I hc that Hunters enhanced senses make his super sensitive to touch and, therefore, ridiculously ticklish. I think it’d be super cute if Doc figured out that soft back and neck tickles make him absolutely melt but also giggle like crazy. Of course his brothers know about this little weakness but they don’t know how it can kinda just switch his brain off if he’s comfortable (and neither does Hunter because he’s never had someone try). So they’ve mostly used it to lovingly pick on him. Hunter is really defensive and embarrassed about it though…
Anyway I love your writing! Thank you so much for sharing it with us!! 🖤🖤
*Unholy Shrieking*
... waitwaitwait, lemme catch my breath...
okay more shrieking
okayokay. Yes. I don't know who you are, anon. But you have given me a gift. I hinted lightly at this in the beginning of Arrows Ch 1, but certainly not to this extent... It's going to be a bit before Doc gets to be that close to Hunter again, but I will absolutely incorporate this, and I thank you with all my heart for the images you just plooped in my brainpan
Oh he's such a closet softie! Stony expression and constantly furrowed brow (even while he sleeps) but it softens ever so slightly when he finally has you back in his arms. Waking up in the morning to him spooning you, grip still as tight as a vice, and taking a moment to appreciate the way his hold on you is firm, but still tender. You turn your head slowly and see that he looks rested, almost content.
i know right?? just thinking about him opening up and showing his soft and vulnerable side makes me swoon😭 actually the best feeling to ever experience when someone looks content while sleeping next to you, would recommend 10000/10!! and oh how i wanna kiss the crease between his brows every single minute of the day, so he stops frowning 😭
Hey friends. I just wanted to pop in and tell you all how much I love you 💖 We're in the middle of moving house and things have been really crazy here. I am getting all your tags but haven't had a lot of time to do fun things so PLEASE keep tagging me!!! It really puts a smile on my face. I'll get back to fun things eventually. 💖😍😘
I must say, this is the best tag I've ever seen for a description.

Remember the 6 year old girl who was surrounded by Israeli tanks and the red crescent couldn't reach her? Her name is Hind Hamadeh. Here you can hear the phone call her 15 year old sister, Layan Hamadeh, made with the medics. She was killed exactly a moment later including all people in the car, except for 6 year old Hind who was stuck in the car with the dead bodies of her family, Israeli tanks and IDF surrounding her, shooting, preventing anybody to reach her.
That was last night (29.1.24). Today, still nothing. The fate of Hind remains unknown.
palestine red crescent ambulance team went to rescue her yesterday evening, but they have not returned as of now. We lost contact with them about 18 hours ago, and we still remain unaware of their fate and whether they succeeded in evacuating her or not.
Please, share Hind's story as much as you can on any platform. We need to know what happened to her. Put yourself in her place, how terrified she must be. Don't scroll past this.
To illustrate this post by @mayahawkse I would like to visualize to you the difference:
A post in 2023:
A post in 2014:
A zoom out of the same post:
This is what a community looks like.
See how in 2023 almost all of the reblogs come from the OP, from their few hours/days in the tag search. Meanwhile in 2014 the % of reblogs from OP is insignificant, because most of the reblogs come from the reblogs within the fandom, within the micro-communities formed there. You didn't need to rely on tags, or search, or being featured. Because the community took care of you, made sure to pass the work between themselves and onto their blog and exposed their followers to it. It kept works alive for years.
It's not JUST the reblog/like ratio that causing this issue, it's the type of interaction people have. They're content with scrolling and liking the search engine, instead of actually having a reblogging relationship with other blogs in their community.
Anyways, if you want to see more content you like, the only true way to make it happen is to reblog it. Likes do not forward content in no way but making OP feel nice. Reblogs on the other hand make content eternal. They make it relevant, they make it exist outside of a fickle tumblr search that hardly works on the best of days.
