One of my first fanfics. Constructive criticism is welcome :)
"I'll write to you whenever I can..." Jack whispered into Shepard's ear. Her arms were wrapped around his neck, with her armored chest snuggled against his dress uniform. She really wished she hadn’t suit up, but Kahlee insisted that she ought to appear more combat-ready.
His arms slightly tightened around her waist, and he planted a small kiss on her jaw line, saying nothing.
Her eyes glanced briefly at the busy docking platform. Soldiers of different specialties and assignments marched towards their muster stations, waiting to board their respective shuttles. Everything was bathed in the white rays of artificial lighting. She made eye contact with a few of her students, and they quickly looked away. She noted their widening grins and the way their pace quickened towards the support teams.

3. Do you regret anything?
If I had to sum it all up, I have two things that I really regret. The First: I come from a divorced family. My parents are both very involved in my life but I live with my mom because my dad though it would be better. During the Summer of 2015, I got upset with my dad for very trivial reasons (because I believed that he was wrongly accusing me of something that I didn’t do) so I ended up ignoring him from June 2015 to August 2015. When I finally spoke to him again, I found out that he was terminally ill. He was suffering from multiple organ failures and his days were limited. I was upset at myself for being upset with him so long. I was upset that I didn’t talk to him for so long. I was upset for not knowing that his days were limited. He used to always tell me “When I’m not around….” and I thought that he would just be messing with me. I hated whenever he told me things like that. I regret being so petty and not being able to spend as much time as I could have with him. It’s been over a year since he’s passed and I still think about all the times we could’ve spent together.The Second: I regret not choosing a path that I liked, instead, I chose one that was convenient for me. I always liked science (mainly biology and chemistry) in school. I regret not majoring in Biology or Chemistry.Looking back now, I also wish that I was able to do something with gaming. For example, what if I quit school and tried to become a full time streamer? 15. Have any pets?I used to but not anymore! I really want a Samoyed / Shiba tho.19.
