I haven't abandoned this story. I just put it on the back burner for now. The story is just on a small vacation. It is currently out of office. It can't come to the phone right now. It just fell under my bed to sleep with the monsters. It never left my head. It is everywhere - except on paper.

ooh I really need to figure this out. The first animal that came into my mind was a panda. But I don't think that will work.. hmm..

Arthur would most definitely stick to Mary. I think she's probably the only one he trusts with the monarchy.

Madeline wants out of the main royal family, she just wants to live a quiet life. Same really with Victoria. Then there's Victor.. and we all know Victor should not be near the crown at all..

Soon? Maybe. I want to try and make some time to get ahead in posts instead of feeling like I need to rush to do them. But currently it looks like my Sept/Oct/Nov/Dec is very busy. Between real life, making content for sims and health issues, I've just not had the energy at all.

But hopefully soon!

I may post some non story stuff, like I wanted to redo Arthur's coronation pictures so maybe I'll do that soon.. we will see. Thanks for the ask!

Fashion is a Royal (and Family) Affair

That Crown Princess Barbie is a student of Uspanian style isn’t a surprise. For this issue, she recounts the historical episode at the heart of our memorial for the late Queen Beatriz. Pictured above in private photos are: Mother Desideria in 1860; Mother Zuriñe in 1885; Mother Rowena and then-Crown Prince Alfonso in 1926.

THE “BIRDIE” ISSUE OF VOGUE USPANA debuted in 1973. At the time, the magazine was in its infancy. An issue shaped by the queen—and it was, from cover to cover, driven by her desires and presence—ensured longevity. It proved to be a bestseller. Clothes, too, flew off the racks as Uspana’s designers received a boost among popular consumers. A textiles renaissance commenced among women of a certain class who had been looking elsewhere for quality fabric. Then and now, this was the mission of the magazine: loyalty to Uspanian fashion. The Birdie issue was a testament to this, from the sensibilities it imparted to the sourcing of its materials. The queen’s favorite designers, stylists, and photographers filled the issue; it made them iconic, and they would continue to set national trends for decades to come. More importantly, the Birdie issue fit into a larger project underway during Beatriz’s reign. Foreign fashion’s creep into the Uspanian mainstream had started two centuries before Beatriz obtained the Crown, but it reached its cultural apex under the sway of her mother. Uspana’s people had long reviled Queen Rowena’s taste in one breath and wished to emulate it in the second. The two women were not seemingly opposed in a diametric sense. They overlapped under the label of “extravagant,” namely, but Beatriz was forgiven her excess. The Birdie issue, in retrospect, shows why. In an initial meeting with the queen, she told then-editor Lluc Soler that she cared deeply about a “revival” of traditional fashion in the country. Soler replied that traditional fashion was alive and well—“in the mountains, with the grandmothers.” Some in the annals have suggested that this retort led to control of the issue being ceded informally to a team with whom the queen preferred to work. (By 1975, Papan Ibarra had risen from those ranks to become the magazine’s new editor-in-chief, a position she occupied until 1991.) Nonetheless, a certain truth in Soler’s statement formed the foundation of the issue. It did draw heavy inspiration from those grandmothers in the mountains. This included people such as the queen’s own grandmother, Mother Zuriñe, who readily embraced the aesthetics of Yaas and was a master weaver in her own right. The cover reflected the elevated homage orchestrated within. On it, Birdie herself posed in a wool rebozo hand-dyed with cochineal. This garment was a perfect duplicate of the so-called suncloths the queen’s great-grandmother, Mother Desideria, wore on a regular basis in the late nineteenth century. Fittingly, it was also topped with a replica inspired by the time. One of the many jewelry pieces destroyed during the 1880s had been the Shield Flower tiara with its red fire opal set in gold and symbolic allusions to the sacrifice and self-immolation of Uspana’s founding mothers. Queen Beatriz wore tiaras on many occasions, but it was widely known that she preferred to wear the true Uspanian symbol of elite regalia: the jade necklace. For that reason, jade

Interviewer - How do you feel, coming into season two after such a successful first season of the show?

Felicity - I'm so excited to be back playing Princess Margaret!

The response to the first season was amazing, so many people resonated with the romance of Margaret’s relationship with Major Hamilton.

I think we had forgotten how young she was when it all happened and that getting swept up in young love was totally understandable.

Playing their breakup was so hard - I was rooting for them!

Interviewer - What was it like playing across from Nate Bishop who played Steve?

Felicity - Oh he was a dream. There is little wonder why women all over the world fell in love with him - and he was the perfect Steve!

Interviewer - At the time Margaret and Steve's relationship was all played off as a friendship to the press

Felicity - Yes! She had so much pressure coming from her family that left her with little choice in the matter.

And then she was forced to hide the break up and her feelings over the whole situation. They very much had a policy of pretending everything was perfect all the time, and that is where we pick up in season two.

Interviewer - Would you say this season is different to the first?

Felicity - Yes, totally different! When we see Margaret again post- Major Hamilton we are seeing the consequences of that decision play out. I mean, she's had a real wake up call. The Margaret we know today started in that period of her life. I just hope that I can do that very emotional time justice.

Interviewer – Now the big question on everyone's lips is will we ever see Nate playing Steve again?

Felicity - We don’t know if Steve and Margaret ever saw each other again after their break up - but there's always creative licence!

 I would love to work with Nate again.*laughs* but I have no idea what the creators have planned you will just have to tune in and find out!

Millions are gathering to witness the first televised royal wedding. It's sure to be a fairytale nuptial.

As the final guests make their way into the Cathedral, we notice some significant royal representatives. such as HRH Princess Elenor of Albion @thealbionroyals, TM King Alexandrina I and TRH Grand Princess Frederick Harrington of Esha @crownsofesha, HM Queen Beatriz and HM Mother Rowena of Uspana @nexility-sims, and TM King Johnathan and Queen Elizabeth of Corrilea @theroyalsofcorrilea.

