they waited and waited for so long, where have you been now?

Time flew by, days turned weeks and weeks turned into months and that app you downloaded remained untouched. You almost forgot about it, but then a thought crept into your mind... why not give it a go and open the app for a little while? Who knows what kind of adventure awaits you in there!

soon then as you opened the app, a silly sugar gnome appeared in your screen as they greeted you, attempting to rouse you from your slumber. How adorable! However, you couldn't help but feel a twinge of guilt for neglecting the game for several months.

upon tapping the bubble chat to continue, you were woken up by the sugar gnome. Shortly then, a cookie by the name of Gingerbrave appeared on your screen, extending a warm welcome back greeting and surprising you with various missions and new mails.

The experience of being pleasantly surprised by the cookie's missions and warm welcome evokes a sense of happiness within you. This feeling has reignited your interest in playing the game, reminiscent of the initial excitement you felt upon downloading it. then a,

"Whoah, welcome back!"

exclaimed Gingerbrave with a huge grin on his face. He was positively beaming as he directed his attention towards the exciting quest called 'We Missed You!' story, as you completed the quest, you then let out a small chuckle and just when you thought it couldn't get any better, a surprise gift appeared, accompanied by a warm welcome from Wizard Cookie aswell.

As you delved deeper into the game, a sudden light giggles escaped your lips again, instantly lifting your spirits. It was as if a weight had been lifted off your shoulders, and you couldn't help but think that maybe, just maybe, playing this game more often could be the key to unlocking your happiness again....

as you continued playing the gameplay, it appears that you have failed to take notice or acknowledge the fact that your cookies are watching you with great delight, sporting broad smiles on their faces. They are astounded by your return after all these days and find it to be a most delightful occurrence. The cookies are now eager to capture your attention and bask in your presence.

mainly, Pure Vanilla Cookie is thrilled to see you again! With a huge smile on his face, he knows that you, a human outside of their own world, have returned. Despite being just a silly pixelated character, he is determined to make a difference and show you his worth. He won't give up until he proves himself to be a valuable part of your experience and same aswell for other cookies.

"I-I can't believe it! is it really Baker?!"

"Our Baker has returned! they have returned!!"

the air was electric with the sound of many voices, all talking with an excitement that was palpable. The crowd had gathered to welcome back their dearest baker, and they were positively bursting with joy. It was clear that they would do anything to spend their lives with this beloved baker, who had captured their hearts.

"Please remain calm, everyone." Pure Vanilla exclaimed, urging everyone to hush up and lend an ear. he patiently waited for their undivided attention, ready to address the situation at hand. Finally, the cookies heeded the king's call and directed their focus towards him. with unwavering obedience, they followed his commands and maintained a hushed silence.

"Now that our dear baker has finally returned, we must celebrate and welcome them!" with a cheerful and enthusiastic tone, he conveyed his message to the audience, announcing the return of their baker and urging them to make preparations to warmly welcome them back.

the roar of the crowd echoed through the stadium as they erupted in a thunderous cheer, their voices rising in unison to create a symphony of excitement and energy. It was a moment of pure joy, as the crowd continued to cheer, it was clear that this was a moment that made the cookies feel so much alive more than before!

The cookies are eagerly planning to celebrate their beloved baker's return, spending quality time with them, and most importantly, doing everything in their power to bring you back into their world.

You were completely immersed in the game for a solid hour, but as fatigue started to set in, you knew it was time to take a break. With a sigh of satisfaction, you exited the app and gently placed your phone on the table. as you stood up, you stretched your limbs and made your way towards the kitchen to grab a bite to eat.

now that you've just returned from a quick snack break, plopped down on your comfy couch, and grabbed your phone. But as you excitedly opened the gameplay, something strange began to happen. glitches started popping up on your screen, causing you to freak out a bit, you managed to keep your cool and reassure yourself that it was just a pesky bug... right?

"That's odd. It's probably just a minor glitch," you reassured yourself as you clicked the start button. Suddenly, your phone screen was illuminated with a blinding white light, but you remained calm for a second. This now freaked you out alot as you began to wonder if this is the end of your phone.

just as you were about to let out a scream, you suddenly found yourself sucked into the depths of your phone, and everything around you went pitch black.

