I also suddenly may have a new pet-sitting client?
Cute Girlfriend shared my info with a friend, and their friends sent me a text - they're looking for coverage a few different weekends this summer.
Including the weekend right before...I have another pet-sitting gig for a different new client. 😅 (In total, it'll be 7 days spread over 2 jobs, with 1 night at home in between. Toby's gonna be mad at me.)
At least THAT gig will be simpler than originally thought. (Sadly, their old doggo crossed the Rainbow Bridge before I could look after him. They still have a lovebug of a cat named Rocky, though.)
Ideally, I'd have a couple days off in between gigs, but $ is $?

definitely did not intend to take a fifteen minute cry break in the middle of my day today but here we are (watched the final ep of game grumps seven nights ghost and bawled my eyes out for the last 20 minutes of it)
#i think it was good/bittersweet#it just involved cats and i'm emotionally unstable when it comes to cats/pet de*th in general#so it was really sad but also made me very happy at the same time#and i just had to sit and cry for a good 15min#everythings good back to work#real life adventures

head in hands . things need 2 stophappening i need a break
#dog snapped at me at work today. did not get bit or anything but hes a Big Dog and my hands are still very shaky#got home and found a bump on kotas head that was not there this morning and . maybe it is just the anxiety and exhaustion but#its reallyyyyy freaking me out#i dont. see anything . so it might just be fur but it doesnt Feel like fur and . aughg h hghghhghhhghghghhhhh#i cannot Do This rnnnnn#my worst client called me in for work at 6am tomorrow which is bullshit and also put in the notes#that their son is literally home ?!?!?!?!?!!?! but i still have to go and take care of their pets ?!?!?!#which is. extremely awkward and frustrating like Why Cant He Do It Hes Literally There#and their dog is. not very well trained and hes such a hassle to deal with. sigh#plus my grandparents are visiting and while i love them they are very much in . babysitter mode#which. i dont mind usually but god i have had the mkst stressful 3 days and all i want to do is sit in bed and watch adventure time#but even THAT isnt gonna make me feel better bc im into the like. sad arc. and thatll just make me feel sad and weird. :(

ppl dont know this abt me bc im shy but i do love gir very much hes my bff.
#i watched iz a TON as a kid bc it was one of the showes my dad pirated for us LMAO.#so it was one of the likee 15 shows on his harddrive. so i watched it all the time#some of the other ones were like. atla code lyoko pucca (there were jnoy likee 3 episodes ? but they were like 3 episodes in each episode.)#and yeah . there were others as well there was a specific 'preschool shows' folder that had carebears adventures in carealot Best carebears#show talk to the fuckjng hand. and then like backyardigans + wonder pets etc.#basically yayyy i love pirating things. one of the things i think abt at work so that im not spiralling is thinking abt what shows and#movies im gonna pirate for my kids ... eventually ill sit down and actually write it out#and my pregnancy/waiting on adoption (havent decided yet lmao) activity will be downloading all thise and organizing them on a big#hard drive. its gonna be so awesome#but yeah whej i was little. my parents had this gir plush and i was OBSESSED with hjm they still have him idk why i put it past tense#hes kinda funny bc we played with him sm that his eye details hsve been completely rubbed off#so he just has these huge scary white eyes#<- i should specify its dog gir not robot gir BTW. but yeah basically my bff...

I think I just met a yandere.
This is Percy. He is a precious baby who snuggles with me and purrs at me all the time. He also hisses at the other two cats in the house if he sees them so much as exist within a foot of me. He's fine with the dog, though.
Cat owners (I don't own Percy, I'm just pet sitting for this family), are cats normally this possessive?