The following royal representatives arrive TRH Earl Thomas and Countess Lillian of Hereford @stthomaspalace, TRH Crown Prince William lll and Duchess Katherine of Simdonia @bridgeportbritt, and TRH Prince Ezra and Princess Gabriela, The Prince and Princess of Westburg @trentonsimblr.

And the final royal representatives have arrived TM King Frederick and Queen Elenore of Elthonia @miyuzarry, HIM King Everette III, HRH Princess Lorraine of Iona @funkyllama, and TRH Crown Prince Otto and Crown Princess Roa of San Sequoia @hrh-the-royals.

Escorted by her father Zander Thurston, the bride travels from Renard Palace to Queen María's Cathedral for her marriage to Crown Prince Ethan.

As the bride makes her way into the Cathedral we see Crown Prince Ethan and his best man Diego Olson waiting patiently at the altar.

The beautiful bride wearing a satin dress with lace sleeves is making her way up to the altar with her bridesmaids, flower girl and pageboy's following behind.

The bridal party features Eliana Thurston, Maliyah and Malakai Thurston, Lady Bridgette Houser Jones, HRH Prince Colin of Irenda, Adrianna Thurston, and HRH Prince William III of Simdonia.

The wedding ceremony was performed by Lionel, Eye of Jacob as he gives his sermon and blesses the couple with the watchers' blessing.

{Eye of Jacob} As you embark on your journey together, there are three important blessings from the Watcher that you must receive. Firstly, you shall be granted The Watcher's Absolution, which will absolve you of any past sins and allow you to move forward together without any hindrance.

{ Eye of Jacob} Secondly, you shall be granted the Watcher's touch, which will protect the holy union that you are creating here today. Lastly, you shall be granted the Watcher's Blessing, which will assure you that the Watcher loves and cherishes you both individually and as a couple, and will always be with you.

{Eye of Jacob} It is now time for you to declare your intention in front of the Watcher and all who have gathered here today, as you have received Jacob's Trilogy of Praise. Ethan, will you take Andrea Everly Thurston as your lawfully wedded wife?

{Ethan} I do.

{Eye of Jacob} Andrea, do you take Ethan Alexander David George to be your lawfully wedded husband?

The newlywed couple are seeing breaking away from tradition as they share a kiss during the ceremony.

The newlywed couple can be seen giving an expression of respect to TM King Andrew and Queen Anne.

The crowds cheer as the newlyweds walk out of the Cathedral to the carriage where they make their journey back to Renard Palace for the reception.

The royals begin a new tradition by appearing on the balcony of the Palace to wave to the millions of Whitmorians as their way of making their people feel included on their big day.

On this day, the newlyweds started a new tradition by sharing a public kiss on the balcony, something the royals had never done before.

The Duke and Duchess of Exeter Welcome Baby Girl!

More than 12 hours after she entered the world (and the line of succession), the new Princess of Exeter's birth was finally announced to the world.

According to a tweet from Exeter Palace, the 4th in line to the throne (pushing back her aunts and uncles by one spot), was born at 5:49pm at the Queen Marie Hospital, although not many details were shared beyond that.

Subsequent tweets were tweeted from other members of the family, including the Queen and Prince Consort, the Earl and Countess of Betancourt and Princess Alice.

However, an hour and a half after the tweets became public, the doors to the main entrance began twitching, as did the small crowd of the public and press gathered outside, eager to see the future Duchess, as well as the current Duke and Duchess. Finally, the doors opened and they appeared in the warm June air.

The Duke chose a comfortable brown ensemble as he escorted his wife and daughter onto the landing of the hospital while the Duchess appeared in a very comfortable looking dress from the Exeter brand, Revelation which sold out once the photos circulated.

The new parents looked surprisingly relaxed as they stood, waving briefly, before checking on their daughter, wrapped up in Mom's arms. However, the couple didn't linger for much longer after that, as their cars pulled up to take the new family of three back home.

No name or any further details about the princess have been shared, but are expected to announced soon.

Chloe: I don't see why we have to do this. Your family refuse to talk to us everyday. Yet they want us on the stupid founders day walkabout. It's all a farce.. make believe.

Victor: Like dad said, it's my duty.

Chloe: Ha! What duty? He doesn't take care of you anymore. What about his duty?

Victor: Eh, I understand Chloe. But in order to get back on his good side, we need to do what he says.

Chloe: Are you still hoping to be on his will? I bet he took you off that as soon as he could.

Victor: I'm his only son. That has to be worth something in his book.

Chloe: I really doubt it. He was quick to give your title over to Ivy. A title you were born to have. And now it with someone who isn't even part of the family anymore.

Victor: Titles mean nothing. I gave that up for you.

Chloe: Victor. Babe. You had no choice. You need to understand that. It's unfair that your title was taken like that..

Victor: What would you of wanted me to do? Demand a title and you? He would of never let me do that..

Chloe: I expected you to at least fight for it. You give up so quickly!

Victor: I didn't give it up! I wanted you. Just you! I don't give a damn about a duchy or lordship..

Chloe: *Through gritted teeth* No you don't. But what about our family? A title would bring them so much security. A life where they wouldn't have to worry.. You let all that go..

Victor: *Sighs* Chloe... *sigh* Do.. I can ask for something? How about that? We get on my fathers good side.. then I will ask about a Duchy..

Chloe: That's all I ask. I hope that your father can see the error of his ways. You deserve so much more than what we have.

Victor: I have all that I want in this room..

Chloe: You do?

Victor: I do and I can't wait to marry you. *They kiss*