As you slowly emerged from your slumber, you attempted to pry open your eyelids, your vision was a bit blurry and couldnt see who was trying to wake you up but all you could think was... a figure of familiar cookie, as you sat up and rubbed your noggin with a slight groan, "what the?..." you couldn't help but wonder if you were still dreaming.

"—ke up... Rise and Shine my dear—!"

The words echoed through your mind, jolting you awake. As you shook off the grogginess, causing a slight disorientation as your sight gradually sharpened. cookie...? wait... Pure Vanilla?!

you can't believe your eyes as you stare at the cookie in front of you. Did it magically appear out of nowhere? Is this some kind of illusion? a prank?! this must be a dream! right?! You blink, hoping to snap out of it. Pure Vanilla extended his hand, ready to help you up. But as you looked at him, your mind was still reeling and you hesitated to take his hand. You tried to figure out what's happening and your heart was racing.

The cookie patiently awaited your gesture to take his hand, as he sought to establish a sense of trust with you. Eventually, you reached out and grasped his hand, allowing him to assist you in rising to your feet.

as you rose to your feet, you couldn't help but take in your surroundings with a sense of bewilderment. everything feels so weird! the sky is normal... you then return your gaze back towards the cookie which appeared to be grinning radiantly.

"a-are you real?" You stammered, your finger trembling as you pointed towards him in disbelief. "t-this has to be some kind of joke... right?" You whispered the final words, feeling as you were about to lose your mind but then Pure Vanilla emitted a slight chuckle and stated, "Oh my dear, don't be silly, this is real indeed and this is no joke. " The cookie spoke in a gentle tone as he patted your head.

what?!... real??... theres no way you're here... could it be possible you're stuck in the game..!? how! just how!?

After the events of Snow On The Black Wall, Caramel Arrow Cookie stumbles on you and Dark Cacao Cookie. She orders her that you're meant to be kept safe, and she agrees. She's merely glad to have her king back.

Dark Cacao makes it obvious that he doesn't want you going back to the Brave Gang. He's very against the idea, and he does his best to convince you of it. Telling you how they couldn't protect you and the sort.

He doesn't let you be around Caramel Arrow that much. She merely sees it as him being worried for your safety, but she can't help but wonder..

The combination of his isolation and gaslighting, while only being with him, makes it very hard for you to not believe what he says. Even when the inevitable reunion with the Brave Gang happens, you choose to stay with the king. He's affected you, for the worse.

He's fine with that. Who better to keep you safe than himself?

Crk reacting to Sleepy! Baker sleeping in unusual spots

Featuring: Pure Vanilla, Dark Cacao, Espresso

Summary: Baker(you) Is always so tired, you could fall asleep anywhere! So that’s exactly what you do.

Pure Vanilla

• He was looking all over the castle for you! He knew you slept a lot so he checked places with comfy spots to lay in like your bedroom and anywhere with a couch. He asked other people in the castle if they’ve seen you but no one has.

• He was getting worried and decided to hurry to his office to write letters to the ancients kingdoms to ask if you left randomly to their kingdom.

• When he finally made it to his office, all of his papers and pens were scattered across the floor. And there you were, sleeping on top of his desk. He knew it would be a pain to pick up and sort the millions of papers he has, but he can’t be mad at you! He took so many pictures of you cause it was so adorable!

• He doesn’t want to wake you up since you look so peaceful! He grabs blankets and pillows form your room to make you more comfortable. He gently raises your head and places the pillows underneath and places the blanket on top of you.

Dark Cacao

• After a few minutes of looking for you himself, he sends many of his guards to look for you to. He tells the watchers to not let anyone into the Kingdom until they find you. As the seconds pass he gets more concerned about where you could be. He sends Crunchy Chip outside the kingdom to go look for you along side some crème wolves.

• Dark Cacao went to his room and accidentally dropped his sword, when he bent down to pick it up he saw an arm poking out from under his bed. He got a closer look and it was you!

•He didn’t dare grab you and pull you out. He told the rest of the guards that you were safe and to not wake you up. He made sure no one made a lot of noise and if they woke you up there would be consequences.

• Once you woke up, he helped you out from under his bed. He then questioned you about how you got under there, why were you under there, why didn’t you sleep on top of the bed instead of under it, and many other questions.

Espresso

• He was working on his coffee magic in his lab again. The smell was strong and kept him awake. He’s been in there for the past few hours, theres was a slight brown fog from all the coffee grounds.

