I am proven to be genetically my father's progeny cause we both did DNA tests without realizing the other one did (not that it was in any doubt as i am pretty much a carbon copy of him just with prednisone-stunted growth and a giant pair of knockers), and I've matched up with my mother's half-sister so I'm def my mom's progeny too, so I have their genetics. Despite this, and despite having significantly more physical and emotional stress–as someone who has been sick and disabled since like the age of 3 or so–than they have ever had even as they encroach on sixty, somehow even tho he started graying as a teenager and she started graying and thinning by her mid twenties, I not only still have have a thick mop of hair at thirty I only have like four gray hairs to my name
There's no point to this, genetics are just weird like that.

Relationship between silver nanowire film plasticity and shear fracture resistance
A research team led by Ji Shulin from the Hefei Institutes of Physical Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) studying the mechanism of silver nanowire films has recently discovered that the better the plasticity of the films, the more resistant they were to shear fracture. Results were published in Nanotechnology.
Silver nanowire transparent conductive films show outstanding application advantages for touch screens, sensors, solar cells, and film heaters due to their excellent conductivity, optical high definition and good flexibility. However, as one of the important flexible electronic materials under extreme mechanical conditions, the properties of silver nanowire films are unstable.
The study of the fracture behavior of silver nanowires in thin films under shear stress involved shear tests, nano-indentation experiments, stress-strain theoretical simulation and in-depth microstructural analysis. The researchers found that by using different diameters of nanowires and film thicknesses to transfer forces in the films, plastic deformation caused by defect nucleation and movement in the stress concentration area would lead to differences in nanowire "necking."

cut more of my hair off yesterday and just about wrecked it i think it’s rly annoying me… i’m just going to have to make it way shorter at the front which is what i wanted but hard to commit and it hasn’t been nearly that short in years so it’s not sitting right… maybe it will look better after i wash it. love cutting my own hair but hate how it gets everywhere and is so itchy i would be constantly trimming my hair if it wasn’t for that
