i wish you'd write a fic where peter anxiously plans a surprise for mj and ned. maybe he's being sweet and sappy and just wants to show his appreciation for them both, or the romantic route where they are poly and its valentines day.

“He’s being weird.”

Michelle looks over at Ned, raising an eyebrow at him.

“More than normal?”

“MJ…”

She puts down her book, hand still holding the page she’s reading at as Ned leans more into her.

“Is it ‘I’m bleeding out and pretending I’m not’ kind of weird or ‘I’m trying to surprise them for Valentine’s Day’ kind of weird?”

Ned snorts at that, Michelle grinning as he says, “So he’s just terrible at keeping secrets then.”

“Since when has he ever been good at keeping secrets?” She counters, Ned making a face as she shrugs. “He’s being weird because he’s trying to surprise us.”

“You sure it’s not anything more?” He asks, Michelle opening her book again.

“No, but it’s Peter. Kinda used to that by now.”

Ned’s soft laugh carries out over the room as he settles across her lap, hearing Peter scramble with something in their bedroom.

“I’LL BE OUT IN A MINUTE!”

“Okay tiger,” Michelle says with a grin, one hand rifled through Ned’s hair and another opened right back up to his book.

Calm. Comfortable. With her boys as she would always choose to be.

“We’ll be here.”

Anemic Peter, he's always showing his datemates how cold his hands are and stealing sweaters and hoodies because slight breezes on a hot day make him freezing MJ and Ned tease him about always being cold and needing to be pressed against both of them in public when he gets cold cuddle parties everywhere So so much love for their trans cold boyfriend

sjklfjsdlf peter’s constantly like “feel my hands!!” and randomly pressing his cold hands unprompted onto ned and mj’s faces. and they always recoil like wtf peter bc his hands are too fuckin cold for their faces

also he especially likes curling up together when they sit to watch things on the couch, partly bc he’s a cuddly guy, and partly bc he can tuck his feet up against one of them to warm them up

also like,,,, peter is such a hoodie thief like one day it’s actually chilly so ned and mj both go to put on a hoodie and neither of them can find Any and mj texts in the group chat “peter you took all of my hoodies” followed by “all of them peter you took ALL my hoodies” followed by “bring one to school with you please”

and ned texts right after that “yeah mine too. i’ll just wear a sweater”

and peter realizes he’s actually wearing one of their hoodies and he texts “idk what you two are talking about i don’t even know what a hoodie is can you DEFINE hoodie for me” but he grabs one of mj’s for her and they see him wearing ned’s hoodie when they get there and they’re both like??? and he’s like “well i was already wearing it i wasn’t going to change”

and ned asks “so you do have like all our hoodies right?”

“i literally,,, i literally don’t know what a hoodie is,, seriously can you define hoodies,,, oops there’s the bell” – there was no bell – “okay see you guys later love you………..” and he disappears down the hallway

hi which!! this probably isn't the most memorable scene but the scene that's burned into my brain atm is from "the road trip set up" where they're in the store in koreatown & liz sees cindy eyeing a blackpink album & immediately decides to buy it for her even tho cindy says she's only there to look, then turns right around & buys everyone adorable keychains. also the bit where liz & cindy confess their feelings on the roof of the parking garage & then catch mj snapping a picture from the backseat lmaooo. i think my favorite line from that is when cindy says "i told my dad whatever happened to my bank account was for a cultural emergency." like. beautiful amazing stunning 10/10 would read again.💜

ev!! Lmaooo yes the Koreatown shop and the rooftop confession scene! I wrote the rooftop scene first and I was just going 🥰🥰🥰 the whole time. The petermjned trio being annoying per usual and also instigators 😌 wouldn't have it any other way yes. I had a lot of fun writing them! I was kind of nervous posting this one, believe it or not (the way I was stressing over the explanations and the cultural references till it went up haha). So hard to elaborate on parts of your identity from an outsider's perspective! I'm so glad you liked it, the cultural emergency line is one of my faves too!

When they wrote about Tom's pics in her Vogue print interview, it probably spooked her and paranoid her even more. In the new post credit scene there’s a photo from the europe trip where peter is in it, his face is just covered by the pigeon, and there’s another video where you can only see the back of his head. He’s cut out of the rest of the photos and videos but what does this imply 😭 is MJ just gonna have a ton of photos where peters face isn’t visible? Are selfies of them together just gonna turn into weirdly cropped selfies of her alone? Are there gonna be videos where Ned is talking to someone in the background and nobody knows who it is? And I know that MJ has drawn the back of his head at LEAST once. I truly doubt anyone at Sony or marvel has thought very hard about how this memory spell is supposed to work but I just assumed Peter would be faded out of the photos, like there would be an empty space. I didn’t think the memory spell applied only to his face? I’m assuming they’re gonna do a memory spell but I feel like if this how the spell works with regards to physical things then MJ would have this down in a week tops.

i just know the petermjned trio pics are so fucking awkward rn because they would not be able to explain who that white boy is in that picture whose face is like hidden by mj's hair or something

like but i like that explanation more than peter being completely erased idk it is less sad to me (when they undone the memorywipe and peter face is finally back in the midtown yearbook >>>>>)

it is isn’t it?? but anyway i think it’d depend on the fight, but i think maybe if they’re all arguing about peter’s well-being as spidey (bc that’s the first argument i thought of), peter is the silent one and the sorry one but he’s also defensive and mj is ranting at him about being more careful, and ned is emphatically agreeing with her but he’s also like “but guys,,,, let’s not yell about it,, can we just cuddle and talk about this please” and mj’s like “maybe when peter starts, i don’t know, trying harder not to get shot!!!” and peter feels bad for making them feel worried and then ned gets them to get some hot chocolate and they all sit down and peter says he’s sorry and mj says she’s sorry for yelling and then they all actually have a good conversation about it

but like what if peter and ned had one of those "best/friends" necklaces that they got when they were, like, nine. They had a huge argument about who got to wear the "best" side so they switch weekly.

omg yessss, sometimes they forget bc it’s been years so they don’t keep it up as well, but then sometimes one of them will come across the necklace and they’ll be like “oh it’s way past time to switch” and then they keep it around them for a while after that until they forget again, and when they get closer to mj they buy another similar set and don’t use the “friend” so they all have “best best friends” necklaces (peter petitioned for it to be “best friends friends” but the other two weren’t on board, although he almost had ned convinced) and mj pretends it’s lame until they get her hers and then she’s like wow,,,,,,,,,, stop making me enjoy your friendship

What's a typical date night for Peter, Ned, and MJ?

i think the ideal date night for them is hanging out at one of their houses and ignoring each other for a book or social media or something so long as they’re all cuddled up together. except that doesn’t always work out bc when peter and ned are together they’re always showing each other memes and they like to hear how mj’s book is going if she feels like talking about it or they all talk about stuff at school. or ned and mj tease peter about being spider-man. but like ideally just being cuddled up together at home is a p good date night. peter likes to turn them into movie nights bc he likes movie nights, but mj still brings a book bc she doesn’t always like the movies that peter and ned wanna watch

if they go out they probably all go out to eat and p much do the same thing except they’re not all cuddled up and bc peter especially is such a sucker for cuddling they really like getting something to bring home or just hanging out at home so that they can sprawl out against each other