• After awhile he ran out of coffee beans and had to get more. He went over to his cabinet unsuspecting of anything being wrong with it. Once he opened it all he saw was you. You were laying in a way that your body wraps around the cabinet shelfs.

• He just stared at you, wondering how you didn’t wake up from all the coffee and his yelling. He was thinking of a way to get you out of the cabinet without waking you. Latte walked in and saw you in the cabinet and just stared. “Is that Baker?” She said. “Yeah…” Espresso closed the cabinet with you still in it. “Im not sure how they got there and Im not sure I want to.”

• Once you wake up and crawl out of the cabinet like you were in a horror movie. Espresso ask if you’re ok and if he should get healer since he’s not sure what even happened for you to get in there of all places.

A/N: I had a mental breakdown at school today so I finally finished this to comfort myself

Also note this is CRK centered but Ananas and Lotus quite literally. Don’t exist in CRK so this could be considered a mix of SACRK and SACROB

Ever since the Cookie Kingdom had first come into existence, the dragons knew some high being was behind it. At first, they thought perhaps another dragon, making their lair with the help of weak cookies.

This thought would quickly be proven wrong however, when a certain group of cookies came to the Hollyberry Kingdom.

Pitaya was shocked to find out that there wasn’t a dragon among the cookies who claimed to be from the new kingdom. Rather, they were watched over by… the Caretaker??

Favored by the Caretaker or not, Pitaya was still restless and needed a fight, and after getting scolded by Hollyberry, left the Hollyberry Palace. To be honest, that fight was one of the best ones they’ve had in a long time! And technically Hollyberry didn’t even join in, she just protected the group of cookies! Perhaps Pitaya will have to pay a visit to this kingdom and ask to spar…

Ananas doesn’t understand why you care for such weaklings. You’re such a higher being, and yet you grow concerned whenever a cookie is damaged?! Have you no pride?! If anything, they hold you in scorn for a while.

That is, until they hear of how visitors to the kingdom always talk about how beautiful it is, and how carefully the land is tended to. Out of their own curiosity, they decide to take a short visit- and the thing that surprised them most, is that the rumors were true. The kingdom really was beautiful- a little messy maybe, but you could tell there was love put into it.

They leave with a little more respect for you.

Lotus is actually pretty okay with it. Cookies can be quite intriguing, so it’s natural you’d want to keep some around!… wait what? You actually care for them?

They’re more used to having cookies as servants and entertainment, so they can’t really grasp what you mean by caring for them. But at least they’re okay with it?

(Self Aware Au) Wildberry Cookie x Reader Headcanons.

.It was a weird feeling, opening his eyes for the first time coming out of the gacha oven. He certainly wasn’t expecting to see your face up in the skies looking back at him. He doesn’t know what to make of you at first but quickly sees you’re a great ally.

.Wildberry wouldn’t want to automatically try to talk to you without prompt, so he’d only say his programmed lines when tapped though he would look at you a lot more often.

.He doesn’t enjoy going on the expeditions as less time around you means less time to figure you out. When Crunchy Chip showed up, he was just as confused so Wildberry tries to help him.

.Eventually Hollyberry comes up to talk to him about you, he got to fully learn what you were, at least what you were to the cookies. You were the Baker, a mighty god of cookies much more powerful than any witch.

.It was…interesting to think about, that a god of this power was watching over them. Helping them specifically, making them stronger, making the kingdom more beautiful and livable for them.

.He’d listen when you’d speak to them all, watch you comfort them if they lost a battle, you’d even show care if just one of them couldn’t make it to the end.

.It wasn’t really his thing at first but eventually Wildberry started joining the cookies at the shrine they had made for you. It was made in secret of course so you wouldn’t see but whenever you weren’t playing the cookies would take the time to visit it.

.Wildberry started to always pray to you for good luck, you’d always find some way to win and it helped earn his fondness towards you. He REALLY wanted to speak with you but a part of him deeply feared your reaction.

.Would you be scared? Would you stop playing if he spoke up and revealed that they were all sentient? He didn’t want to ruin this for the others, if everything fell apart because of him…

.So, he made a compromise with himself, he’d just work harder for you. He’d fight more, he’d be more steadfast, he’d raise his defenses.

