Scott walked through his door, and his jaw dropped in shock. His living room! His couch, his recliner, the floor, completely covered in mud and dog bed padding. Things have been knocked off the coffee table onto the floor, and some of the walls were smeared with mud.
And in the middle of it all were his two precious pups and one big wolf. And the wolf was in big trouble with Scott.
Scott can’t help but shout with surprise and sternness, “Skallagrim! What the hell have you done?!” @skallagrimulfhedinn

i know people rly want to defend rottweilers/pit bulls/small dogs/any dog breed that gets painted as hyper-aggressive, but when you are having this conversation about pure breeds, i REALLY wish there was more awareness & acknowledgment that the dog’s temperament is not always solely dependent on how people treat them, and that yeah there IS a genetic factor because of irresponsible breeding. when you get a rottweiler you need to know that rotties are bred to be extremely protective and that this actually often manifests into aggression problems if they don’t get firm and consistent training. it’s not as helpful to the dog as people think it is to ignore shit like that in favor of a “treat any dog nicely and it will become a nice dog” approach
