To change Rotom into his alternate forms in the games Heart Gold and Soul Silver, Rotom must be your following Pokemon. Having it there with you while inside of the Silph Co. building will allow you to enter the normally inaccessible broken elevator and go into a room containing the appliances it possesses.

Pokemon Fun Facts: Deerling
Something quite well-known about Deerling is that they have a flower atop their heads, covering their small antlers.
Something highly unknown about Deerling is that they have small amounts of chloroplasts in their fur, despite these cells being otherwise identical to those of the fur of non-plant based pokemon.
The reason for this adaptation is unknown, as these chloroplasts are not numerous enough to have any effect on the Deerling’s metabolism through photosynthesis.

fun fact: if spinda was in scarlet and violet then the rarest Pokémon would be a rare mark mini/mega pokerus spinda with perfect ivs, the ability contrary, and any specific nature, due to spinda’s patterns. it would be a 1/3.2882281e+35 chance if I remembered to put everything in, although there is a chance that I forgot something
anyways good luck shiny hunting it 🙃
Edit: that’s 3.2882281 x 10^35, or 1/328822810000000000000000000000000000
Edit 2: Apparently pokerus isn’t in scarlet and violet, so the odds would be 1/15052543000000000000000000000000
cuz that’s wayyyyy easier

Though mythical Pokemon are meant to only be available to players through set event periods in certain places or during certain downloadable event times, there are a few mythical Pokemon that are permanently available to access in some way. A few examples of this are Celebi, obtainable in the Virtual Console 3DS version of Pokemon Crystal; Jirachi, obtainable via English Bonus Disc from the Pokemon Colosseum games into Ruby and Sapphire; Magearna, available through scanning a special QR code into Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, or Ultra Moon; and Deoxys, available in the Special Episode part of Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire after the main story is complete.

There's a Pokemon card illustrator named KIYOTAKA OSHIYAMA and most of their work is just flexing about how good they are with perspective and you know what? I respect that