.Whenever Wildberry was on the team he’d made sure they all reached victory. Anything he could do to make you happy was worth it. Now he had not only the Queen Mother to keep up with and make proud…he had you as well.

.He’d get a little teased by Hollyberry about his devotion towards you from time to time, it always flustered him but she’d laugh and assure him that nothing was wrong.

.”Hahahahah! There’s nothing wrong with your devotion Wildberry Cookie! Why if our Baker ever needs our assistance, I know you’ll be right there to help them!”

.Truly he did really appreciate the words, he’d keep watch of you more often now throughout the days.

.Wildberry Cookie eventually becomes very adept at telling your moods and how you’re really feeling. He’d be more laid back on days you were okay or happy.

.On days where you’d be sad or upset however, Wildberry would go out of his way to try to make you happy. Even if it meant possibly revealing the truth behind them all, he has to be strong for everyone and he has to be strong for you too.

.He’d watch as you would log out so you could go to bed or anything else that would mean you’d stop playing for the day. He knew you couldn’t play with them 24/7 regardless of how much he wished you could.

.Though…every night he’ll secretly wish you good dreams.

Baker being a simp to Royal Margarine pt. 6 + Minigame: Game of Cards

Baker enter the Innkeeper like it’s down the basement where Dragon City is at, as you see Royal Margarine is waiting for you to play a Joker card game and sitting on the stool where he’s looking at you with his handsome.

He asks a simple rules to play. Picking one prize only, picking a card for a “higher” chance. Beware of the Joker/Dark Enchantress that will lose your prize to win.

Play again for the next round to the 3rd round or done for the 1st round.

Royal Margarine would asks Baker to play a game of cards.

Royal Margarine: “So Baker if you win my cards game, I’ll give you a prize buy if you lose….you have to go out for a date~. For me~?”

Baker: *blushing red brightly like a cherry as I look so surprised* Hehe…s-sure….

Baker thinking: Holy crap he wants to lose me by dating

Winning path

Baker tries to pick one card without getting a Joker card but you got King, Diamond, and etc card however for Royal Margarine got bit surprise to see Baker got a good card in a 1st round

To the 2nd round will get even better for him that you did the same thing for picking one card as you did. Got a good card without a Joker card by look at his face is surprise but amaze. And he asks for the final round

The last round where you got so lucky where you see 2 cards buy which one is the lucky card ? Baker turn their head without looking at the card, trying not to get a Joker card, and you got a Luckiest card.

Royal Margarine just completely shock to see Baker won the card game

Royal Margarine: Y-Y-Y-You just won ?!?! Here take it! Take it all!

Baker: Thanks

Losing path

Baker pick the first card but it’s a Joker card and lost the card game and the rewards too

As Royal Margarine won the card game

Royal Margarine: “Sorry cutie you lost the game of cards. But you have to date me ~?

Baker: *completely shock as I fainted down in the ground while blushing red brightly*

Baker thinking: I lose but….he’s too good for me….

After the Game of Cards

*At the Y/N kingdom, where Baker is sitting down on front of the stairs*

Royal Margarine: Sorry for taking so long Baker. I-*saw Pure Vanilla is standing there with a glaring and jealous aura in front of Baker where their sitting on the stairs*. Hmmmm…..maybe next time *leaving slowly*

The Cookie Run Horror - Concept #2 - “MASH”

Mash herself is an unknown entity whose code is said to remain deep within downloads of Cookie Run: Ovenbreak. She’ll only appear in a player’s game if most, if not all, of their cookies are at max affection levels.

She’ll always take the form of NPC Cookies first, before moving onto the playable ones, her true form remaining a mystery. Her preferred method of host is in Sugar Swan Cookie.

Younger players are safe from encountering Mash, with there being no real preference of one over the other for who she targets with older players.

Once she’s made herself known, playing with her and giving her attention are your main duties now. She’ll refuse to allow you to close the app and you will not be able to select other cookies until she’s satisfied with her time with you.

She does not take being pushed aside for another so well. If you express interest in running with another cookie that isn’t the one she’s manifesting will cause her to “glitch out” that cookie, rendering them unusable. This can be reversed if she decides to control that cookie at any point during your time with her. This is unfortunately a painful process for the cookie.

Cookies that are currently under Mash’s control are said to be more self-aware of the player, expressing their affection and adoration for them at near fanatical levels. It’s advised that you cycle through “possessed” cookies as quick as you do, as prolonged control from Mash may seep some of her own code into the cookie themself, altering their behavior.

