Astrology observations part two

I know huge hiatus and all, didn’t come online but on the other note, I joined college in offline mode, and it is so much fun, hope everyone is keeping well and I’ll try to update more often!

In Vedic astrology, we usually go a sign back from western astrology (technically 24’ before), so according to that for example, if you’re a libra rising, you become a Virgo rising in Vedic astrology, and so on and so forth. All planets will also shift back a sign, so a Capricorn Mercury will become a Sagittarius Mercury. So in the case, you’re reading for a western chart, keep these things in mind. Since I largely practice Vedic astrology, my observations will be based on these placements themselves.

Moon in Rohini for anyone causes promiscuousness, especially being the person who enters into relationships with ‘taken’ people or aren’t bothered by the consequences of engaging in relationships with such people.

7th lord in the 6th house causes a person to get a spouse who may have addictions such as alcohol intake or substance abuse, especially if the involvement of rahu or mars is present.

Moon or ascendant in Mula causes an innate love for garlic, onions, and other root vegetables.

Men with Venus in Revati can be attracted to women much taller than them.

Similarly, women with Jupiter or Venus in Revati, may be prone to entering into relationships with large height gaps, with them being the shorter or taller person.

Sun in Bharani causes the father to stutter while speaking, or sometimes can cause extreme shaking or instability of hands or anxiety.

Mercury in Krittika can cause people to cut each other off in conversations.

5th lord in krttika can cause people to give their kids up for adoption or be a child who was adopted themselves.

Ketu in 5th house can cause a caesarean birth or triplets/twins.

Jupiter in Ardra can cause people to be distant from their parents and cause cheating between their parents’ relationships.

Saturn in the 7th house or Mercury in Shatbishta can cause people to have issues with hearing, either extremely heightened or very dulled.

Prominent venus in someone’s chart or a powerful Venus can cause people to be prone to styes and eye problems.

A prominent aries in a chart can make people look horse-like or have very prominent teeth.

Fire placements, especially Aries in the 1st house or around any personal planet can cause people to have curly hair and be prone to heat boils.

Mars and Saturn in Gemini cause skin problems.

People with prominent Anuradha Nakshatra can be fond of traveling or alternatively be mistaken for different ethnicities a lot.

Prominent 6th house or Virgo or Scorpio placements can cause people to be perfectionists to the level where they can be embarrassed by friends and family if they dress shabby or untidily, they also hate people touching their stuff but they do it very very subconsciously.

VENUS IN LIBRA

It's like a movie.

It's bumping into each other and having something blossom from just one look. It's your idea of love and romance personified. Falling head over heels and not realizing it even though you spend all your free time with them. It doesn't feel that way, it feels revitalizing. It feels fresh and new and consuming, but goodness, you feel like you can finally breathe with them. It's watching the end credits together.

They put a lot of effort into being romantic. They put a lot of effort into being attractive, into being a partner you would want to stay with.

They love romance, being swept off their feet. Having intimate conversations no matter where they may be with you. They like knowing that what they have with you is something they can always have. They like people who are real with them.

Someone who is genuinely graceful, kind, and charming is someone they honestly won't be able to take their eyes off of.

They really put a lot of effort into their relationships, and it's not spoken about enough. They're often portrayed as fickle, airheads when it comes to love but that is a GODDAMN LIE.

If they want a fairytale romance, they will work for a fairytale romance. They will put effort into making everything be their vision of beauty. They won't settle for anything their don't consider meeting their standards.

They can go a bit overboard with this.

They have a vision for the partner they want, but be warned Libra Venus: No one can live up to the perfect partner you have in your head, because they're not real.

VENUS IN SCORPIO

It's the satisfaction of swearing.

It's not having to be modest. It's being raw and unfiltered. It's experiencing every kind of passion with them, every emotion, every fear. But who else would you want to share it with? It's calling them the Devil, a fiend, a bastard. It's calling them an angel, a saint, the only person you trust. It's having them see you at your worst and best and knowing you are loved through it all. It's a relief.

Honestly, I hear so much shit about this placement and I don't care for it. If you don't have Pluto aspects, Mars aspects, Scorpio or 8H energy in your chart you will NOT know what the fuck to do with a Scorpio Venus. It will baffle you, and that's okay because it's not for everyone.

Love is tumultuous for them but life's that way. They can't be with someone who doesn't have an understanding of how hard life can be.

Scorpio Venus individuals have known a great struggle in their life that will honestly stay with them and it's one they will never speak on but it defines them so much. It's like that with all Scorpio placements. They know they can't be with someone who doesn't understand first-hand how struggle can shape you.

