What’s your opinion about Luke?

Lol, after my recent track record of hating dim white guys, you’d think I wouldn’t care for him, but honestly, he’s a genuinely sweet dude who was already in over his head BEFORE his gf realized she was in love with a girl and is now stuck in a situation he has no knowledge or understanding of. I actually feel sorry for him (although not as much as for like, every other character, given what they went through).

The writers always center Sterling or even April in his scenes, so he just furthers their story, beyond providing comic relief. In fact, a lot of the first half of the show was setting up moments that would later be contrasted with Stepril, like how Sterling happily left him to help Blair but clearly did not leave April, to the point of actually hurting Blair. Or how she couldn’t even force herself to be sad after the breakup with Luke while with April...yeesh.

As long as this kind of character in female-led media serves the female characters, I’m fine, but when they get the development at the female characters’ expense? I don’t love that. And it’s not like Luke didn’t get any development, honestly, his scene with Sterling in the finale and especially during the breakup earlier were my favorite with him, not even when he was being dumb and funny but just heartfelt and genuine. So yeah, currently, I like him. Could change in s2 if they do what I said I don’t like up there, but I hope not!

Hi, cronies! Last night, i wasn't able to blog how my day went. So I'm blogging it today, 0904 hehe. So here it went,,,

We made a tiktok video which is the viral mimiyuh dance challenge. I posted it on tiktok and ig story (then deleted it later on). Nagalit pa nga samin sila Kuya Patrick because of what we did to iyang. We hung her on a rope, here lifting herself up. So yun, galit talaga. I know na may rights sila to get mad, ang tanga lang kasi namin. Idk if okay na kami nila kuya Patrick :(( sorry!

And cronies! Before i deleted the vid on my ig story, Cent unexpectedly replied to it HUHUHU! Yes, he did reply!!! ON IG!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAA. I WAS ENTIRELY CONFUSED BECAUSE BEFORE HE REPLIED TO MY STORY, I SENT HIM A "HI" STICKER ON MSSNGR USING MY OWN AVATAR. AND HE'S JUST SIMPLY SEEN IT. Cronies, he left me on read then he got to reply on ig??? That's damn confusing HEHE.

So here's the msg he's sent me.

Moreover, i slept at around 7:20pm last night. Kaloka kasi, i was still up until 7am earlier that day AHAHAHHA kaya ayun, bagsak. I didn't get to have my dinner. Kaya nung nagising ako kaninang umaga at 8:24am, nung bumangon ako, hilo-hilo ako HAHAHAHA

I'm looking forward to many convos that he's the first one to start up. HIHIHI Lord, thanks for bringing me closer to him🥳 I'm so grateful po, i swear. He was once just a what if. "What if friends kami?"

The first 10min of TBH are so incredibly weird and funny and chaotic mess. I love it. Thank you.

Oh, lol, I went back to see what exactly 10 minutes covered and it was actually a lot, all the way to catching and recatching that first skip. The pacing of that first ep was frenetic. Glad you liked it, enjoy!

I have watched it! And yes, they do. But a lot of serious scenes too, I guess it was semi-autobiographical so it took from her real life, too.
