If Zestial and Sir Pentious relationship is kinda secret and Sir Pentious is staying at the hotel

When does Sir Pentious tell the other hotel members? Like when is the appropriate moment to bring up the fact that you're getting raw dogged by an overlord after you tried to betray them for a different overlord?

I mean he probably would tell them early on as a sign of trust and because he knows they're gonna find out (and also so that Zestial can pick him up at the hotel for dates, taxis are expensive in hell)
