This young male, cruising along our trail, was full of spunk and had no hesitation letting us know who was boss. His trunk went off like a large trumpet, and flapped his ears in warning, this was his territory. The rest of the herd just let him do his thing. This healthy young Bull to be was a pleasant example at how healthy and balanced the reserve was, and well protected. Here at the Tarangire conservation reserve in Tanzania. Found a wonderful landscape with elephants browsing slowly in the tranquil landscape. Doing a hands on draft/sketch compositional layout as a guide for a future work.
