Rantaro Amami—the king of The Academy for Gifted Juveniles. Though not ruthless like his peers, he's at the top of the food chain.

He is the epitome of effortless beauty. Drop-dead gorgeous. It isn't uncommon for everyone's attention to turn to him whenever he enters a room.

Though welcome in every single clique and friend group, he mostly hangs with the other populars; a prince and his court.

It's rumored that he's dating nobility; or that he is nobility, part of an ancient clan that spanned several eons. Some say that a kiss from him could kill cancer.

It's often scoffed at initially, until the non-believers witness him in person.

He's mysterious. Nobody really knows much about him. Everyone wants to.

People have taken up smoking because of him. Graceful fingers bring a cigarette to his lips, a habit he indulges in every so often, and they scramble for his ashes.

He's sick of them all.

Rantaro sits atop a throne he never wanted. He tosses out letters from high fashion designers, begging him to represent their brand. To wear their clothes. All they need is a size—and a headshot.

The nail polish brush glides over his thumbnail delicately, turning it a glossy shade of black.

A drop falls onto the floor.

Ever wondered what actually led the “Ultimate Adventurer” to receive his title? Although he may say that he had traveled the world in search of his lost siblings, truthfully, that’s all just misinterpreted purple prose. While on his travels, he actually found siblings. And by that, I mean, he was a very good recruiter for DICE.

Legend goes that he found his first sibling on a dark and stormy night when he was fourteen... From then on, the trajectory of his life was forever changed. This green haired son of two former Danganronpa contestants soon became one of the most prominent figures in the war against the Future Foundation. Though, that’s not to say he’s too much of a fighter. Making connections, and gathering information was much more his style.

Perhaps that’s why the Future Foundation feared him so much.
