Good lord, I haven't been on tumblr for a while, so well...

Ossynia (formely Osonia) is an ancient red drakkar, but more than her age, she is also quite an odd one, for she is at peace with herself.

At her 132nd year, she has not even nearly reached the greatest of the elders, yet, there's a reason to why the mere sight of her is horrifying, the era of great wyrms had ended long ago. Due to wars, diseases and famines, drakkars barely reach their hundred years old. Ossynia is one of the largest drakkars around (at 15 meters tall), her footsteps are craters, they cause quakes for those around, and her wingspan is colossal, needing considerable space to merely stretch them off, let alone fly.

Many drakkars in her place would make sure to assert their dominance and superiority over others, and disregard completely the little ants they call "twolegs" below them. But this isn't Ossynia, her decades of work as a broodmother of so many younglings taught her as much as she taught them. She is a motherly drakkar that gives those below her with a warming wings' embrace, she regards the smaller races and younglings as her own, and considers their need to be protected rather than smashed or enslaved.

Her care comes from the fact she is infertile, and after a disappointment with her first and only mate, she decided to dedicate her life to protect and nurture life.

She usually just demands only one paying for her protection, livestock.

Her consumption of meat is larger than many kobold villages... together... through the entire region... might we say all kobolds of the continent?? XD

Maybe even larger than some whole drakkar families...

So yeah, she eats a lot, especially to keep her size and muscular mass, and kobolds are usually the most willing to offer since their consumption are very very low, a single cow could feed several kobold families for a week.

She not always asked nicely, for in her youth and during the great famine, she raided villages for their livestock and had little worry if they would starve to death. In the worst years, she might have even eaten the kobolds too.

While most drakkars would brush this off as nothing, she was not particularly proud of herself, for she was not in accord to her own preachings. Most of those worries faded with time, as she formulated fair deals for the twolegs and completely removed any consumption of sapient life from her menu.

Her role in my story so far:

All of this isn't to say she is a perfect mentor, for she is a believer of the superiority of the red drakkars and their divine mission to 'civilize' the world.

She doesn't like to admit her faults, for she at first saw Elya as a savage, but took she under her care with the noble mission of turning her into a civilized red drakkar, the most she could possible achieve anyways. She brought Elya for a society she knew wouldn't accept her, but not late enough, she would admit guilty and take genuine care of her.

After they met, Ossynia was usually surly towards Elya, while more caring and concerned with Lorsan.

Once they arrived in Snikhla, Ossynia knew speaker Torn, but admitted she was not so used or amused of kobolds anymore, and found their yiping and fearmongering around her quite annoying. She would demand her livestock and fly away, giving only them the emergency call of making a large firepit and smoke to call for her.

Later she fought Maeralya upon the fires she caused. After defeating her, despite her initial grievances, she promptly helped the kobolds to extinguish the fires from the clearing wood and the village.

She admitted all the destruction and death saddened her, for despite her unfondness of kobolds, she would never hurt innocents.

After the sighting of a shadow drakkar, Ossynia followed it, who was going to kill Maeralya, who was out of fire, their only weakness. After a fierce battle, Maeralya begrudgingly thanked her, although the most insincere of them.

Following the attacks, Ossynia agreed to stay and sleep nearby the village, in the enlarged clearing, in order to give the tired kobolds a better sleep at night.

She was visited by a few curious kobolds, especially younglings, who fear of drakkars is evenly matched by their appreciation and likings of them. She friendly-enough scared them away, afraid if she rolled over or moved through the night, would end up crushing them or hitting a house. Her warnings didn't decrease the curious looks, and she was forced to move farther and farther from the village.

Ever have a double date gone wrong? @mercurialpixels' Sims sure have: this posepack was originally a commission for their story and I was able to release it for you all to enjoy! Make sure you check out the original post HERE and give my dear friend a follow! This is a series of four 4-Sim poses where two friends go on a double date and that's right, their dates leave with each other instead of, well, them. I hope you enjoy!

And yes, it doen't have happy faces, but... you know... the reason for this poses was a discussion... and they weren't happy at all hahaha

On November 24th, 2022, GNIT college of Pharmacy, GN Group of Institutes Greater Noida organized a Yoga session delivered by Ms. Mamta kathait, Assistant professor, GNIT college of Pharmacy, Greater Noida. Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India and aims to control and still the mind, recognizing a detached witness-consciousness untouched by the mind (Chitta) and mundane suffering (Duḥkha). All students of B.Pharm and D.Pharm 1st year with faculty members attended this enriching session. The yoga expert started the session by introducing the role and importance of in today's life. Following which she started with the streching poses leading to sitting poses, stomach excercises, some backflat postures, anulom-vilom, Kapal bhati. In the end of the session Surya namaskar was performed by all.