They won't commit to just anyone because of this. They will honestly observe you for years before they decide it's safe to commit to you. They need to experience life with their partner before they can commit to their partner, as in marriage, if that's something they want.

They will observe how you handle your anger, what your coping methods are, how you approach problems, your communication style. They need to see you in a million different lighting before they'll allow themselves to pursue more with you.

It's to shield them from disappointment in all honesty. They're completely aware of how their hopes can be carelessly shattered by others.

It's a fucking pain, but like I said, it is not for everyone. They're intense. So what?

VENUS IN SAGITTARIUS

It's merry.

It's noticing someone's smile for the first time. How their lips curve and their eyes sparkle. It's how they approach you with excitement, needing to tell you something big. It's the looks you give each other in public when something funny happens or how you walk away together trying to hide your laughter. It's carefree in it's true meaning. It's stretching out their hand for you to take it. It's a gamble.

Oof, unexpectedly romantic and considerate once you know them.

This is the kind of love that's like that saying, "If you know, you know."

It's on a need to know, and baby, not everyone needs to know. Like Taurus, Sagittarius is a selective Venus.

They are happy to be by themselves, they will thrive by themselves. Just existing is an adventure to them. They're not in a rush to fall in love, they're the Venus placement that believes love will find them.

Very much believers in divine timing when it comes to things that invoke a lot of emotion in them. They're deeply spiritual or they'll be deeply thoughtful on the physical make up of this world.

There is an astute love for discovery, be it scientific or spiritual or both. Languages, cultures, fiction, science, they wanna know how far your mind reaches because theirs does. If they could see it all they would.

They want to see the big picture, and if they involve you in living out the picture for their life then you know you're someone they feel for, even love.

You won't get emotional declarations, but you will get a: "Do you want to go see this movie?" "What do you think about this?" "I read this book and I thought you might like it." "Do you want to go there with me?"

Love is without boundaries to them. Do not try and put them in a box.

A Sagittarius Venus will show you what it means to let someone go when you truly love them. They'll come back or stick around if they know you're worth it.

VENUS IN CAPRICORN

It's honest.

It's knowing the ground won't crumble beneath you because the person in front of you took the time to build a solid foundation. It's knowing that everything begins in this, their story, their motivation. It's understanding that they're with you, and in turn realizing how much they admire you. That just you being near them this way, you must know how they feel for you. You must, right? It's allowing someone to see you in your most vulnerable state.

Those with Venus in Capricorn do not get enough credit for how open and vulnerable they can be. The main reason is because they don't show vulnerability in the expected ways, like crying or sharing a secret.

It's different for Venus in Capricorn. Vulnerability to them is having someone see the life they're trying to build. It's having someone see the foundation they built themselves on. It's letting someone know who they were before the refined version of themselves you know today.

This version of themselves and the life they cultivated didn't happen overnight, and if they let you know their reasons, if they let you know their backstory, you really need to understand that they're letting you in.

They want to come off as suave, in control, aloof. It's the persona they feed to shield themselves, and though it may be a persona, it is very much apart of them.

In love, you get to see under that layer. You get to see the Venus in Capricorn individual outside of the world.

I speak about foundations a lot with this Venus because Capricorn is an earth sign. Like all earth signs, there is a strong desire for something solid, stability, dependability. There's a desire to grow with someone here.

They need to know you're in for the long haul. They look for maturity. Definitely has a thing for older people.

Honestly, they can be pretty teasing in love. I dunno what is up with earth Venus placements but it's either they can barely talk to the person of their interest or they're roasting the shit out of you.

Capricorn Venus is no exception. Will make the driest remarks and jokes around you then laugh uproariously.

They've actually got a great sense of humor, like most earth placements.

Physical affection is...strange to them. They themselves seem to have no clue they like it. If you're ever physically affectionate with them, they'll just give you a look and try to communicate with you through their mind because they just can't bring themselves to say they want more or make a move for more.

VENUS IN AQUARIUS

It's...distant.

It's enjoying the silence. It's sitting in the same room, doing your own thing with no urgency to break the peace. Just existing around the person you love; not having to put on airs or trying to force anything, just being. It's open discussions on the strangest things. It's stargazing. It's observing the world around you together. It's respectful.

Aquarius Venus individuals are just so cool. They're super chilled and at ease with themselves and others. They stay in their lane, they mind their business for the most part - unless it's something that really affects people.

They're the kind of people you meet when you're trying something unconventional out. They're so charismatic and personable.

In love, they very much prefer for you to always be yourself. Always be open with them.

They can't handle romantic relationships or any kind of relationship that doesn't allow them to truly be themselves and speak their mind. They don't want to feel like they have to always hide themselves away.

