with merch design criticism are always like whatever to me. like you see how it's gonna look. if you think it's ugly just don't buy it. easy solution. but with stuff like quality or deliver time (or even getting your stuff at all) that's something you can't know in advance so you have to trust the company on that and you literally never hear complaints about dream branding in that regard
yeah I've not bought merch from everyone, but I've bought from revolt (the tubbo uke during the initial drop), youtooz (the ranboo figurine), freshmerch (wilbur's og computer crewneck), and dreambranding (25mil hoodie, gnfNoot crewneck, lowkey tote) and the only companies I've never encountered issues with are freshmerch and dreambranding: everything was timely and the quality is still insanely good after a year or more of heavy use! Whereas with the uke, it came after about 9 or so months and I had to literally make my roommate drive to campus to pick it up from the shipping center because it came months after it was originally said to be, and the rantooz was also late 😭 but both still had minimal communication when they were having issues, both times I got my updates through scrounging twitter search results sorted by latest LOL
