ABA x Paracelsus HCs that live in my mind rent-free, even though I haven't played the game--

Some of these HCs include other characters involved in their arcade mode.

ABA is no stranger to stalking people. So when she came across a lookout point, she saw many couples, mostly teenagers, making out and going on romantic dates. She wonders what it would feel like to be young and in love, rather than just declaring someone whom she met first glance as a "husband"

ABA's collection of keys were hidden somewhere in the pocket dimension. She sometimes uses them as accessories to adorn herself, despite the like of knowledge in fashion (the girl wears pants as a top--)

There are many shades of blue that ABA can pick from. Since Paracelsus turned himself blue, the shiny surface reflected more colors than just blue, inspiring her to try and appreciate other colors near the blue gradient.

Added to the color stuff, she eventually tries variation of outfits with other colors, but with blue as the base.

Paracelsus knows when she's feeling fatigued. When she's at her limit, he opens the pocket dimension and lets her rest there until she wakes up. ABA sees this as his love language, but unintentional on his part

Both ABA and Paracelsus have no clue on how homonculi biology works, and Paracelsus hates to admit he feels bad that ABA may be at risk of getting herself hurt without him knowing what to do

Paracelsus wishes he knows more about human anatomy because its the closest one to ABA's physiology.

Since ABA is clairvoyant, she often hears the spirits of their victims which she tries to ignore, and probably because she doesnt know the correct response to a wailing dead person wanting justice. When its too much, she asks Paracelsus if what theyre doing was justified and that she begins to regret her rage filled jealousy directed at those that dont even bother them.

Paracelsus keeps telling ABA that she needn't to worry because it was a necessity for the both of them-- something he deeply regrets to say because he knows she has strong principles that she live by despite not being a human

Paracelsus, deep down, is ashamed of himself for tainting ABA for the purpose of tending to his bloodlust. He saw how genuine and pure hearted she is, but it turned into malice because of his demonic origin. He begins to wonder what ABA would be like if she found someone else years ago.

Just like ABA, Paracelsus has an unspoken fear of abandonment, but since he lacks capacity to feel other emotions, he doesnt notice this.

Ever since Elphelt and Testament approached her with good intentions, ABA wanted to make more friends like them, but is scared that others have ill intentions toward her and Paracelsus.

ABA's favorite book would be Alice in Wonderland when she was still in Frasco, specifically the part where Alice was trapped in a room or multiple doors with the smallest door being the exit. ABA admires this because of the concept of escaping, especially that there's a key involved. (Im biased bc my name's Alice and i like this story--)

Besides door keys, she also collects windup key and smaller keys for chests and compartments. She sees this as a symbol for discovering new things, especially music when she came across a music box that needed a key

Speaking of music boxes, she associates this object with Elphelt bc of her musical talent (and that she may as well look like the ballerina spinning on the music box)

Other than doors, music boxes, and compartments, she also came across a small doll that needed a key. After she winds it up, it began walking and talking towards her and freaks her out. But when it said "mama" in a robotic voice, ABA contemplates and wonders if she was ready to become a parent somewhere in the near future when Paracelsus has a body. An impossible thought, but one could never be sure, and it scares her.

Butterfly Pea tea with brown sugar, or sparkling butterfly pea lemonade with honey would probably her favorite drink because of its color. She shares this with her hubby 🥰😋

There comes a time that her bandanges would get uncomfortable and smell bad from blood stains and wounds, so Paracelsus tells her she needs to change them before she gets an infection. He does stop her midway because he realizes she isnt wearing any undergarments and proceeds to take her in the pocket dimension.

Elphelt offers ABA to shop with her to pick clothes suited for her. The first thing she sees at the boutique display was a wedding dress and begins to day dream a wedding with Paracelsus. Without her looking, Elphelt happily buys the wedding dress with matching tuxedo and gives it to ABA, despite Paracelsus' protests (the fact that he hears them chatting about setting up the wedding next day had him ded on the spot :P)

ABA watches home video tapes left in houses unoccupied by their owners (abandoned or they went on vacation; ABA is a home intruder lol). She finds a tape labeled "Happy Day" and it plays a recording of a newly wed couple dancing at their reception. The way the couple moved gracefully tickled an idea in her brain and insisted she and Paracelsus should dance. But since the large key doesnt have any legs, her attempts in waltzing with him went nowhere 😅 (and this gave more reason for ABA to find a body for Paracelsus)

At late nights when ABA is asleep, Paracelsus wonders that if he had a body, would ABA still be shorter or they would be in the same height? Either way, he was impressed that she can keep herself up with that low weight despite her tall stature, more so on how she was able to carry him around without much muscle mass.

