That sweet sweet schizophrenic minor feel when they have you on so many medications typically used for adults that your body is one fucking sneeze away from going into shock at all times.

Does anyone else on the schizospectrum get alien eyes sometimes, where your pupils are extremely dilated, even in broad daylight? Think it's our meds? It always freaks my sister out 👁️👁️
Like I needed another excuse to believe I come from another planet/realm 😅

So I kinda had a meltdown yesterday or a panic/anxiety attack, or SOMEthing that caused my heart to start racing and my feet to start pacing (wow I'm a poet and i didn't know it that slick rhyme just fell outta me)
And I just COULDN'T organize my thoughts on/actions towards what i needed to do to get ready and to work, and ended up catastrophizing while helplessly watching the time pass as I got later and later and finally realized it Just Wasn't Happening Today, and had to call in sick due to panic attack. It's a bit triggering when I start pacing frantically and meaninglessly like that, bringing back memories of doing so in prodromal for psychosis. My other schizospec sweeties can probably relate.
But yeah I was just Malfunctioning hard and yeah this is why disability month is so important because these disabilities really affect us, even us able-bodied but neurologically/psychologically disabled folk, often impacting our ability to work/hold down jobs long-term - or actually get work in the first place. I just watched a video that cited employment statistics that only 32% of autistic people are employed, and just 16% with full-time paid employment - and schizospec illnesses are even worse. So yeah, something to think about
