Here's to being honest, * full disclosure I'm sucking in in this photo and spent 5 min in front of this mirror to take the right one * I wore a jacket 2 times my size all day because it hid my body, I put this shirt on in the morning and by the time I got to work my anxiety exploded. The shirt was "too tight" all I could think was if I slouched even just a bit all my skin would show up as "rolls" which would be easily visible in a tight shirt. This whole being happy with your body is hard, I'm filled with immense self doubt but it doesn't mean I'm not trying. I'm working towards a healthier body and that means loving it through all of its stages, but as always, easier said than done. Blah man being honest on social media is hard. This post isn't about likes, it's not about the comments it's about being honest to myself. It's a step in the right direction after many miss steps in the wrong one.
