precure au! is chiaki still the leader? :O how does ryuseitai assemble into a unit?

yayay !! hes the leader. his color is still red but . pinkish . yes ik they dont have to be pink but like. pink ... also he is a little different though! mix between his pre-meteor impact and post-meteor impact personalities i think ? hes very loud and stuff but not very confident before he meets kuro

so the way it assembles is like:

chiaki buys kuro (who is in fairy form and looks like a tiger plush) by accident and then kuro explains that he came to the human realm to recruit pretty cure to fight evil. then kuro leaves but drops one of the transformation devices (i dont know what theyre going to be yet but. ... something star themed) later they remeet when a villain attacks to steal people dreams precure-style. and the villain attacks kuro and chiaki snaps himself out of the funk bc he wants to protect him and he becomes a cure :)

tetora meets kuro in human form and he thinks kuro is like THE coolest guy ever so he keeps following kuro around and he keeps meeting chiaki and hes starting to get suspicious abt kuro and chiaki is on the verge of losing it . a villain attacks near his dojo i think and theyre draining dreams including his and kuro snaps him out of it and asks him if he wants to be a pretty cure and tetora is like "!!! YEAH" anyways five minutes later he realizes the job includes wearing a dress and not fighting alongside kuro . sorely disappointed but cannot quit. Nagumo We Are Breaking Your Egg.

shinobu is not recruited by kuro ! chiaki and tetora hear abt rumors of another pretty cure so they sneak out one night and find shinobu and they start interrogating him and then keito is like "i dont know where you came from but can you please leave my ward alone?" and then sees kuro and theyre like "YOU" "YOU" fairy kingdom lore prob drops and tetora helps shinobu gain confidence and Not get drained. also keito shinobu friends yayayay... :)

midori is the last original cure !! he meets chiaki who is reminded of himself when he was younger and starts hanging out with midori who hates it but still goes along w it bc he likes kuro and keitos plush forms .... he isnt affected bc he doesnt really have a 'dream' but he is spiralling over the doom arnd him and stuff and tetoras like "oh! takamines normal at least" "HE IS DEFINITELY WORSE DE GOZARU?" midori becomes a cure thanks to chiaki ... :) yea. also funny thing i dont . have a design for midori i have concepts for everyone else but midori is the only one i dont have anything for . an d yesterday was his bday im so sorry king

kanata is the last cure!! as i said before the villain team is associated with the shinkai cult and kanata is still a god (called 'the mermaid') except . this time for genuine reasons bc he legitimately grants wishes. this is exploited for villain+cult gain. eventually he convinces his guardians to let him go to school under the pretense of finding the pretty cure and he meets chiaki who is very kind to him and they become friends. eventually chiaki finds out abt kanata being the mermaid they had heard about

but how he does become a cure im not exactly sure abt the situation? but whatever happens one he does he leaves behind the source of his mermaid powers and becomes one. after this another person takes the source of power and impersonates kanata for the sake of being a figurehead and becomes a second mermaid

chiaki is the lead cure. red but pinkish . yknow ?

btw i think the fairies are akatsuki because thats objectively REALLY funny to me . they have human forms and all like hugtto or whatever but yeah its just akatsuki

kuro is the first fairy to be sent down to recruit. he looks like a lion plush. keito is a snake and also was sent down to recruit. souma is. Different. also maybe a turtle?

he meets chiaki and hes like "wow this nerd could probably help" (chiaki is in his nerd era here i think but its not That bad)

the joining order isss: chiaki (kuro gets him onboard quickly) tetora (kuro also recruits him . tetora is very upset when he realizes kuro is just there for magic and not fighting bc he thinks human kuro is the coolest guy ever) shinobu (this is when keito first comes down shinobu meets the other two and keito is with him and kurokei r like "YOU" "YOU") midori (chiaki actually recruits him. its very hard though.) kanata (ILLNESS.)

kanata is ... im deciding whether hes chronologically the first or last cure but regardless he joins the main cast last ... late season cure

kanata is basically either a cure or a non-cure creature (though leaning towards the latter, becoming a cure when he joins the others) with the help of souma . whatever he is hes genuinely granting them lol. the cult is profiting off of this though.

oh!! i wanna know more about kanata in ur ryusei precure au

so basically ! kanata (until about halfway thru the story) was a figure called 'the mermaid' (or yaobikuni) he was the figurehead of the shinkai cult similarly to canon but the difference was he became the mermaid in a form similar to becoming a cure .. ? its a magical transformation basically . possibly with a corrupted ranger star (the transformation device) i think hmm . whatever it is, as the mermaid, he can genuinely grant wishes on his own . he first became the mermaid around age... 6 ? and then on continued until current time (17, third year)

souma knew kanata since a young age because souma was originally tasked to help find cures except he met the shinkai cult + their 'partners' (the main villains .. i need to name em) thats why kanata has the corrupted ranger star .. yeah

kanata met madara when they were both about .. 10 ? and were friends for around a year before madara was found out by the cult and driven away. besides that kanata was an incredibly lonely child which affected him similarly to canon. .. basically eventually when he reached 15 he got to go to high school (yumenosaki is just a normal academy in this au for Reasons the councils and committees and clubs and etc r the same but theyre not idols)

eventually chiaki finds out about kanata being the mermaid and they have a Moment . and then a little later along the line chiaki finally gets through to kanata and kanata becomes a cure . also falls a bit in love with chiaki but this is not discussed much between them

In you’re ruseiprecure au what about the previous iterations of ryuseitai? Like Madara?

hmm for previous iterations i think itd be a general "these were our precessors" vague thing like in a few other seasons !! madara i was toying with the idea of instead of being a cure hes a fairy (... possibly volcano bison) that came down to earth and befriended kanata (who was early into his career as 'the mermaid') before having to leave

Which era Pretty Cure exactly? Like are the Ryuseitai part of Suite Cure? Or are they their own new generation? And since they are a five man cell do they have dark counterparts like Precure 5 and the other generations around that time? I feel like I have a lot more questions but I should probably check your tag first lol

theyre their own generation! with precure i generally cant imagine crossovers lol so yeah. and hmmm i havent thought that far into villains and stuff but definitely could happen i think ... dark counterparts were p common with five huh help smilepre ...

on the part of what i have thought abt for villains thooo theyre associated with the shinkai cult ! kanata grants wishes and hes aware of the negative effects of it (to an extent) but hes not fully aware of the. "our business partners go out and create magical monsters that drain dreams from people within a certain area. and also we are getting our asses kicked by four high school boys"
