Now you are moving through the metal rods of the bed.
You ascend.
Flesh is for the unbuckling.
How, to get up there, you have to float.
Cathedral of your body, elope.
Turn back, see how small I have become.
As if I am insignificance.

On the 27th of May, 2011, 20-year-old Madison Scott from Vanderhoof, British Columbia, Canada, left her home to go overnight camping at Hogsback Lake for a birthday party. Madison was a very sociable young woman that loved sports and photography. When she didn’t return home on the 29th like planned, her parents called police to report her missing.
Her friends told police that they had all stayed until about 3AM and then left but Madison decided to stay alone. This was the last time anybody ever saw her. A search turned up her tent and truck at the lake but Madison was nowhere to be found. Her tent had been flattened and her purse was still in her truck.
Volunteers and search and rescue headed to the site and an intensive search ensued. The area was combed by searchers on foot and the lake was searched with sonar. There was no sign of her anywhere. “We believe either she has been taken, or she’s in the area and we just need to find her,” said police liaison.
Madison is described as 5 feet 4 inches and weighing around 160lbs. She has ginger/auburn hair and has a bird silhouette tattoo on the inside of her left wrist. To this day, she still remains missing. If you have any information about the disappearance of Madison Scott then please call 250-567-2222.

Go, Wait, Stop, Brake
A life series poem
Mountain sand, heart in hand
Dear prankster, where exactly do you stand?
The fun’s begun, the ghosts have sung
Keep moving, turning, burning sun
Gated lies, counting lives
Dear lover, what hides behind your eyes?
Friendships far, of strong feldspar
Keep hoping, helping, shining star
Soulbound thread, cloak of red
Dear hunter, how long has your heart bled?
Witches runes, explosive booms
Keep biting, striking, glowing moon
Ocean gill, time until
Dear listener, whose wish will you fulfill?
Traps deployed, clocks destroyed
Keep watching, stopping, waking void
The games are done, the stories spun
Dead players, time to see which of you won
Of allies lost and boundaries crossed
The victors see, at last, the cost
