Quirk: Wax, can make wax constructs, like the wax-wax devil fruit. Is low-key about her powers, makes people think that she can make and most a shed or small house when she can totally make concrete-strong apartments out of wax. Keys, rapped fire sharp wax projecticles, wax armour, wax prison, etc. When she overuses her quirk her hair catches fire, she gets a fever, a headache, desidrated, and all around exhausted but unable to sleep.

Dream: To be an average gal pal hero, who absolutely does not know ANY weird shit at all, no sirr. (She wants to help people, but also wants to live happily, and boringly.)

-When she is interviewed she goes on long ramblings about what she's doing to help the community, why it's important, why other heroes should do it, and how civilians can help. When confronted with any prejudice she completely derails the show, extolling about the difficulties of mutation-types, villainous quirks, weak quirks and the quirkless. The reporters that thought she was timid or just a pretty face are barreled over by her oblivious essay-reading talks, minimizing or completely eliminating the chance for gossip, publicity or drama. Because of it she becomes a meme and internet celebrity, as well as a small idol for the victimized and villainized people; also because she's completely hilarious, as well as posting her essays, articles, and funding online(only eventually noticing that they get money). Unfortunately she only goes there to use it as a public journal as well as an awareness platform.
-she absolutely does not notice when she gets to the top 200.
-She does not have a lot of official merc, but they're all practical and come for all body types and mutations, being all types of quirk-prof and coming quite cheap. It ends up being used as a cheap, durable, affordable clothing by all.
-She volunteers stuff, what most would do to public service punishment, chatting with people, discussing stuff, helping around the community. Playing with kids, volunteering in hospitals, picking up trash, cleaning trash heaps with her quirk(compresion), occasionally cleaning the streets and helping around in general, Making support beans and just helping around in general. Not being flashily like that.
-she influences others to do more too. To do more community service, to have their own honest vloggings and posts. To volunteer and help.
-she gets a minor rival(?) who tries to out-do her by doing all the community service, Kaoru instead thanks them, said she admires them and obliviously one-ups them by opening like, a school or something, idk
-Uses a mask? Maybe? Either that or she's always been recognized.
-helps out with underground stuff when she can
-Is publicly disappointed in both the commission and Endeavour.
-Publicly says she doesn't like all might, or rather, what he represents.

-She does not attend the annual gala for top 200. Everybody is surprised. She's invited by the top interviewers, and ends up rambling about how she kinda wishes she could have gone and its moments like these that she wishes she were a top 200. Everybody kinda stalls at that. And realizes that she is, in fact, not kidding. They make her look it up online and her face is meme-worthy.

Story outline{ imma be following cliche movie shit that i hate. Imma use the flashbacksies}
Chp1: •Dramatic inner monologue on a roof. Is a hero, achieved all she wanted in life, has her own agency. Hears a sound and goes to fight villain, she accesses the situation, form a climax/tension->
•flashback/past, The day she knew she would become a hero.
•(?)interceding flashes of past and present of her determination to be a hero(beat the villains ass ayyy, ends with a flash of the future(?)
Chp2: •Description of her day, painfully detailed, as boring as possible, end in cheerful note about how she loves how boring it is, and how for her its not boring at all. Description includes how her agency works, how it interacts with nearby agencies, what the status is for the neighbourhoods in general, how the crime rate is, compares it to other crime rates for other villains and hero's areas. Talk about her small number of employees and how she found them, briefly. Talk about where she sleeps, if its in an apartment, if it's in the office, where both are located and about the neighbours. Talk about the neighbours, about their clothes and their voices and how she feels about them, all in that satisfied this-is-normal-and-i-love-it kind of way. Talk about if she has a pet, about her apartment, touch briefly about something that reminds her of hero school, continue describing her apartment and the things there. Move on to what she's gonna eat, from where, what fast food and groceries, about how she thinks about food and who or if she shares her meals with. Have her have an idea for the community in general and head to bed.
•Flashback that surrounds the item that made her remember something. It needs to be something that makes her bittersweet. Like how her school was full of assholes, and that her teacher didn't like her because she was either too quiet or too loud, how she poked at too many sore spots and was bullied for it. Talk about a grand event similar to the sports festival at UA, and how a teacher -just tease, maybe don't even properly name- encouraged her to be better, and made her actually put up a fight, despite considering herself a coward at the time, and ended up getting 3rd place. Finish with her hurt, in pain but staring her bullies and the people who defeated her(maybe someone with something similar to pain quirk) down(also bullies?).
Chp3: •Describe in painful detail about her day to day school life. Her first year or second. Describe the building, if its dorm system or home-to-school system, describe what she sees on her way there, and the people she talks to. Talk about her bullies and the victims, and the people who watch, talk about the other classes and someone she admires at school, who she wishes she would talk to if she only had the courage. Talk about the teachers, how they interact, talk about her favorite teacher and how he helps her so much and how he takes care of her.

