Thinking about the fact that Lidia has never had a Valentine's day. And Ruhn pulls out all the stops for her from the moment she wakes. Obviously there's gifts, flowers, chocolates, made her a playlist, wrote her a song(which he performs after dessert), with the first light dying, they're probably going for romantic walks, he cooks a whole meal for her and they eat by candlelight. Is it the best meal?......no. he cooks like his sister. But it's the fact he did that and made it with love that sends Lidia's heart soaring.

Lidia also gives him a gift. He immediately starts crying cause he wanted to have this day for her and nothing for him. But she couldn't help herself

I seriously just need a novella of Ruhn and Lidia… I need to see Lidia learning how to love Ruhn out in the open, being herself out in the open.. People probably treat her poorly sometimes, and even Ruhn friends, though they fought next to her, probably are still a little iffy about her because they don’t know her.! I wanna see Lidia being free to have FUN and actually have a LIFE, playing beer pong with Flynn and talking nerd with Dec and Mark.. I wanna see Ruhn starting to live a life he believes has a real future, no prophecy predicting his death or that he’ll never have children… Not only does he have his freaking MATE at his side now, but he has the freedom TO HAVE A FUTURE WITH HER.!

I wanna see Ruhn being absolutely OBSESSED with Lidia and everything she does, see him and her both navigating her PTSD with care and respect, even in public situations when other people don’t get it, but he’s there to do it with her.. First of all. LOVE ruhn and lidia’s relationship and this moment is perfection and I also had this little parallel pointed out to me.

I honestly think Azriel feels a mating bond between himself and Elain.

Plus Daynights/Ruhnlidia and Elriels almost kisses match word for damn word. The parallels are so obvious.
