Vtubers truly have the wildest lore imaginable. Where else will you find the grim reaper having a vaguely homoerotic relationship with the phoenix that she’s known for several lifetimes. Or a literal demon that just wants to cook some nice meals for herself and her brother. Nyarlathotep almost ended the world in an attempt to find her purpose and also exists disguised as a catgirl. A hellhound was cast out of hell for being too nice and was cursed into a humanoid body. The personifications of hope and chaos keep getting married and divorced. Satan is real and she’s Puerto Rican. You couldn’t make this shit up if you tried.

SIX FANARTS - VTUBER EDITION

Over the last couple weeks, I've been drawing Vtubers suggested by followers on Twitter and Instagram. I prioritised suggestions that were familiar to me and/or vtubers I hadn't drawn before.

Instead of drawing characters to fit the template, I decided instead to draw the characters as individual pieces that I later fit into the template. I think this resulted in an array of 6 artworks that individually looked great. Happy with my work.
