Was looking through Outland factions and only really just noticed that the Sha'tari Skyguard is the only Shattrath faction with many members that aren't Draenei or Blood Elves. This is barring Lower City which I'm not counting as it's not a military faction, but Shattrath's citizens and refugees.

I kind of wonder why that is? My guess is they found it easier as the Skyguard had less of an 'identity' to maintain compared to the other Shattrath factions. I get it with the Aldor and Scryers, but the Sha'tar itself and the Shattered Sun Offensive seem like they could have had more variety. Either way I do like seeing 'non-Outlanders' helping out. I like to think a number of them were or have some connection to the Sons of Lothar. Oddly, the only Horde connected race involved other than Blood Elves is Jungle Trolls. The only exception to this I found was one Orc, Grella the quartermaster.

WoW Classic TBC Phase 2 offers a ton of new content

After a long wait, WOW Phase 2 is coming to the burning crusade classic which means there are some great opportunities to make lots of gold.

we can't wait to dive into all the new content on offer - WoW Classic TBC Phase 2 is introducing new 25-man raids, and a new Arena season, amongst other bits of content!

The full statement on the new content reads: "or our Burning Crusade Classic players, we're excited to let you know that the first major content update, Overlords of Outland, will be going live soon.

This includes:

New 25-man Raid Tempest Keep

New 25-man Raid Serpenshrine Cavern

New Arena Season 2 (Rank Reset, Rewards, New Gear)

New Reputations (Ogri'la, Sha'tari Skyguard)

New Mount (Nether Ray)

What you'll need regarding Buy WoW Classic TBC gold making for TBC Classic Phase 2 is that we are getting access to two new raids, Tempest Keep and Serpentshrine Caverns.

The next content update for Burning Crusade Classic is called Overlords of Outland and will make it possible to take on two of Illidan Stormrage's most powerful lieutenants: Lady Vashj in Serpentshrine Cavern, located in Zangarmarsh, and Kael'thas Sunstrider in The Eye, the central wing of Tempest Keep in Netherstorm.

"Gaining entry to those two new raids requires the completion of certain quest chains with strict requirements. Some of these chains require you to pay a visit to specific dungeons in Heroic mode—each of which has their own requirements to access. Keep in mind that some of these requirements can be bypassed by grouping up with someone who has already completed them, and others can be sidestepped by certain classes or professions.

"Many of these quest chains can be started—and some even fully completed—before you reach level 70 and will reward you with powerful loot that you can put to good use when completing some of the later steps. It's highly recommended you do most of these quest chains with a full dungeon group (one tank, one healer, three damage dealers), as many of them include visits to dungeons and elite group outdoor quests."

History

In the time of nefarious black dragons and silithid incursions, Yunjin was just then refining his mastery as a Hunter and Marksman with his trusty raptor, Raxith, at his side.

It wasn't until the Azeroth felt the sting of the Burning Crusade did he know battle. He spent much of his time in Outlands aiding the Kor'kron of Thallmar, Helping the druids of the Cenarion Expedition and finally did a few tours of duty with the Sha'tari Skyguard. It was with the Skyguard in Skettis that he discovered a love for cooking, namely crawfish.

The Northrend campaign didn't see much action for him. When he wasn't chasing contracts he worked as a slop chef and bartender at The Filthy Animal in Dalaran.

More recently he's been quite busy with various contracts and entertaining machinations of sailing the seas under a somewhat flexible banner.

WoW personal stuff

I’m really hesitant to transfer my main character on Argent Dawn. There’s a guild that would be so perfect for her (A guild of dragonhawk riders. Since I started playing her she’s been obsessed with flying. ‘s why she’s exalted with every flying faction; Cloud Serpent Order, Netherdrake, Sha'tari Skyguard, etc. She LOVE flying. (seriously, Cloud Serpent Order was the first thing I did in MoP) There never was a roleplay guild for beast riders on her server so it kind of like an abandoned dream.)

But I’m afraid my english isn’t good enough to really be able to roleplay, and transfer server are expensive. Also, I’m not sure I keep all of my stuff? I want to keep all of my stuff. So I don’t know.

@teechew I know you did it already, do you have advices on that? (And did you keep your stuff?)

Thinking about the Sha'tari Skyguard reminded me of something I've thought about a fair amount. I think flight-based nomadic cultures are something that is woefully unexplored, not just in Warcraft, but in fantasy in general.

Guild Wars 2 has a group called the Zephyrites that travel the world in airships. Avatar: the Last Airbender has the Air Nomads and their sky bison. Can't think of many others off the top of my head but both of these examples are ones I love and I'd love to see stuff like this focused on more. It's just such rich ground for fantasy.