FLOWER BITCH(BNHA)

Kajiwara Kenta was a big guy. wide shoulders, burly arms, legs thick as thick as tree trunks and an all around weight to him that begun with his body, continued with his face and went above and beyond with the sheer air that hovered around him. He had the air of a fighter, of a thug two steps away from beating you down, a scarred face glaring down at you even when you're physically taller than him and the smell of trouble and violence that followed after him.
So it would come with surprise to know that his quirk was to sprout flowers from his skin. Soft, pretty, flowers that wilted quickly after leaving his skin. Coming in a variant of pastel shades, winding around his arms, tucking themselves behind his ears and nestling themselves in his hair comfortably. They were one of those 'useless' quirks, comparable to changing eye colors and quite unsuitable for a man that looked like he breathed violence in such a way that Kenta did. They were flowers suited for a soft, feminine, person. One that spoke softly, had delicate hands and smiled easily; one that never quite saw the point in heroics and lived happily on the countryside, skipping rocks and running between trees and up hills with bright smiles and cheerful laughs. It was a quirk for a bright, joyful, person

It was also the quirk of a useless naive person, as his father used to say. A quirk not fit for a hard man, a working man, but one for a sissy that would try and seduce other man. And such a thing was highly frowned upon and completely unacceptable, such a quirk was highly unacceptable. His father believed he was better off a quirkless defect than a sissy defect, and what his father said, his father would get.
Such a quirk was hated, such a quirk was undesired, such a quirk was unsuitable and weak.
Kenta found that he has always quite liked his quirk.
His flowers may be weak, but their smell soothed him, their stems may be fragile but when he plucked from his skin and let them fall they twirled prettily in the sunlight, their life may be short after disconnecting from him, but Kenta found that he could plant them and extend their lifetimes from minutes to days, from days to weeks, from we to months, living prettily and glowing jauntily in happiness in-between his burly fingers.
He grew up quickly and he grew up harshly under hard fists and mean eyes, under a father that demanded respect and responsibility but never quite took the time to explain either, and whose meanings always seemed to change with the wind. Who was never kind to the boy who spoke kindly and like flowers, and who never liked that his son had soft eyes like the woman. Soft and bright.

APPEARANCE: Purple hair(worn either waist length or pixie.), jewelded (?) eyes she always hides behind sunglasses.
PARENTS: dad had emotion based quirk, mom had sound(earjack) based quirk, dad emotionally manipulated, quirk abused,raped, got her pregnant, left her.
QUIRK:earjacks, just like jiro she has earjacks, with basically the same abilities, but she also has the ability to hear emotions, and when she touches others with the points and shoves emotions through them they feel it.
PERSONALITY:

