side order was obviously psychological and physical pain for 8 (what else is new) but have you ever thought about how much fun they could've had in certain levels?

mostly with the fact the ∞-ball levels can be a nice session of exposure therapy considering 8 has been an unintentionally traumatized 8-ball murderer for however long they were in the metro (aka: the balls no longer fall!! they're saved!! its a late squidmas miracle!!!!), and also they can occasionally watch from afar as the battering lentos (big boi fishes) somehow solve things while playing with it.

there's also the fact two of the bosses sing BANGERS. absolute icons of their generation. where would we all be without the new idols that are my bois asynchronous rondo and pinging marciale???

also 8 gets to witness the true power of gay moms in the elevator of all places with a very done with life sanitized dj who might as well be their sassy aroace cousin who most definitely talks shit about everyone /j

tl;dr side order is peak comedy at times and fanon 8 should be shown to have at least a bit more fun than ive seen.

i made a size comparision by stacking a bunch of parallel canons and i figured out their sizes! here it is shortest to tallest

canons are 5 feet/150cm, they're inkling sized.

marciale is 35 feet/10.5m

agitando is 50 feet/15m

overlorder is roughly 65 feet/19.5m. it passes the ankles a bit

rondo is 75 feet/22.5m

Ok, so as you all know Side Order came out 4 days ago and I have been consuming all media of it like crazy.

Anyways, I'm here to share my opinions about the bosses since I've been looking at them the most.

Also Spoilers under the cut!

Marina Agitando

The Marina boss is... fine. I don't really care about it much, so I'm moving on.

Pinging Marciale

I'm saying this now, Pinging Marciale is BORING. I mean, its just annoying to deal with and honestly I just don't like it.

Its music theme is pretty good though, so it gets points for that.

Asynchronous Rondo

I personally think that Asynchronous Rondo is awesome. I don't get why everyone hates it so much, though maybe its just because I like horror.

Anyways, this one is a really good boss.

Parallel Canon

I love Parallel Canon.

They're honestly my absolute favorite boss in Side Order, and for good reason.

Its a good twist on the 1v4 Octoling fights from Splatoon 1 and 2, plus it's technically Agent 4 which means all of the Agents have been in more than 1 Story.

Anyways, they're a top tier boss.

Overlorder

He's very cute when he's small, I think he's a good final boss.

Not the best boss in the world, but he's alright.

That's all I have to say for now.

Y'all be like Asynchronous Rondo this (Although I love her a lot), and Parallel Canon that, and Order that, but y'all don't know where the real hype is... FRICKIN' PINGING MARCIALE (Marci or MarMar for short), THE FUNKY BEEG' ORB DUDE- LIKE- THEY'RE SO CUTE??? HELLO???
