Hi! This is the last build for Courtyard Lane in Willow Creek and it’s home to the lovely Bear family. I had loads of fun creating the households and stories for this neighborhood, remaking the Pancakes, giving Bob a real restaurant and also, you know, a little bit of depth personality-wise. I can’t wait for you guys to discover the new save file!

With its characteristic bright facade, made of natural wood lap siding and local stones, this house is a perfect example of willowcreekian architecture. Two years ago, the Bears decided to leave the city. With five kids to take care of and a new one on the way, Vivienne and Charlie knew it was time to settle in a calmer place with good schools nearby for the children. A pool, a little garden, a large living space and a beautiful neighborhood: what more could they ask for?

Today I am doing a 50/50 collab with my wonderful friend Symtherin!! She is an amazing builder and a great content creator! I had so much fun with her idea for this collab!
I took a 64x64 lot and split it down the middle, then I built this beautiful Medieval fortress! Once I was done with every single detail, I swapped teh build with Symtherin and she must now take my floor plan and shell and turn it into something completely different!

Willow Creek
Designed by the renowned celebrities’ architect Paolo Lopez, this modern house is home to a very famous artist, Adeline Ohlson. Even with its strict contemporary design, the building still feels alive, mixing wood and stone textures all across the exterior with an abundance of plants and trees. The interior is also Lopez’s work, who got inspiration from some of Adeline’s paintings. It’s bright and pastel, calming and warm, and the perfect house for a big family.

Most of the days, Arpita will be the one taking care of your cats and dogs, but you may also meet her parents, Ravi and Sadhana. Magic Paws is true to its name: it’s an enchanting place where remarkable things can happen.

Hi everybody! I’m so happy to share this final build for Crawdad Quarter. It’s one of my favorites, I loved creating the space museum. I hope you’ll like it!
If you play on PC/Mac, I’d highly recommend using the Auto Employees | Custom Lot Trait mod by LittleMsSam. It changes everything during gameplay:
Install the mod,
Go to build mode and add the “Professional” lot trait,
Go to live mode and click on a door to allow the NPCs to show up.

Willow Creek is famous for its beautiful and historical buildings, especially the ones you can find in the oldest city neighborhood, Crawdad Quarter. At the end of the avenue, just next to the public library, you should go visit the Sixam Galaxy Institute, a cool museum to learn more about extraterrestrial life and the secrets of the Universe. Or, if science and aliens aren’t your thing, just go drink a cold beer in the best bar in town, The Drunk Mountain.

If you want to read a good book or just enjoy the quietness of a library, there’s one place you should visit: Willow Creek Archive. You can’t miss it: just go straight ahead and when you see the old clock tower, you’re there. If the shops on the avenue are always full of tourists, the library is restricted: you need to be a local to enter and to have a card. Beware: registrations take time. Everything is done by hand by the lovely librarian, Ernestine, 86 years young.

Very well known because of the name of its owners, the organization funds numerous projects and annually gives prestigious fellowships to encourage young artists.