-She hangs around the shady bits of town, listening in on conversations and writing all the shadys funniest pieces(or what sounds kind of dangerous, and drops the tips off), sometimes she hangs around the creepiest bits and scares people with weird sounds in their head.
-graduated early and did college online(sound filosophy, psychology, and finances.)
-very flippant and kinda a rebel, thinks she's intruding on the family. Kyoka mostly thinks she's very cool, very happy when she helps her with her quirk, but also kinda tsundere and sad that she's never there and so calls her lame.
-Has incredible emotional control because of her quirk and because of practice, making it so she can be having a breakdown or panic attack but all you're gonna see is slightly harsher breaths and very little widened eyes(hidden by sunglasses)
-always has a bored/placid expression on her face (kinda like jiro but way more intensively, i-dont-wanna-talk-to-you-peasant, but also, i'm-not-interesting-i-don't-need-anything-from-you, or just plain neutrality.
-wears sunglasses cause her eyes are like her dads,
-has real god eyesight and can see normally even with sunglasses(inherited from dad)
-Kinda a softy, helping people when she can.
-smokes, both cigarettes and weed.
-A DJ at some clubs, very popular, but lowkey
-saved Dabi's ass but made sure he knew he owed her; he is very bitter about it, but accepts. She ends up making him take down the gang that originally beat him up-wich he finds out is way bigger than he thought-, and half a dozen lesser ones that are connected. She takes all the money and assets though and knocks him out before he can protest. Later on he finds medical supplies, a high quality joint and a quirk regulator for him. The last one is the most impressive and helps him quite a bit. He hunts her down, later on and finds absolutely nothing, but he does get a loose piece of paper with a phone number laying on the same place that the supplies he had given him had been. She contacts him for another job. Somehow along the way, he's become her henchman and a semi-vigilant. He almost never sees her again for at least half a year. Then she began dropping by and demanding food from him. They're friends, but both would deny it. He wears her mark(like a tattoo/piercing/etc)
-Sometimes she dresses up and stalks the nicer neighbourhoods, the banks, the commission, the hero agencies, and government agencies. Her range is wider than anyone would think and her hearing is sharper still. She has a LOT of blackmail.
-Dabi joins the LOV, but she knows it's because of his father. She had been gathering info, but it was slow going and she got distracted in her info gathering on the commission. They cut ties, but they're just being emo. And they still do 'favors' for one another(they just don't bother counting them unless they're BIG favours.)
-She finds AFO, she hates it.
-She ends up weeding out any bad seeds and recruiting new people, training them and establishing proper ranks and money making. She's very scared of AFO.(commission contacts)
-Hawks, the whole story.
-Endeavour, more details, proof.
-She meets her sister's friends and thinks they're all gremlins. And leads them to the Villain hideout so they can find they're little friend.(she helps all mights without anyone noticing, bombarding AFO the best she can with long range nausea-out-of-balance, feelings, as well as out-of-breath, making it unnoticeable because he'd already been feeling that, now it just intensifies.
-she stalks the league, and eventually does a dramatic entrance.(Hawks is there)(she drops out of a vent?)The entire league is tense and almost pounces, but she makes everyone's ears ring and then has an exchange with dabi that makes it clear she knows him, a kinda-friends-but-don't-you-DARE-say-it kind of way. She refuses to leave and ends up becoming a familiar face. She then has a dramatic reveal about how its all the commissions fault and that to take down the fake heroes they need to take down the commission(without hawks there)
-She appears in Hawks apartment when he's deciding whether or not to kill twice. She brings him files of two projects. Hawks joins the Down-with-the-commission bandwagon.
-She really likes bitter stuff and sour stuff, but not when they're together
-Obsessed with journaling dramatically or way to normal.
-Has an actual pet-hawk, Hawks feels kinda offended.
-Gives Toga blood bags and a connection with a blood bank guy and a blood bank for mutations, as well as tells her she can get her the documents if she ever turns over a new leaf and decides not to kill people. Toga is tempting.
-gets magne a quirk healer doctor, and makes the rest of her league her minions to take down overhaul. She ends up with a League Of Vigilants, a Tododriko family hunting down a brother, drama, and a cute white-haired little sister that lives with a hobo she threatened to gut, castrate, make him permanently affected with a quirk that makes cats either scared or hateful of him and make his loved ones suffer.
-LOV kinda lowkey hates him and only Dabi notices he's her minion again, But he got a good shot in at his father and(endeavour got both a flaming-blue punch to the face, a -quirk suppressing- gunshot to the shoulder and a knife to the leg) is too euphoric to complain(has not yet realised that he outed himself to his siblings. With the rest she distracts them with plans to destroy the commission, and chances to cause chaos in general(they mostly don't notice they're minions or vigilants, but are kinda iffy about being ordered around, but are distracted by opportunity of destruction, murder, chaos, and not having to deal with giran)

-Official: regeneration= self healing quirk
-Powerful healing quirk that stacks depending how many hours you've spent not sleeping while tired. Awake hours stack healing others, sleeping hours stack healing yourself.
Personality: Mom: insomniac Potencial dad: minor healing quirk(paper cut healing)
Story Points: -takes care of dabi when she finds him laying around while detoxing, she doesn't heal him at first, too wary and knowing healing quirks are heavily monitored, and knowing very well that no kind deeds go unpunished is a very true belief at the place she lives. Justifying her beliefs Dabi starts stalking her slightly but mostly just crashing at her couch occasionally and demanding food -which she let him eat as long as he made it, his cooking skills rather good-, but somehow along the way they became friends(they're both teenagers ish?maybe?). Eventually they become friends, and eventually dabi confesses who his dad is, what happened that he looked that way, and Hannah was very unhappy with the endeavor to say the last and began putting her hacking skills to good use, after comforting dabi. She stole/earned/borrowed some money, got a bunch of computers and a hidden base, and had many sleepless nights,digging through the web, and eventually finding a LOT of shit the commission and a lot of corrupt and shady heroes. That happened after she disappeared for 2 weeks, no sleep, barely no food and water and living mostly in a saline infusion, stinking, she left Dabi after telling him she was gonna help him -wich unsurprisingly gave him the idea she was abandoning him, which was why a week later he was surprised to find her breaking into his apartment(the one he hadn't used in a while, as he had been slowly moving in with Hannah), sleep deprived as fuck and mildly maniac. She immediately dumps a bunch of files in his arms, throws herself on the couch and passes out after a firm 'read that now'. Dabi reads it, goes into hysterical laughter, cries a little and feels sorry for himself for thinking hannah would ever abandon him like that, cause obviously while he was drinking his 'lost' friendship away she was looking for a way to help him even if he has no idea at all how she got this kind of information. Finally he decides she is absolutely insane and that he will keep her??? Or he would not let her go???? Or that he would help her more??? RESUMING he accepts he really wants to keep being friends with her -forever-. Hannah eventually wakes up, explains everything, and tells him her own shitty childhood or about her quirk. I kinda want her to heal him of the scars at least a little.

