Hello everyone,
This remodeled townhome that I posted a while ago was a post of mine that received so many likes and reblogs. I was thoroughly surprised at how much positive feedback it received.
I thought I would share it for you to download. It is a maxis lot that came with the Nightlife Expansion and has always been my favorite lot.

It’s ready!! And it only took me (checks calendar) three and a half months. Well...really more like a couple of weeks and a lot of setting it aside in-between. The more toddler conversions I do, the more I figure out about them. This started with @platinumaspiration’s 4t2 Sweater Playful conversion. (Cottage Living agaaaain!!) Toddler separates are not much of a thing (on account of the thumbnail issue), so I added @storylegacysims Cuffed Jeans and some TS4 BG canvas slip-on shoes which I think were originally for kids. Why can’t tops be as easy to convert as bottoms and shoes??
They’re PU, categorized as Everyday. I did all ten EAxis sweater colors, with coordinating jeans and shoes. No swatch. Maybe later? I’m also working on a de-foxed/de-cowed/de-clouded/de-landscaped/de-patched just plain old sweater texture, so expect recolors in a future post.
Note: The polycount is on the high side, at 3741, but that should be fine for most modern computers.

I had so much fun finding and converting those 70's pants that I had to do one more thing before the theme ends. This is @sentate's Daffodil Dress, with @dallasgirl79's Mary-Jane Platforms.

All the jumpsuitness cuteness, now in baby size! Silliness aside, here’s the BU version of my 4t2 conversion of the Cottage Living toddler jumpsuit.
No shoes, because it’s not like they’re walking around or going anywhere. The swatch is the same as the toddler version, the original 11 EAxis swatches, with the ankle carrot removed. (I don’t think I mentioned the ankle carrot [like an applique of a carrot on one ankle] in the previous post, but it was weird and it had to go.) They’re set as everyday only, for both sexes, and you need Chris Hatch’s mod to use them. You can find it in this post (scroll down or use find) or you can get @creesims alternate object versions.

My first 4t2 mesh conversion! Or...the first I’ve finished. This is the EP11 toddler jumpsuit. Cottage Living has the cutest stuff and I’m stunned that no one had converted this yet.
It comes in the original 11 TS4 colors and has white EAxis sandals. The gap at the shin has been fixed. There’s a little bit of clipping when they’re sitting, but it’s not too bad. I’ll also be doing a version without the shoulder frills and a baby version, which you can see in my WIP tag. Expect recolors and texture conversions too. I really love it and want it in all the colors. It’s categorized for PU everyday.

TwoJeffs' Find-A-Mate Crystal Ball...now 100% less biphobic!! Back in my young edgelord days, I probably thought "I'm Desperate and Don't Care!" was funny. It aged like milk. So did the g-slur in the description. I've fixed both! I'm giving you three new options, to kick off Pride month.

I haven’t seen a post on Tumblr about this so I figure I should post a link. Chris Hatch uploaded a new version of community lot time on MTS. It doesn’t run in uni and vacation hoods which fixes the various issues related to those hood types, and there’s some other changes too.

Guys... GUYS!
Moi, while working on some writing, probably became the last person in the world to finding out about text to speak AI voice sites. Computer generated voices sure have come a long way, there’s only minor stumbles, mispronounced words and, of course, the lack of appropriate emotion, but still. And this is what I went and used them for XD

A question for modders
To any modder that might see this, you know the ancient Fourth-Wall Options, the Look at Me mod?
Is there a way to make it last longer or make it an action you can cancel?
I use it a lot and it’s a bit frustrating I can’t get it to last a long animation, so I was just wondering if it’d be possible.

My #1 post of 2022
I spent entirely too much time on this, started last night and barely slept wanting to finish it only to, at the end look at it and go.... meh lol Story of my life.
Anyway, Aria [this vamp gurl here] circa 1872 when she was still human, around 15 years old. Aria is a very old RP OC and I never spared a thought about her looks before she was turned into a creature of the night. But, since I’m making her character sheet for when the RP she was created for years ago starts again (not much hope, but ok...) I did stop to ponder.
I wanted to make it look like an old painting, a bit on the fence about the final result. Here’s the version without a bazillion filters on it, just a contrast adjustment. So weird, I made a must of using a teen version of Aria and it ended up looking like an adult, I chalk it up to too much makeup.
And the OG pic, in case anyone is curious. Well not all was a waste of time, with this I learned how to resize and reposition objects, that book was way bigger and fatter XD So It’s a win in my book.

Deco Stagecoach by Maryata SFS link
The link is inactive in Kativip’s site but I found the stagecoach inside the Baskerville’s Hall lot, also by Maryata. Thought to upload only the stagecoach, as it was a download by itself anyway, so anyone who wants it doesn’t have to go through the lot to get it like I did.
The horses in the picture are not the ones included with the stagecoach, it’s two of the darker ones behind the ginger horses. You can also use Dragon Slave's base horses with it, as pictured.