Definitely the kind of people who would prefer open relationships.

It honestly depends on what's happening in the rest of their chart. It's either they vehemently despise the mere thought of sharing their partner or they need to have an open relationship because that's just how they are.

VENUS IN PISCES

It's soft.

It's like summer rain. It's like being a kid and playing outside after it rains in summer and the concrete is warm and wet, you get popsicles with your friends and head to the park, laughing at the most random shit. You see the shapes in the clouds and marvel at the rainbow. It's like you enter another world, and everything seems still as though the Universe shifted everything so you could have this moment. It's iridescent.

You show people a dream when you love them.

Love is something Venus in Pisces feels should be magically. It should be dreamy. It should be something they immediately feel, love at first sight.

Yet, love for Venus in Pisces has often been a lot darker. It's caring for someone who can't control themselves. It's seeing the addiction in others and desperately wanting to save them. Venus in Pisces individuals honestly believe the love they give can heal.

They want love to be healing, but has it truly been that way or are you fucking tired already?

It's unfortunately something they go through. Being a martyr for the ones they love and never having someone there for them when they need it.

They understand the importance of duality in themselves, and that there doesn't have to be these extreme power plays or imbalances in relationships. They begin to understand that there can be a mutual give and take, a mutual respect.

They begin to understand that love doesn't have to be frantic, it doesn't have to draining. It doesn't have to be something that leaves you unrecognizable.

It can be like soft, forgiving, kind, generous, and gentle. And they give this first to themselves before they give it to anyone else.

☋ Ketu-dominant women (Ashwini, Magha, Mula)

Ketu women are very misunderstood and to a point where she might feel like a stranger to herself because of the undefined nature that the South Node carries, it's a complete void of rationality and seeks no restriction. They are the most likely to join subcultures due to them not quite fitting in w/ the majority of people in the rigid society but not in a rebellious way like it is for Rahu-dominants that are ego driven and get annoyed by the smallest of details, for Ketu it's a complete indifference.

They have a stupefying gaze, a lot of the times sleepy almost as if they're looking through you, not at you. Often cast for roles that struggle with addictions and have a sort of apathetic personality.

They dont believe in anything strongly but would rather float through life, constantly changing their identity, opposite of Rahu who constantly seeks new ways to have a tighter hold on themselves/their identity.

Ketu being the headless body explains such unstable foundation in these individuals, they often speak without thinking and say inaccurate things without realizing since it's just the body without the rational mind.

Their eyes stand out becuse of the abundance of eyelid space due to the nodes not creating any light but simply absorbing - yin, largest eyes out of all Nakshatra lords (+Rahu).

They're the type of people who you think you know because they socialize a lot but there's a big part of themselves they don't even get, they like to ponder on all kinds of spiritual matters and get to conclusions simply by surrendering to their inner voice, they're not attached to anyhing in the material realm due to the lack of ego. 1. Your subconscious tends to absorb opposing projections of others. So you often feel you have to either prove yourself or something to others or maybe that you're going against the 'norm'. Sometimes unwanted things pop up in your 3D too and that gets you aggravated.

Nakshatra Appreciation: (4/?)

ज्येष्ठा, Jyeṣṭhā, is the eighteenth nakshatra, relating to fixed star Antares, which interestingly is represented by three objects pertaining to it's protective status: an earring (Jhumka), an umbrella (Kittisol), an amulet (circular Talisman, allude to Vishnu's disc). Falling entirely in the Vṛścika rashi (16° 40' - 30°00') the Scorpio Gandanta, you will find the debilitation of the Moon here, an afflicted luminary now. However the planets, Mars and Sun fairly do well under this placement. Mars and Ketu co-rulership guarantees intense transformations and naturally instills a strong sense of resilience against any opposing challenge. Internal struggle is to develop a strong determination in life and reap the fruits of victory later. The Vimshottari lord is mercury which brings in experience of mental brilliance and analytical ability which doesn't go unnoticed. The troubled yet creative genius. One can accomplish great heights when applying their talents skillfully and with dedication, e.g: Beethoven, Mozart, Einstein, Van Gogh, Charles Dickens, Stephen King, Bell Hooks, Shabana Azmi, John Legend!

People with hooded eyes tend to have moon connected with saturn (either Capricorn or Aquarius moon, moon in aspect with saturn) Ex: Russell Crowe - Aquarius moon, Nicole Kidman - Moon trine Saturn, Tom Cruise - Moon opposite Saturn...

Also about eyes, they speak a lot!!! my friends tends to guess people's moon sign when trying to guess somebodies sun. Ex.
