This is a blog mainly about positivity but also about mental heath and helping others and also safty so some post might not be so positive but I thought it was important to put on this blog anyway

Why do i do this

I want to be a psychologist one day and i do a lot a research for it im not a doctor or a perfessonal in anyway im not even in school for it yet but i have advice and stuff i say that helps my friends so my sister encouraged me to make this blog so that maybe these random things i say can help others too

im currently watching The Prom movie netflix did with my sister, we havent finished yet since she had something to do so its on pause for the moment

its different from seeing average people write about us on a website or a blog, i dont jnow why, but the mass scale of it, how loud it is, its hust different

its placed in a spot where everyone can see, not just those of us in the community

and seeing that, seeing a peice of media that tells me "hey, you're okay. you're okay." just helps me so much, it does so much to rid myself of this internalized hatred i have

i rememeber watching shera, and watcjing adora and catra kiss, and i remember crying, crying so much

it was like telling me, your're normal, this is normal, this is okay you're okay

all i need is to be told that i'm okay, that im not a gross human or less than human or something

i just need to be told that i'm okay

and then ill be happy

i dont think we will ever reach a point in scoiety where pride will end, we will always have to be loud about it

the history of hate and bigotry is too attached to who i am, its been too violent, too full of hate to just, be gone w it at some point

part of the journey, at least for me, is taking this festering hatred made by God and his followers, and unraveling it, and kissing that gay little kid on the head and holding them tight, and showing that gay little kid the world

its so hard to say love, but i think i do, i think ill get there
