1975 MONACO GRAND PRIX

on lap 63, after being left stranded in the barrier from coming together with tyrell driver patrick depailler, hesketh driver james hunt wanted to let the french man know of his displeasure. he refused to leave the circuit and waited for depailler to come passed again while the marshalls worked on moving the car and driver off the circuit. after a marshal tried to move hunt as well, the hesketh driver lashed out, refusing to move until his rival went past again. a quick shake of the fist was all hunt could manage when the tyrell driver returned before he made the long walk back to the pits through the streets of monte carlo. depailler would end up finishing 5th in the race.
