soy bastante básica con la comida así que: pan lactal tostado, queso crema si hay, cebolla caramelizada o en su defecto condimentada con aceite, vinagre y provenzal, tomate cortado finito (también puede estar condimentado junto con la cebolla) un huevo así tipo omelette, jamón y queso

Se puede cambiar el jamón por salchichas o una hamburguesa (aunque ahí ya no lo cuento como sánguche)

por qué no te comes un sanguche y experimentas las maravillas de estar vivo
