Single Review: Sabrina Carpenter – Thumbs
Sabrina Carpenter is an American singer/songwriter and actress from Quakertown, Pennsylvania, she has a variety of film and television roles including but not limited to Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, the Disney Channel comedy series Girl Meets World, the television movie, Adventures in Babysitting and the Netflix films, Tall Girl, its sequel, just to name a few. Also fun little tidbit but apparently her aunt is Nancy Cartwright, who is probably noted as the long-time voice of Bart Simpson on the animated television series The Simpsons.
Anyway, moving away from her onscreen appearances, Carpenter has been passionate about music since she was a young girl, she apparently began posting videos of her singing on YouTube from age 10. To cultivate this passion, her father built her a recording studio, and obviously it paid off because in 2011 she entered a singing contest ‘The Next Miley Cyrus Project’ which was actually run by Miley Cyrus, Carpenter placed third in this contest. Alongside her acting career she’s gone from strength to strength as a musician, and to date has released five studio albums, two EP’s and a whopping 26 singles. Today, we are here to talk about one of those singles, specifically ‘Thumbs’ which was released on October 14th 2016 as part of her second studio album, Evolution (often stylized as EVOLution). The track is sort of an anthem about embracing what makes you unique, about finding your individuality and not settling more mediocrity.

If true, this rumor suggests that the failed mall-turned-failed big box center would most likely face total demolition. I can confirm that Redners has announced they will be closing, but no word from Ollie's yet.

Someone on one of our local Facebook groups complained that three teenagers had entered a local Walmart and used the available mobility scooters to essentially play bumper cars / "chicken" until finally stumbling out, laughing, back to their pickup truck.
I am frustrated by how many of the responses were along the lines of, "Boys will be boys!" and "At least they're just out having some good clean fun and not selling meth or something!"
