AGENT ROUGE!

My idea for this bat because she will most likely come out and I love her very much and I want her to kiss her now muscular boyfriend

I got the concept of her wings as a cape from an oc so don't be surprised if at some point a bat like that appears here

And for your question on how, I'll try my best to answer lol.

So for my Rouge's design, it's mostly made of shapes such as hearts, rectangles, ovals, and triangles, as well as some swirly lines ig? Here's some examples:

Another difference between official Rouge's design and my design for her is how fluffy she is. Official Rouge has more of slicked-back hair that curls at the end slightly while mine has much more floof to it:

Also another difference is that I add the little heart eyebrows but that's technically just my art style becausd I draw eyebrows on all Sonic characters lol-

I'm in a paradise, I'll keep it forever

[IMAGE DESCRIPTION: Rouge the Bat floating, her legs are pointing inwards, left leg is bent in the knee and raised up to her chest. As a part of her suit, she wears mid-thigh length boots, ended with magenta cuffs, while on the knees there's pointy, heart-shaped knee pads, the boots have white soles. As well she wears indigo, bicep-lenghth gloves ended with magenta cuffs, matching the boots. To the right of her, there is her name written in thick, black text, all caps, it says "ROUGE", with pink, thick underline, on which it is written "THE BAT" in white text, all caps, mostly covered by Rouge's head, it's alignwd to the left.