When he sleeps beside her, her hair unwittingly falls on his bow and feels how soft it is. A very pleasant feeling he won't admit.

Everyday, Paracelsus keeps reminding ABA that she needed to eat to gather strength. ABA often forgets to eat because its not hard wired in hr system, nor that it was even natural for her to eat in the first place.

so sorry but there will never be a funnier character than sister michael in derry girls, you all can leave.

i hope the creators know they have the opportunity to make the most awful and therefore the funniest moment in milgram

I LOVE Tangled Before Ever After SO MUCH !! It’s story is great and sets up the series extremely well but I love everything it represents in just an hour!

You are allowed to be sad, angry, etc even if you “should be happy”! Happiness is not a constant you will experience negative emotions and you are allowed to feel and express them! I love Rapunzel’s conflict in this!! The internal battle of not feeling content with her life in the castle due to how limited her freedom is thinking she should be happy because this is supposed to be her happily ever after she doesn’t feel like she should be sad! Yes her situation is better now and she is very obviously thankful but she needs more out of life than just being trapped within the castle walls and I love the exploration of that AS WELL as how it makes her feel! I feel like continuations, especially negative ones, of “happily ever afters” are rarely explored and I love how they did it here!

I also love that the conflict isn’t black and white! Yes Rapunzel wants freedom she is not being given and you are obviously made to sympathize with her with it being from her point of view but it’s incredibly hard not to sympathize with her dad as well! It makes it incredibly obvious that not only does he know what he’s doing is hurting Rapunzel emotionally but that he feels genuine sympathy and sadness because of it, yet he still acts on it because he believes he is protecting her from the outside world especially since it’s taken her before! When he talks to her about a part of him dying when she was taken as a baby and saying that was his best part it’s so obvious how much he cares despite going about it wrong! I love understanding both sides because it gives so much more complexity rather than character a is wrong and character b is right! I’m reference to this I also love that the conflict isn’t just wrapped up after Rapunzel’s dad sees her fight! I feel like a lot of Disney media would have the dad see her fight and be completely changed and willing to accept she can defend herself but he’s not! He actually gets upset when she does this and even more so when he learns about her hair and her disobeying him! And it’s not about restricting her freedom or punishing her he just loves his kid and he’s not willing to let her go again even if that means she may be upset with him!

Also the fact that Rapunzel rejects Eugene’s proposal?! Love does NOT have to be rushed! It’s okay to take things slow and want to better know yourself and your partner before making that commitment! It’s okay to not want to make that commitment for any reason! And despite her clearly being happy about it she wasn’t ready and they don’t present her as being in the wrong or being a bad person for it she just wasn’t ready and that’s okay! It’s not wrong to reject someone and it’s not wrong to feel you’re not ready and it doesn’t mean you don’t love that person or don’t want to continue being with them! I also love the fact that they don’t end with them getting married as a “fix it” they instead end with a heart to heart between Eugene and Rapunzel which helps Eugene better understand the rejection and Rapunzel feel better in having him understand!

Oh and don’t even get me started on the heart to heart!! It was AMAZING! It’s very obvious that Eugene is still upset about the rejection but he isn’t just upset for the sake of being upset he TRIES to understand and succeeds! Instead of brushing her off or having the series portray her as being wrong or cruel for it he takes the time to listen and goes as far as to state that he understands and will respect her boundaries regarding the situation! It’s such a great moment! Eugene even breaking his usual cocky persona for this moment because he wants to be genuine with her because this is important to him and their future together! Because she’s important to him!

I know I may be setting the bar low for some of these but I don’t care I genuinely have such high praises for Tangled Before Ever After I love Tangled so so much </3

I was looking through my The Bear tagged posts and like, I only talk about how much I love Syd and how she's amazing and my girlfriend lmao

The most siblings of all time my god!!!! I love them so much can do no wrong my three baby children!!