SI-OC_HAWK'S-DAD
[semi-coerent ramblings]
Si insert of hawks dad, he's still a murderer, he's still a criminal and an asshole, but he is kind to hawks. He gets Hawks mother pregnant but never maries her, instead he takes him-hawks the baby- of her hands, making her sign all parental rights and raises hawks himself.
The high difference between the original and the SI is that Si is a way better at being a criminal. And he ends up forming his own gang that deals in shady things (not quirk or children smuggling, nor sex)
He raises Hawks with sharp eyes and gentle hands, but firm. He was patient but unwilling to back down or be disobeyed. He bought hawks presents, but nothing that would encourage hero-worship. He explained things to hawks, taught him how to live with his quirk-not just survive it- and made sure he was prepared in the off chance he was bought by the commission by teaching him stuff. He also showed him, minimally, about what he did in his gang, and about human nature.
He was not an affectionate parent, nor was he lenient, but he never gave Hawks any reason to fear him(the proper version of though love, and not just the excuse people give to being assholes). But he loved hawks, he loved Keigo, and sometimes, that's more than enough.
When he was arrested by Endeavour he was ready. His gang was stabilized, his second in command ready to take over and expand if necessary, he had taught his son all he could and he was reasonably sure his threat to the boy's mother was enough to still her hand -if she even had the guts to take his son in-. And in any case, he'd left a letter for his second to keep an eye on him and check up occasionally.
So it came as a surprise when almost a month later he heard he had a visitor and found himself face to face with his son.

Takami Keigo loved his dad.
Sure, maybe he wished he hugged him more, but he always gave the best head pats and he always prenned his wings with gentle fingers, even when they weren't messy! His dad always taught him things and sometimes bought him ice cream, even though he wouldn't let him eat all the time, saying it would rot his teeth and then he wouldn't be able to eat anymore. Keigo just took that as his dad worrying about his health, and when later on he got a whole presentation about the way he needed to take account of his bird features on his diet he knew he was right.
Anyway, Keigo, really, really, really loved his dad, so he wasn't happy that Endeavour beat him up and then put him in prison. In fact he was actively unhappy about it. Sure, he didn't like that his dad was killed, but what he did was dangerous. He also didn't like the mean stuff his dad did to other adults, but that didn't matter because he was the Best Dad Ever and needed to get out of prison so he could take care of Keigo. So his dad being in prison meant that he wouldn't be able to see him everyday, he wouldn't be taken care of by him, no more head pats and no more prenning. And Kaingo didn't like that. Not a bit.
So when he understood that, while talking to the detective that was asking what he knew about all the mean things his dad did, he threw a tantrum.
A big, bird screeching, wing flapping, sharp-feathers-everywhere that he hadn't had since he discovered his dad di mena things and that his dad had calmly calmed him down and not tolerated. The detective panicked and that made him even more upset. He then got a promise to be allowed to visit his dad -after a lot of property damage- and was reluctantly pacified.
He was then placed with some lady they told him was his mom, but Keigo knew his mom was a bitch cause his father said so, so he wasn't gonna trust her. But his dad taught him to be smart so he pretended to go along with the farce. He found out she really was a bitch, and proceeded to harass her into submission. Hiding her bear, messing with her stuff, watching him with 'creepy bird eyes', something his dad said you should never let anyone get off easy saying. He wore her down for two weeks, and then finally he asked effectively and immediately to be brought to his father. She refused(she was more scared of the man that the demon child)
