It took me so long to actually find the name/artist for this song since the only reference I had for it was the few lyrics I could remember from a single video of paintball highlights from Greg Hastings Paintball 2 on the Xbox 360

Another song that it took me way too long to find, though this one was based on a single memory I have back from 2007 or something like that, listening to that bass-line and the opening lyrics in the car with my parents on a road trip to... Colorado I think.

Superhero - Stereo Fuse

For once, I song I didn't forget the name to, though this one is legendary to me because of it being used in an "AMV" (in air quotes cause it wasn't really an AMV, but it wasn't really a fancam so idk what to call it) for the character Marco from the TV adaptation of the Animorphs series by KA Applegate and Michael Grant.

Maschin - Bilderbuch

This song and the one after it are more legendary because of the memories I associate them with regarding the German classes I took in high school. My old teacher would always get so enthusiastic about his lessons and making sure that none of the students were being "schmoogles" (a word he made up that was nebulously defined at best), and I'll always remember him roasting the ever loving fuck out of the main singer in this song's music video. Having had the song on a loop in my head (particularly the version by Santiano and Nathan Evans) after last week’s Zoom sea shanty cartoon I was inspired to do a bit more with it and this is what I ended up with.

All drawn out on paper and digitally coloured as usual, the whole put together in Photoshop. I’m not wild about the ship but as it’s the first time I’ve attempted one I’m not going to beat myself up over it.

Generally pleased with how it all turned out!
