!!!

i have regrettably never been to a liveshow </3 i don't actually have a lot of knowledge of all the different recordings - i have a bunch of masterposts saved, but im super slow to work through them.
so i think ive gotta go with death to the mechanisms! while i do sometimes wish it captured the details a little better, its so awesome being able to see the majority of the band during each song :) in paticular, i LOVE getting to see kofi's acting, they're SO fucking expressive and they get so excited in the leadup to both thor and expert testimony and i just :D

[ october writing update ! ]
icb i got all the fics for sept done and dusted AND got extra fics in....who am i and what have i done with the previous trau ?
this month is halloween !!! so ofc there'll (hopefully) be something up for hween by the end of this month, but without further ado, the plan for this month includes:
a special series of hcs/drabbles for an upcoming date ^^ - well. you won't be getting any hints abt this one. just know that i'll be writing them and that they'll feature all the twst boys... and that it'll be coming in early oct sjkdjsf

for mvs ?? my absolute fav would have to b invu by taeyeon's greek inspired concept && simon says by nct !! im still not over the styling of both taeyeon and the backup dancers omg,, like every single look was absolutely gorgeous && i still,, constantly think of her in the bonbom deconstructed jersey top + status skirt w pearl glasses and the most insane pearl drop headpiece by kowgi,, like i rmbr being so excited bc kowgi's pieces r some of my absolute favs aagh
for simon says,, i have no clue how to define it in simple terms but i loved the layering and the silhouettes of their outfits soso much as well as how the mv reminded me of a stanley kubrick film (space odyssey !!!) it was just soso cool even tho i have to admit that i don’t love the song djjfjd
for overall eras?? i lovelovelove eyes wide open by twice,, esp bc it was around the time i got really into fashion && understanding styling,, so the way their stylists played around w diff variations of a classic button up + blazer was super cool to see :D but group concepts,, i love le sserafim, aespa, red velvet, bss, nmixx, and nct :DD