I try not to be too biased but my god. Elfman is everything one could ever want in a character. He sets the standard for Fairy Tail guys. He's big. He's Dumb. He's full of love. The perfect himbo of a guy.

Baby Elfman specifically is my everything he is just a Littol Guy I am pinching his cheeks and pulling them till he cries he's so cute in him little bow tie baby smile absolute perfect child hold him gently and brush his hair.

Elfman to me is Bi with a preference to men. There's a filler episode where Juvia is asking everyone what they want most as a gift no matter what and I know his whole bit is Manly but the fact that his answer with minimal hesitation is "A man" is so not Straight. But also his entire thing with Evergreen actually matters to me so much you do not understand.

Headcanon that Elfman is positively terrified of his own strength, he doesn't like being big and buff as much as he acts like he does. He likes feeling like he could protect people, sure, but in his mind he's just as likely to hurt them as well. When he gets older and his life calms down as the need to take jobs to pay rent lessens I think he'd eventually stop working out and fall comfortably into a pudgier shape, more like he was when he was little. Dad bod Elfman. Bear Elfman. Consider it.

Mirajane is probably, objectively, the best character in this show, Hands down. She's the only female character treated with any respect in a fight, she is smart, she is sweet, she is cute, she can kick your ass, she's very easily the second strongest wizard in the guild tailing Gildarts by only the littlest bit. She's held back by the trauma of loosing half her family not once but twice, she healed, and still chooses not to fight as she just lost the taste for it.

She's one of few characters who uses her head, she thinks, she holds the guild braincell and my god has she had to bear it for so long. The wiki says she's 19 and I fucking disagree. This is THE woman of all time. She uses her power as The Only One Who Thinks to mess with people and my god she's so fucking funny I'm sorry but this woman's gags are hysterical and when everyone else is getting into bullshit and she just plays into it and encourages them I genuinely laugh every time.

To me she has a lot of Aro vibes, happy with friends and family. If she were to get into a romantic relationship I think it'd be with another woman, I just can't see her with a guy?? She was born to live the Aunt life though, so when Elfman finally settles down and adopts the dad bod she is going to be all over his kids all the time.

Lisanna I have a bit of a harder time with. I wasn't really expecting to ever really know her, ya know? She was dead, it was a big deal, a big stain in the backstory of everyone in the Guild at the time. I thought she'd be someone who's death rung across the rest of the narrative, not a sort of love interest to get between Natsu and Lucy (which she doesn't really do either?)

She doesn't have a lot of plot relevance. Where I am right now she has yet to take a fight on her own, and as far as I can remember all the fights she has been in she's lost. Everyone counts her out really fast, keeps her out of harms way, kinda... treats her like a baby. And then outside of fights she doesn't do much either? I have a hard time finding her in character shots around the guild or placing her in any casual situations. So not only is she no longer the trauma the Guild bears, she's also still not really present despite being alive.

I like her, trust me! I think she's cute, the way Laxus reacted to her on Tenro island is positively adorable and makes me laugh every time, I like Elfman having another sister to bully him around in my stead, I'm glad Mira had the chance to heal she always needed and the sister she loved back.

I just think, personally, she was better as a point in history the characters grieved than as a character rarely used.

Also she's Straight and Transgender I make the rules this is my house.

as many flaws as this show has, the way they handled raven’s disability was so well done. like yeah, she did suffer more than necessary, but the little nuances of her coping and relearning how to do her job/live her life with a paralyzed leg was handled, imo, very delicately and realistically, without compromising her character or reducing her to just a disabled girl. not very many shows manage that balance well, if at all, so to this day i’m still impressed and moved by raven’s journey through this.

i think the fact that witch hat atelier somewhat struggles with introducing a few too many characters at a time but then not really taking the time to fully flesh out or utilize them leaving for much to desire from characters that do appear to be quite interesting is something i consider a blunder of the series but its also rather humorous to me because i think this author just really likes character design i will be honest

okay it is haunting actually that the first free time event you have with rantaro as kaede is them talking about how theyre going to be friends when they get out. and then theyre the first ones to die. like see drv3 has so many fucking moments where it genuinely hits. those little moments where it tries to tug at your heartstrings and it Works. it sucks that so many of these scenes often get muddled with moments that remind you that danganronpa sucks, actually
