Something that is standing out to me so much is that people who support Johnny Depp and have talked about it... seem fairly level-headed in it. I have not seen many Depp supporters throwing out every accusation under the sun against people who support Amber Heard. (The closest I see is people saying that anyone who supports her supports is an abuser, which is just the truth.)

On the contrary, people still supporting Amber Heard call Depp supporters every possible insult under the sun. Homophobe, biphobe, transphobe, misogynist, rape-apologist, etc. Pretty much everything that most people would not want to be called. But I doubt I, a woman who has been a victim of a man before (not going into details here), am a misogynist. I doubt the many other women who have been victims of violence at the hands of men but still support Johnny Depp are misogynists. I doubt my friends, most of whom are gay or bisexual or transgender/nonbinary, are phobic against themselves.

The statements released by both parties after the verdict also indicate a lot about their characters. Someone else made a post that summed it up better, but Johnny talked about the people involved, including his children, lawyers, and the jury. Amber... talked about how she apparently lost her freedom of speech.

Funny how AH’s team whine about unprofessionalism with the way Camille conducts her ending words. Yet these are the same people whose questions to any JD witness was “You did this for your 15 mins of fame right?”

I personally think they mixed him and Amber up when they said he doesn't take responsibility for his actions, like the entire time he was testifying, he was taking responsibility while amber was blaming everyone else??? I've noticed something about AH supporters. A pattern. They always turn off or limit the comments on the posts they make about her. They don't allow anyone with different opinion than theirs to speak and delete their comments if they do (block you too, most of the time) even if you're being chill and respectful and just want to have an adult normal conversation. The only comments they allow on their posts are comments that completely trash Johnny and depict Amber as an innocent victim (something we Johnny supporters don't do. We realize he's not a Saint but nobody is perfect in this world, especially after going through so much trauma as he did. Baby needs to heal) And then they have the audacity to call Johnny supporters "biased, uneducated who don't fact check", uhm, I think you're describing yourself 🤡 and speaking of fact check, they literally have 2-3 things (which aren't even that bad and can be explained) against Johnny and use them all the time and when you try to tell them and point them to TONS of evidence and good points against her , they say we' re blinded and stupid and misogynistic. Aquaman 2 official trailer had 0.1 seconds of Amber, and not a lot of Mera actually mentioned which makes me believe they'll actually kill her off for drama. Normally I hate fridging but I can make an exception for Mera because she's played by a cunt.

I told my dad about Johnny Depp winning this case, and my dad shared a story about a friend of his. A man, who was abused by his wife. When this friend went to leave his wife, she came at him with a knife, and he called the police. The police arrested the man, but fortunately for him, my dad was there and testified that the man was the victim.

Johnny winning this case does not set back abuse victims. It just shows the world that men can also be victims of abuse, and that they are not always the perpetrator. It allows for more abuse victims to come forward. It means that men who are abused now have a slightly better chance of being believed.

Amber Heard lied. Just like my dad’s friend’s wife lied. Amber said Johnny abused her when it was the other way around. That man’s wife did the same in the courtroom, and if not for my dad, his friend might be in jail for being a victim of abuse.