You LOVE Cookie Run, don’t you? Wouldn’t you love it even more if you played it with her? And her alone? Come closer to the screen, why don’t you…?

Hollyberry Cookie was pretty shocked when she realized that she was in a game. She had to grapple with it for a long time. Knowing that her friends weren't real, and she was just a part of a larger game messed with her for a bit.

It put her down for a while, and it messed with her how no one seemed to notice. Their code not really cognizing that she's become sentient.

However, what makes up for it is you. She hasn't said much to you, not that she can, but she can tell that you're kind. You treat each of the Cookies on your team with care, and make sure to give them the best toppings.

She's always on your team, and always hears you cheer them on during a battle. While the others don't notice, she does. It means so much that you care.

She latches onto you. You're the only real thing now in her life. She makes sure to come to you time and time again, giving you her soulstones. It costs less to level her up. She deals massive damage.

She doesn't want to lose you. Please don't leave her. Hopefully, one day, she can show you just how much she cares.

Baker this, Baker that, Baker Baker Baker Baker…. You cant stand it. You’re done. You’ve drowned out everyone voice with your own thoughts. They want you to do this and that, and you cant so that or this. They control your life. You made a kingdom for them to one day be independent and grow strong, not to tie their god down to the kingdom forever. They say its because they love you and need you, its just words words an ld more words. You’ve heard them talk about taking your powers away so you stay with them. They’ve crossed a line that theres no coming back from.

“Baker where are you going?-” Pure Vanilla asks as you walk out the front doors of the castle.

“Meeting up with another..” You lie.

The large doors retracting, leaving Pure Vanilla staring at the doors.

You walk down the path that leads to the exit of the kingdom. The usually busy streets are quiet, all you heard was trees and leaves rustling in the wind. You heard a door open as you were nearing the exit.

“Huh?.. Baker! What are you doing alone late at night? Shouldn’t someone be around with you?” You turn around to the familiar voice of Sparkling, the bar owner. You turn back around to start walking but you’re stopped by sparkling grabbing your arm. “Baker, is everything alright?” He whipsers while looking around.

Sparkling was someone you could always trust, he understands you. You knew it would break his and your heart if you told him, so you avoided confrontation with him. You stayed silent, avoiding his gaze.

“Its cold this time of year, let me get you a hot drink before you leave..” You follow him back to bar. He was right, you didn’t wear a good, thick coat to not bring attention to yourself.

You sat down in the corner stool as Sparkling went behind the counter and made a drink. You stared out the window at the exit. It was so close but so far. What would you do with yourself when you leave? All kingdoms in the area know of you, what would they do? You could run to the neighboring kingdom, their god still lives there. Their god loved you dearly, always said they would accept you with open arms… And a ring..

“Here.” Sparklings voice broke your train of thought.

“Thank you..” You whisper.

You finish the drink and place the cup down. “I must be on my way, daylight will soon show.”

Sparkling only nods. You leave his bar and head for the exit. The cool air is welcoming cause your newfound headache. Your steps become lazy and uneven. You fall to your knees when you’re only two steps away from the exit.

No, you thought. Please, I need to leave.

“Its working, they’re losing consciousness and power. You did well Sparkling.” Espresso shows himself from the storage room behind the bar. He watches baker slowly falls to the ground.

Sparkling is gripping the counter with tears in his eyes. “Why” He whispers. “Why make me do it?”

“You know Baker wouldn’t stop for anyones voice, besides yours. Plus they wont remember this, they will still love you.”

“Baker didn’t deserve this!” Sparkling slams his hand on the counter, tears dripping onto the counter.

“Baker didn’t deserve a lot things, thats why we must keep them safe.” Espresso leans on the wall. “Once Baker stops twitching we can go get them.”

“You sick bastards, this isn’t a way to worship our Baker our God!” He says still avoiding Espresso gaze.

“Oh? But you agreed to help us, did you not? You’re a sick bastard too, aren’t you?” Espresso laughs.

“Dont say that. You know exactly why I joined. It was all your fault.” Sparkling says, letting his grip on the counter go.

“Hm, I guess thats fair….. Seems bakers done, lets go, your job isnt done yet..” Espresso walks out the door.
