i think it would probably be around their second or third date. they're like into each other, it's new and exciting, but they know more about each other.

I think one thing that irks me in the fandom is how people don't make Lightning look his age in cars 3.

He's supposed to be in his 30s-40s y'all hes not supposed to be 12.

And what bothers me more is people have no problem with making other characters have age. So they're more then capable of doing it.

The writers literally said that McQueen is supposed to look older compared to Storm.

I know "mctwink" is a whole joke but honestly it's so annoying.

It's the yeahs for me.

Yangsharperavery wrote a wonderful meta about the mirroring or repetition between Syd and Carmy.

And I always noticed and loved something about their yeahs with each other that bounces off when their conversation is flowing. I first noticed it when he hired Sydney, and she asked yeah? Then 2x02 when Carmy asks her if she wants to work at the apartment (yeah. Yeah?)

One could leave the repetition to the writer's style, but this is only between Sydney and Carmy.

This repetition between each other is almost like the say more please Carmy says to Sydney, telling each other, I'm enjoying this conversation, don't stop.

Particularly for the table scene, there's something erotic about it. Especially the one when she asks about his girlfriend being great, which repeats yeah from Carmy's side. It sounds like his breath is taken away as he replies to her, like he's really talking about Sydney, that he's connected to her, and she's great, and she scares him.

Also, all their songs often have a theme of love and lovers communicating, with lyrics such as; I've been planning out all that I'd say to you; I know you're not listening, and When I call on the telephone. Their fights often start because of miscommunication and not listening.

The yeahs- It's a very intimate experience, as they use a language that helps them understand each other.
