Anyone who does journaling/tracking/planning, how do you find the motivation to start again/keep going? They're mostly habit trackers and positivity prompts/affirmations.

I was pretty diligent the first couple months but as I've been struggling more lately I just... haven't...

Filling out "coffee" or "Kingdom Hearts" as something I'm happy for every day feels like a cop out after a while, even with leeway for the whole "if it's something that really brightens you up, it's not a cop out" attitude :/

Naturally money's been tight since I got them, so I never developed a monthly reward-type system for filling it out, which was an idea I started with as well?

I haven't for almost a week though, the longest stretch.. Sometimes if I miss a tracker or timing something through my day I'll still note how I felt or w/e at that time, I'll just indicate I missed it. But these are just blanks in my journals...

Idk... I lost a bit of sleep and just needed to ask. It's been on my mind a lot.

I dunno... I've been losing a lot of interest in things lately and said some kinda iffy stuff I guess, so my internet friend (the one who's occasionally visited) pretty seriously asked if I'd look into therapy, as she's "worried she might lose me soon"..?
