🍃GREENE CASTLE🍃 Here are some interior pics of the castle - I tried to keep it plant-themed and green in every room. 🌱🥰 The castle offers three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, as well as a small library on the highest level. ☺️ You can download this build from @thesimsresourcedotcom ❤️ #sims4castle #simscastle #sims4pinterest #simspiration #sims4tartosa #ts4myweddingstories #sims4build #simsbuild #showusyourbuilds #sims4nocc #sims4ccfree #simmers #sims4addict #tsrbuild #tsrartist #thesimsresource #sims4interior #sims4royal #ts4decortothemax #ts4bloomingrooms #ts4realmofmagic #sims4decor https://www.instagram.com/p/CdV56mZjkln/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Louis XV's cylinder desk
Both the French revolution and the degradations of time considerably altered the King's desk.
During the revolution all monarchical symbols were removed and replaced with more neutral ones this includes the cypher of King Louis XV on each of the sides replaced with blue porcelain , the central marquetries featuring monarchical attributes replaced with the attributes of sciences and ultimately the medallion in the back with the bust of King Louis XV in its centre replaced with the figure of Minerva.
One other cause of alteration was time itself : most of the woods used for the marquetries of the desk were dyed in natural and chemical solutions in order to created woods with impossible colours such as green, blue, purple yellow and bright red. The assembly of those naturally coloured woods and artificially coloured ones resulted in a colourful "painting of woods", sadly exposure to light and time made those woods lose their bright artificial colours and return to their natural ones.
I tried recreating the King's cylinder desk as close as possible from its initial appearance.

The Duchess of Henford and The Princess Amélie open the Queen Béatrice Pediatric Wing
Today, Their Royal Highnesses opened the Queen Béatrice Pediatric Wing at the Sacred Spleen Memorial Hospital.
This newly renovated wing was decorated with the help of patients who created collages and art, and the corridor features a colorful mural by artist Sansky.
The Princess Amélie was very happy to give a tour of her workplace to her sister-in-law.
