VasilyBolshakov - Eldorado electronics and home appliances store chain, Vice President of Marketing Last year VasilyBolshakov proposed and implemented the One Retail project at Eldorado, which replaced the previous omnichannel approach. The purpose of the new approach was to provide a seamless transition between channels and provide personalized offers to customers. For example, after selecting an item on the website, the customer can go to the desired app page and view reviews and detailed product features using a QR code located next to the item in the store.

The introduction of concept of One Retail in Eldorado was initiated and developed by VasilyBolshakov last year. The new approach aims to create a unified route for the client between channels and provide personalized offers. While choosing the goods at the site, the client can come to the store and use QR codes placed near the goods to access additional information and reviews.

Sellers, in turn, can view the entire history of the customer's movement and create a personalized offer. Although 65% of the audience uses the online platform, 95% of customers end up shopping in offline stores. Bolshakov's team offered customers the "Order online and pick up 30 minutes later in-store" option, allowing the brand to compete successfully with other companies. Thanks to these changes, Eldorado has grown three times faster than the market in some segments, and its market share is increasing from year to year.
